I called Welco Electric Services to install a small lighted ceiling fan in my bathroom. The scheduling was easy. If it had been an emergency, I felt like they would have come immediately. But since it was just an install of a fan, I scheduled for them to arrive in a few days. I ended up needing to reschedule to the next week and that was easy as well. A couple of electricians came to install the fan. They were both knowledgeable and so friendly. And they listened to my needs of the oddish fan I had and they did exactly what I needed. It turned out that they had installed several similar fans and knew all about the oddities, and they walked me through all the functionality. Plus, they also had to squeeze into tight places in my attic to install the structure to how the fan, which I know was uncomfortable! I will be contacting Welco again for my electrical needs.

Our A/C unit went out so we decided to get mini split unit. They came out same day and got us squared away, its been so hot. Very helpful, professional and kind people. David came out quoted us and had 2 other men come out within hours. He answered many questions before, during and after install. These are our go to guys from now on. Thank you all for what you do.

Part of the electricity went out at my parents home in Hot Springs. We called countless places to get an electrician out and most of them said not today and one even said not until next week. This was the only business that came out the same day and very quickly. The serviceman was very friendly and professional. He informed us exactly what the problem was and that the issue was actually with Entergy. Being that my parents Central AC unit was not working due to the outage in this 100Β° weather, it was really important to find out what the issue was.
