    Very thankful for the prompt response and communication we received after a leak in our den. Mitigation was thorough and prompt, repairs as described and very nice attention to detail. Big thanks to everyone who assisted with plumbing, drywall and flooring. They worked with our insurance adjuster and the entire process was seamless. Big thanks to Hunter, Joe, Sydney, Shawn, Ian & Tyson.

    I had both of my kitchen sinks stopped up, and if you cook, which we all must do, thats an emergency! It was 4:20 pm. The business answered the phone on the second ring! The couple came out on an emergency basis within 20 minutes. They were SO nice! Very professional and thorough. Even inspected the plumbing in the basement. Explained the problem and got it fixed quickly. Even gave me some tips to keep it from happening again! If I ever have another problem, I will certainly call Service Master!

    Woke up Friday morning to wet hardwood floors in kitchen area, was able to turnoff the source and call Service Masters 1st Choice. Within a couple of hours Cliff arrived and started surveying the damage. He called his crew and went to work. They removed the damaged wood flooring, and setup the fans and dehumidifier. Cliff returned daily to check for dampness until the subfloors were dry.They did a fantastic job.

    I had a major leak in my upstairs bathroom which led to a waterfall coming out of a kitchen light onto my hardwood floor. After calling Ryan Hite, my Farmers agent, Jacobi and Die arrived with their equipment within 4 hrs. I live 2hrs from their shop. They were kind and courteous, showed and explained to me what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. There were 7 rooms that had damage as a result of the leak. Jacobi and Die called every morning by 8:00 am to let me know they were on their way. Cliff came to remove the last of the equipment and went out of his way to assure me the company would follow thought and take care of any needs that might come up in the future. Jacobi, Die, and Cliff made this watery experience tolerable.

    We had a pipe burst in the middle of the night and we called Service Master. Hunter was on sight within 12 hours of our original call . He and his team were quick, friendly and totally put our minds at ease with the whole process. They followed up daily to make sure that they were doing everything they could to help mitigate our situation. I would definitely recommend their services.

    Had a pipe burst under my house in January and they sent their Plumber Joe out to fix it, fixed it within a few days when it was hard to get a plumber as multiple people were also dealing with a deep freeze, then a few months later I had a clogged main sewer line and they sent their plumber within a few hours of being notified, both times was professional and would totally recommend them for all your restoration needs.

    Thank you so much for your service. I was in a total state of shock, as water poured through my ceiling in my 1922 year old home. The first two employees that came to my house (Brandon?) put my mind at ease immediately. Honestly, their hard work was so impressive and before we knew it, they had tackled a big problem. I really bonded to those two and gratefully appreciated everything they did for me. It was a 90+ degree day, and the amount of carpet in their van, told me I wasn’t the first job of the morning. If you’re successful in your franchise, it is due to these guys.     We had the privilege of using Servicemaster for cleaning and drying our water leak issue. Jacobi Kozak and Clifford Millar did an outstanding job. One of them was here every day, including weekends, monitoring the process. We were always updated on the progress. They called when they were on the way and arrived at the exact appointed time. They always left the area clean. We totally recommend Servicemaster

    These guys, headed by Randall Hunter, were responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. I had a freak flood in my kitchen. I called and the mitigation team arrived that afternoon. They knew the importance of getting right on top of things. As a result they prevented mold from forming and saved a lot of the flooring that would have been unrepairable otherwise. They work frequently with my insurance company, so they took that stress off my plate. A special shoutout to Amanda, who has been so helpful and made sure I got to the mitigation team. I cant recommend them more highly.

    My moms water heater busted a hose and did damage to her house the 18th of this month the same morning that she had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital when I went to check on her house I noticed the problem so I called Service Master and the young men who were sent out to do the mitigation are awesome young men these young men are an example of what true great customer service is as a matter of fact the whole team from the gal who answered my call to get the team out to any and all that I have dealt with at Service Master could teach other businesses how to treat customers and especially when people are in a time of crises like I was dealing with a medical emergency with my Mother and also her home being put back together to make it livable for her again.Thank you Service Master folks for your fast work and kindness in this situation.I highly recommend this company and these folks.SincerelyDenise
