Wow! We ordered a storm door from Lowe’s and decided to go through them for the installation as well.Elite Builders contacted us and I have been in touch with Lindsay every day. The communication was so personal that I mentioned it was so nice to talk with a real person with a name. Sadly, in this day and age, I’ve come to expect companies who outsource their customer service and scheduling. What a nice surprise that although just a storm door must be just chump change for this company I was treated like royalty. I wanted to leave a review to let them know what a difference Lindsay made in my life and how her care and kindness affected me. If I could’ve jumped through the phone to hug her I would have. I am a 75 year old. Great grandmother, so nothing weird here OK? A bright ray of sunshine in my day. Then I read the history of the company on the website and realize that this company must just value human beings equally. Will someone there please give Lindsay a big hug for me? I can’t wait for the installation to see what wonderful person I will meet then. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.I only wish that we could afford to have more work done if only to use this company again.

Elite Builders installed my front entry door. I wanted it installed in time for a party I was having on a Thursday. I contacted him on that Monday, reluctantly hopeful it could be install the door in time. Surprisingly, they understood my plight, and came through for me. He was on time, professional, direct (which I like), and left my entry area cleaner than he got it. I highly recommend this quality company. They are wonderful!!!!
