    I had a great experience with the Budget Plumbing team. My original goal was to just have a toilet installed in the basement. Money is tight, and I figured I would build the rest of the bathroom around it later. I called Budget Plumbing, because it had budget in the name.Ryan convinced me that it would be more economical to put in the plumbing for the vanity and shower at the same time, so as to only dig up the concrete one time. This involved quite a bit more time and effort, but only cost slightly more than I was expecting to pay for just the toilet install. Not only that, but they provided the shower itself, and they even did the nessissary framing in the shower area (and did a better job than I would have done).In the end, I still have work to do to finish the framing and drywall, electrical, lights, etc, but that was always the plan.I did read a few of the one-star reviews on here, and I think those people had unrealistic expectations. I never expected to know to-the-minute when the technicinas would be arriving, or for them to have the whole job done in a week or anything like that. It took 4 seperate days of work across a couple of months, and there were a few times theyd had to cancel coming out and reschedule. In my mind, thats part of life, and part of supporting small local businesses.The last thing I would say is that I trusted these people to work in my home when I was at work, and they did nothing to make me believe that trust was misplaced. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and treated my home with respect.When I need plumbing work done in the future, I will 100% be calling Budget Plumbing.

    Budget installed new showers up and downstairs along with an infinity gas tankless hot water heater. Now my kids have no idea what its like to have a cold shower. Jerry is good stuff. The owner Ryan is a little funny to talk to, though. Good peeps!

    Good company to deal with. Came out and showed me what needed to be done promptly. Next day in the morning they came out for the repair. Service guy was courteous and informative, he gave me info on future work I needed done and the type and size of equipment available. He went above and beyond to fix a couple minor issues that werent scheduled. Being a Landlord, I believe that is a trait worth rehiring for. Thanks Budget Plumbing.

    Budget Plumbing provided exceptional service! I live just outside of Grand Rapids, MI. Their team was able to effectively diagnose and repair the leak coming from my toilet with remarkable speed and efficiency. I was impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism displayed by the technicians. Additionally, their prices were extremely reasonable.     I had a really great experience. We needed our sup pump replaced but everywhere else I contacted wanted to come by for a quote first which made me worry it would cost more than I was hoping. I found that this site had its prices listed online and it was very reasonable. I emailed and they got back to me right way, came by not long after, took less than an hour to replace it, were very friendly and helpful, and the price was as it said online! Our sup pump replacement ended up costing $385 although we left a tip as well. Couldnt be happier!

    I have always used Budget Plumbing Inc for all my plumbing needs. Ryan and his team have always responded to my requests in a timely and professional manner. They even showed up the same day when I had a leaking pipe. There is always a quick turn around on jobs. Pricing is fair. Service is done efficiently and right the first time. Give them a call!

    We had a leak with no shut off valve during remodeling and were glad to know Budget would fix it correctly, fast and for a fair price.     Very happy with Budget Plumbing, had them install fixtures and re-route some plumbing in my bathroom. They were always on time and have flexible scheduling, the tech that came out was curious and put on boot booties without having to be asked. Ive had them come back a few times since and have never been disappointed.

    I have used Budget Plumbing for approximately 13 years. It has been so long I cant really remember using any other plumbing service. They have done all sorts of jobs for me over the years. From toilets, showers, bathtubs, garbage disposals, hot water heaters, sewer lines (did that today), dishwasher lines, washing machine hookups, sinks....Am I forgetting anything??? They have always done a good job for me and been willing to return if there was a problem. I sincerely appreciate all the work they have done for me over the years and will continue to call them going forward. I have recommended them to others in the past and will do so again. Thank you!     The 2 service technicians that Reported for this service call without standing! They were polite, professional and efficient. They arrived a little before the scheduled time, diagnosed and addressed the issue promptly. The best of all, that cleaned up after themselves. We have had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a company or 2 that did not clean up after themselves and left quite the mess after a service call. These guys were fantastic!They should change their name to Pristine PlumbingGREAT WORK GUYS!
