    I engaged Lifetime Outdoor Arrangements (LOA) in the summer of 2024 to build a unique, off-grid, timber-framed cabin using sustainable materials. My experience with the LOA team has been excellent and I am very happy with the resulting build. I feel like LOA and I were true partners in making this happen, including time the LOA team invested in coordinating with the architect and engineer. Although the project commanded a premium price, I believe the LOA team delivered excellent value because of their craftsmanship, ability to work with unique design parameters and willingness to work off grid.LOA was always responsive, timely and operated with the highest integrity. Over the years Ive worked with many builders and the LOA team is top tier. I am grateful to them for helping me to breathe life into my off-grid dream cabin.

    We had a great experience working with LOA on our pavilion project! They were responsive, informative and kind every step of the way. They handled all of the permitting and inspection with the township and were happy to offer creative solutions to all of our requests.     We could not be happier with LOA. We had a stone patio and a set of stairs from pool to back yard built. LOA did a beautiful job! It is amazing!And you couldnt meet nicer guys than Jake and his crew. And, in my book, they hold the high score for work ethics. And Im not an easy grader. Wow, they put in some hard days! And, they were here ready to go with machines, stone,.. whatever they needed, at 0730.We enjoyed working with Omar, Jonathan, Jake and all involved! We highly recommend them!

    I came to know Omar and the other folks at Lifetime Outdoor Arrangements three years ago. I wanted to build a long retaining wall to improve the look of one of my property lines but didnt know exactly what to do or how to do it. I feel so fortunate today that I made that call to LOA because it was a one-stop shop for high-quality design consultation, materials, tree-clearing service and advice that continues today. LOA helped me turn a not-so-pretty property line (before, below) into a thing of beauty (after) that neighbors are always complimenting. Omar knows his business and knows how to get things done. LOA made a permanent and good-looking improvement to my property.

    Omar and his crew did a house raise in early February for my family. I was extremely concerned about safety and it being stable in the end. Not only did he do the job well but he went above and beyond to calm my concerns I will use him again in the future! It did take him some time to get us on the schedule but it was worth the wait. He also fixed some issues that werent part of and the job cleaned up after.

    These guys were totally professional, and were willing to change the designs as we went along the project. We added a bunch of things along the way and changed patterns a lot, and I had no problem getting in touch with Omar anytime of the day or evening to discuss details of the patio or Landscaping. My experience with LOA is quite different than the one-star reviews, and the results are fantastic (check out 2 pics I uploaded). Would totally recommend them to anyone wanting to do large or small hardscape or landscape.

    LOA did a fantastic job adding an under-deck patio to our new home. The crew, led by Andrew Glick, showed up daily and immediately went to work. We had fun interacting with Andrew and his crew everyday. The job was completed in a timely manner and they adjusted to additional work that we wanted done. They also met with other contractors to coordinate the installation of an all house generator. Cleanup was done daily and then finalized once the job was completed. Great workers, great job, highly recommended and several thousand dollars less than other quotes.

Our project included a couple phases and from start to finish was a wonderful experience.The communication throughout the project and quality of work was outstanding!     Couldn’t be more happy with the thoughtful design and quality of workmanship of Omar’s team at LOA. Our new carport looks amazing and we are confident it will stand the test of time. The men who installed the building were the hardest workers one could imagine, they essentially worked from dawn into dark without much of a break. They were incredible and truly a credit to themselves, their company and their community.

    The staff workers are very skilled, they continue to work on the project until they are completely satisfied with their work. The painter could talk less, brag about his work less and do better coating of painted work than he ultimately does

    I Highly recommend Lifetime Outdoor Arrangements. Omar King Stoltzfus was very knowledgeable and helpful to work with on planning my new deck project. He had many good suggestions, that I wasn’t aware of, that made my deck so much nicer than what I had originally planned. And his worker’s Rueben Esh and Chris Haque were very hardworking gentlemen. Not only were they on time every morning but were very respectful of my house and property. They knew what they were doing. And always confronted me when any situation arose that needed addressed. Their work ethics, suggestions and attention to detail make them top notch Carpententer’s. I didn’t have to babysit them.They were polite, respectable and very friendly. They also always cleaned up the area every day before they left. Both men are truly an asset to Lifetime Outdoor Arrangements. I am very happy and pleased with my new deck on how it turned out! And will be enjoying it for many years to come. Again, I highly recommend them to anyone needing any projects done.

    From Initial meeting to final result LOA is best in class. Any outdoor project for your home is an extension of yourself and the quality and profesionialisium from LOA doesn’t leave you short. The 3D designs get the project perfect to the way you want it before they start so it’s exactly as you want it and this allows the quote to be accurate so there aren’t any surprises.
