    We have used Cooleys multiple times. They are always prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Michael came to do a winter tune up and was very helpful explaining how our Geo-thermal system works and advising for future finishing of our basement. We have been impressed with every staff member of theirs and do highly recommend this company.

    Came a day early for A/C repair when it was 102F and we were hot for 3 days without A/C. tested and found the problem, Michael got on the phone and called around until he could find the right part, got it installed and we were fixed. He did temp checks throughout the house to confirm optimum performance. the service and parts pricing was fair, I highly recommend!

    Had cooler problems and local GJ heating & plumbing firm failed on 2 visits to get it working. One visit and 2 hours later Terry had me up and running. Wasted over $300 on the GJ firm and their incompetence. So happy that Terry is once again in the business. He had previously done well by me for over a decade.

    In early November I was having issues with my furnace, I decided to call Cooleys and Im so glad I did. The office person was very helpful and polite and understanding. This was on a Wednesday afternoon late, the Following Monday there was a technician here at the house, he diagnosed the problem and told me that the induction draft motor was going out he said it may be okay for another season or it may get worse. It was making quite a bit of noise. I told him I would give it some thought and call for a replacement. A while later I noticed the house was getting cold and the furnace had not been running. I called the office again and the woman at the office sent up a technician again that afternoon, he checked it over and oiled the motor we discussed what he thought, and I decided to have the motor replaced. He ordered it and was back up the next morning to install it , the furnace was working fine again and so quiet. The next day there was a power outage and a limit switch had tripped, so the office sent a technician up that was going to another job in town he stopped by and had the furnace up and running again . It has been working great since!! If you have furnace problems you should do yourself a favor and call Cooleys. They are all professional friendly, good guys. These guys even wear protective covers over their boots so they do not bring in snow or mud!! On a scale of 1-10 I would honestly give them a 100 percent!! Im planning on using Cooleys this coming summer for my air conditioning service too!!! Keep up the great service and great work! Thank you Cooleys !!!

    Service was excellent. The technicians were polite, friend, professional and knowledgeable. My furnace is 36 years old and quite loud and ready to replace. They didnt push for me to replace it but they got me the quotes I ask for.

    This is the third Daikin mini split I’ve had Cooley’s install. The systems preform well and Cooley’s got the job done quickly and professionally. I met with Arron on site on Tuesday and the unit was installed today on Friday! Highly recommend Cooley’s!

    Update on my HVAC situation. I woke up this morning to the tech and one of the owners of Cooleys at my door, they had come to see if they could fix my problem. Terry the part owner who has been to my house before to repair my system was very appologetic for any problems that occured. My husband had already taken the vent that had a rattle down and we had tried to get a new one but could not find the right one. Terry came in and took the vent down and confirmed we needed a new one which he went and got and then replaced it. I paid for the vent but all the labor was free. I have to say I was very impressed that they came out like that to fix the problem for us and showed me that this company really cared. I am now a happy person who can sleep at night again. Thank you Terry so much for your really good service. Knowing they have a good work ethic meant a lot and now I would really be happy to give them 5 stars and reccomend them to others.

    I recently had service on my mini split. Michael was my knowledgable tech, I got a refresher on how much my remote can do for me. On the indoor units and outside unit, every screw and bolt was checked to ensure it was tight, as they loosen up over time per the technician. I chose the service contract so I get 2 yearly check up and no cost for issues that may arise.

    Aaron and Eric? inspected the furnace, explained the findings, located the CO sensors, vacuum cleaned the burner, flame sensor and other components, ran the system and verified correct operation all in one hour and a half visit. A replacement furnace quote was furnished as well. I learned alot about the state of my furnace and its been cleaned and inspected.

    We had a mini-split system installed in my in-laws house. The house has been very hot every summer. The crew that came out to do the installation was very knowledgeable about the unique issues with a retrofit. The job was done in 2 days (4 units) and very well done. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house cleaner than they found it!They had to wait for the electrician to finish the pipe work, but were able to come back in a timely fashion to do the start up and check-out of the system. Everything worked perfectly.I have worked in the trades for 35 years. I have seen sloppy installations and professional installations. This crew and installation was top notch. I would highly recommend Cooleys Heating and Cooling for your HVAC or plumbing needs.

    The fellas showed up on time after I received a text telling me they were enroute.They did a maintenance check-up on my AC condenser unit only to find the installer hadnt used an actual fuse, but rather 2 solid pieces of copper tubing that was an electrical code violation, and a fire hazard, then they gave me an estimate on some duct work Id requested... great service, reasonable pricing.

    We (Cleary Building Corp) were told from another company that we had a really bad CO2 leak. Cooleys gave us a estimate to fix it. Come to find out the flue was stuffed completely full of bees. They cleaned it and put the old one back in and it works just fine! Saved our company 1000s of Dollars. Very friendly group of guys.
