    Bubba and Landon did amazing! Brian was so knowledgeable that he even taught me a few things about my heat and air units. They were both quick and effective. They didnt leave until the units were working properly and thouroughly tested. Im very impressed.

    Called this morning for hot water heater issue. They promised someone in the afternoon, Chris Warren called and said he would be here by noon and he was. Looked at the issue and figured it out gave us options on how to fix and had it resolved a short time later. He explained what happened and gave us recommendations on what to do if it happens again.Highly recommend his work and the responsiveness of this company. Dont get that much anymore.

    I don’t have enough good things to say about this company, we have used them more than once and they never disappoint. Mr. Williams has been our tech both times we’ve had calls and he’s always so polite and works quickly. Rory has always been great to work with when it came to price and paying. Today we had our ac unit replaced, our pools hose had a leak and the team that brought the unit taped it up for me, i noticed after they left unfortunately so I didn’t get to thank them. When Mr Williams and his partner got here they were respectful and got the job done and we’re so positive and cheerful despite working late in the day to get it done even with my little one asking them a million questions. We are definitely life time customers!!

    Just had my HVAC replaced by Upchurch Services yesterday. Rory Rhoda provided me with a professional and competitive quote. The technicians were here the very next morning to install my new unit. I can’t say enough good things about these young men, Deundre Green and Frank Green. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They completed the job with precision, accuracy and a genuine desire to do their very best. Job well done guys!!!! It was my pleasure to have you in my home. Thank you!!

    Rickey and Connor were in and out! They called when they were on the way and were able to quickly find the issue and consult with me on what the fix would be. They got my hot water heater replaced in less than two hours after first stepping foot in the door.

    Great experience working with Upchurch Services. I called on a Sunday because my AC was not working. I got a call within minutes and was scheduled for repair first thing the following morning. The HVAC specialist, Josh, was right on time and was very professional, polite, and informative. Most importantly, Josh was able to get our unit working quickly and for a fair price. Great local business to work with.

    I am very pleased with Rickys installation of our reverse osmosis water tank. He explained how he was positioning the tank and filters and then was so patient in teaching me how to close 2 valves when I change filters twice yearly. He also told me where to read about my warranties. Thank you, Ricky! I appreciated Joshs home visit last week to examine our installation location and give me a price quote. I received quick scheduling as soon as I approved the work to be done.

    Overall very pleased with the service. From the initial call I received professional and committed service. The Rep Ricky Banks did a great job not only performing his service but explaining why my drains clogged. They are expensive. However, these days whos not?

    Upchurch Services sent out technician Joshua, who was prompt and extremely professional and a true craftsman, he called before arrival he took the time to answer my many questions and time to diagnose everything properly using good proper equipment.Turns out my ol R22 condenser coil assembly from 1989 had finally broken for the last time and needed replacement,Rory handled the sales and was very knowledgeable and again answered many questions and quoted me a price that was less expensive than 2 other companies i had talked too.The condenser installation was performed by two Mexican gentlemen who were also professional and extremely fast.Joshua finished the installation and performed the inspection. My A/C has never worked this good and currently blows very cold🥶. I will be recommending UpChurch services and probably end up using them again on future projects.Fantastic serviceProfessionalWas very fair with both parts and labor prices

    Rick showed up within an hour of me calling the office. He explained the damage and what it would take to fix the problem. After the repair he waited on me to come home to verify it was fixed. I even received a call from him the next day making sure my water heater was working properly.I cant recommend them enough!

    I am not even sure where to start. I called & they responded w/service tech within a couple of hours. To say I had a mess (outside leak & still 33 degrees outside) was an understatement. The tech was so courteous & professional. He started right in - knowing he was going to be in a COLD/WET situation. He located the leak - kept me informed - fixed the leak - and I continue to say so courteous...I would give them an A+ and some gold stars. Thank you UpChurch you are my new plumber.

    I called with a problem and got service immediately. Jeremy and Curtis came and not only fixed the problem but made sure that everything was working properly before they left.     Went online and put in a service request. Within minutes received a call back and within an hour and a half had someone at my home advising what needed to be done. Excellent explanation of the problem, what a previous company had not checked, serviced the air conditioner and on their way. Perfect scenario! Marlon is a true professional.

    Jeremy was extremely professional. He met me in my driveway with a smile and upon entering my home he put on slippers and gloves. He quickly found the problem and went to work. He fixed my problem in no time. He also made recommendations of other issues and offered to give me a quote with no pressure at all. I felt comfortable with his expertise and I would definitely use him and Upchurch again.

    Joe and Justin installed a new AC and furnace at my house. It all needed updating (was NOT an upsell). Upchurch Services was able to get me a super affordable plan through GreenSky, and everyone I talked to throughout the process was very nice. The technicians (Joe and Justin) who had to spend the whole day at my house were professional, respectful, and friendly. This company is great!

    I used Upchurch Services to repair my undermounted kitchen sink that had separated from the granite countertop and to replace the garbage disposal that was broken. We were very pleased with the results. The staff was professional, on time and very knowledgeable. I felt like they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them.

    I needed plumbing help on a Saturday. Called Upchurch and they were helpful, Ricky Banks showed up when he said he would. Turned out to be a very quick fix. Still I thought hundreds of dollars for a Saturday service call. NOPE!! Very inexpensive if you ask me. Done right. Thanks Upchurch!!!! you are now my go to for my plumbing needs.............

    We loved working this Jeremy and Phillip. These guys make a wonderful team and they get the job done right. They tell you their honest opinion and will even visit the property twice in one day if needed lol.     Toilets and other drains were running very slow, sometimes taking quite a while to go down. Tech came out and inspected the pipes from the house to the street. Had to go back to Upchurch to get a jet machine to find the problem. Found many roots that went through pipes where they were cracked. He removed all the roots and explained what would have to be done to completely repair the pipes. With the roots removed, there has been no problem with draining. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

    Donald is professional and helpful with all the work i needed done. From the the HVAC work to the flooring.     Earlier this year there was a gas leakage on the property. UpChurch Services handled the problem. Residents started calling Monday about a gas smell in the same building. I called Upchurch Services to have a representative come out an assess the situation. Mr. Randy came out to assess the situation. There was not an odor when he came out. He took the time to visit each unit to make sure there wasnt any signs of a gas leak. He concluded that the issue was probably an open drainpipe out back. Thanks Randy.
