David and crew did a fantastic job with vinyl siding on our cabin house. The attention to detail with spot on and they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done to perfection. We are so pleased with the final product!

Dave and his crew did a great job remodeling the interior of our cottage. He took it down to the studs and redid everything. We had a wall removed between the kitchen and living room for an open floor plan, and when demoing the area Dave came up with the idea of vaulting the ceiling, which we did and it turned out great. He also moved a few other walls to maximize our space and was flexible to make changes along the way. To provide updates he sent photos and texts. He was there when he said he was going to be, and all the work was of high quality. We love the new interior of our cottage; he exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use him again for any building needs. Thanks Dave and crew.

Dave has taken care of all our building needs since buying our place in Houghton Lake. He started out remodeling for my brothers place next door. At my dads place he put in cupboards, which he hand made; putting in cedar ceilings throughout the place; and added a front porch. This past fall he put on an addition consisting of a family room, two bedrooms, and a laundry room. His team is so talented, professional, fast and gets the job done right!!! Because of his great reputation, by cousin had Dave convert a garage to more living space and another relative and him gut their place and total remodel. All absolutely gorgeous!!!

Dave and his crew gave us our new kitchen that we love! He is great to work with. He is on the job when he says he is going to be and gives his opinion on what would work best for your needs if you ask for it.Great guy to work with! We will hire him and his crew for the next project as well!

Dave remodeled our kitchen and a bathroom. He and his crew did awesome work. He made sure everything was done the way we wanted. He even saved us thousands of dollars on a walk in shower for my mother. Very professional and very friendly. If we ever need more work done, i would not call anyone else. Dave is definitely the man to call. Extremely highly recommened by us.

Dave installed 2 storm doors and 2 exterior doors on my house. Dave kept in contact with me during the whole project. When Dave said hed be at my house, he was there. He does excellent work hes very meticulous he went above and beyond. He even got a little creative with trim work around the door. I highly recommend Dave for your next project.
