B&L is my go to water well company! They are so honest and have personally saved us several times from competitors attempting to rip us off. I will never forget not knowing a thing about a well an Darren being like, no way is that what’s wrong with your well when we had just purchased our 100 year old home. Sure enough it was a $27 fix versus the $8k fix of ripping out all the line from the well an whatever else the other company had me an my husband believing. I could not be more thankful for them and Even in times of pure chaos they put their customers first! I will always recommend them as they are genuinely Amazing people an every employee I have worked with from there is just as honest. They are straight shooters even if it doesn’t put more money in there pockets. We will be forever grateful! -

Bill got my well up and running when I bought my lot it had been sitting there for a couple of years Chris has been servicing my well ever since he put on a water filter and fixed my water softener that wasnt working prices are reasonable I would highly recommend B&LWe had orange stains in our commodes and showers stinky water and we couldn’t wash white without them looking dingy but Chris installed this extra 300 gal water tank and it has made a big big difference. -

My 20 year old deep well stopped pumping water after sitting unused for about 5 months. Had B&L out and the repairman determined the pump would have to be pulled. Since the motor would run producing little or no water, the repairman believed the splines from the motor to the pump were stripped. The next day B&L came out with the rig and began pulling the pump that became stuck. After working almost 2 additional hours, they were successful in pulling the pump that had lodged against the casing at 160 feet. After examining the pump, it was determined the splines in the motor shaft were in fact stripped.I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise displayed by the crew. Furthermore, there was no increase in price for the additional work/time required to free the pump. The price for the labor and new pump was very reasonable. I would recommend this company for water well repair. -

Called them cause my water quit working. They had a technician come out to my house and had it fixed all within an hour of calling. Only charged me for what was needed and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Will be using them again if I have problems with my water again. -

They saved me a ton of money. After the initial visit, we both felt the submersible pump was bad. He got all his equipment set up and started taking the well apart. After taking it apart he found a bad wire down below the control box that was unable to be seen until taken apart. He could have easily continued pulling the pump but he stopped and showed me. He repaired the wires and connected everything back. He tested the pump and everything worked. The cost of repairs were very minimal. It was just a fraction of what pulling the pump would have cost. I actually feel like the price was fair and maybe even a little in my favor. I’d use them again. The company seems very honest. -
