    I got a new kitchen sink and needed help with the drains and garbage disposal, so I called Thrasher Services. Mike came and the work was done professionally and efficiently. Upon completion everything was neat and clean. The cost was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call them again.

They finished the job in 2 days and their cost was reasonable and competitive. Mike and Clay were extremely professional and friendly.     These guys are now our family plumber! Scheduling was easy. They called me back fairly quickly, determined the seriousness of my problem and got me on the appointment list appropriately. Clayton was prompt and courteous, and completed the work in good time. He actually looked at two other problems I had and fixed them at the same time. Again, these guys are now my family plumber.

    Thrashers is the best, we had an issue with our outdoor sewer pit. I called them in the morning and they came out by noon. Clay saw it was an emergency and jumped right in. Our pit situation is a bit different then normal. Clay and Mike came up with a repair that works and even ran it by an expert sewer guy for approval. We are ever in their debt and will use them again for all our plumbing needs. They were quick to respond and very reasonable price wise. We highly recommend the Thrashers.

    Thrasher Services installed 3 new toilets, a shower and faucets to a new vanity. I appreciated the text messages alerting me to when they would arrive and also when they were done with the job. I was not always at the property, so this was helpful.Communication was always good, and the work was well done.Invoicing and payment also done online, which was efficient for all parties.

    Turned our water off at the main shutoff valve for delivery/installation of a new refrigerator. The valve handle broke when trying to turn the water back on to check the new hookup. Contacted Mike who was knowledgeable re the situation and instructed me to contact Veolia to do emergency shutoff. He then came and replaced the valve. Also checked our refrigerator hookup.     We had to call these guys again to repair our water heater the day after I posted my last review, and they fixed us right up in short order. Showed us how to care better for our water heater given the high mineral deposits in our water supply, too. I love that they take the time and care to empower my husband and I (who are not handy at all) to do the best we can on our own to address and even avoid potential problems with all sorts of things, and they never make us feel stupid when they explain stuff--they are just very thoughtful, respectful, and attentive. Truly excellent people and wonderful professionals.

    Mike was totally at service, When the Hot Water heater was flooding our basement. He hooked up a plan to get the water down the drain. The next day first thing he came and replaced the system to code. He up to date and know exactly what is necessary. He and his son have done work for us before such as installation of dish washer. Not on time and accessible but very fairly priced. Highly recommend.
