    We recently bought a new home in Hot Springs and needed some electrical work done. Our needs were relatively simple: a ceiling fan install and dimmer switches on overhead lights. McGrew was able to come out the next day after I called and get the work done. Their tech was a very competent and nice young man who was polite, got the job done, and was always a good representative of excellent customer service. We were very pleased with the work and the technician who performed it! Highly Recommend. The office staff were great as well.

    Mr Martin was available a little early so he called and we said “come on.” Some of what we had planned for him had to be scrapped because we had ordered fixtures that wouldn’t fit ; he alerted us early about that and we were able to adjust. Other minor repairs went without a hitch. All in all it was a positive experience for us and we hope to use McGrew in future projects. Hopefully they will send Kenneth again.

    Dee was friendly and engaging. Even more important, he obviously was capable and professional. Our little jobs presented difficulties that stumped me, but he conquered the tasks with speed and skill that proved he knew what he was doing. Mind you, the McGrew final bill was a bit of a stunner.
