    I needed a ductless unit re-installed, they came quickly to check it out and scheduled a day to fix it. Quality of work was very acceptable, they gave me a earlier scheduled service day that came available and showed up on time. Very professional and friendly. They made sure to clean any mess and double checked to make sure everything worked before leaving. Definitely calling them again in the future.

    This company was amazing. Our service tech Dave was very knowledgeable. We appreciated all the information and suggestions. He listened and was honest about repair vs. new system. The quote was not out in left field either. Its refreshing to know there is still a business who does honest business with trained professionals! Thank you!!

    Actionaire is our favorite for all our heating/AC and refrigeration needs. Shayne is our usual guy and he always does a phenomenal job. He explains issues in a way that is easy to understand, and fixes issues in a timely manner. If we ever have questions he is happy to answer them. He gets in and gets the job done in a timely manner. We will miss him! We now have a new guy, Noah, that services our units. When I say new, I mean new, 30 days on the job. Regardless the service was the same. He did a fantastic job on our units, and told me about a potential issue, and what to watch for. Always A++++ service from Actionaire and their employees. 10/10 would recommend!Edit: Jeff and Jesse came in to fix our AC unit, needed to be completely replaced. They worked hard all day on getting our unit replaced. They even cleaned up their mess, and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Wish I had more for them to work on because they are awesome!

    We just had Actionaire come out and clean our dryer vent yesterday. The technicians name was Shane and he did a great job. We had another company come out the past three years but we were still getting a lot of lent coming out of the vent outside of our home. Shane definitely knew what he was doing and addressed all of the bends in our vent - the other company never did that. We now have a vent that is actually clean and my concerns of a fire in the dryer vent are over. We will have Actionaire and Shane come out every year to make sure we dont have any issues with lent building up in out dryer vent.Outstanding job Shane....thank you so much.Kathy and Kevin

    Received bids on replacement gas furnace and two local companies had competitive bids. Both were good. We chose ActionAire with Jason who gave us his contact.Furnace arrived on time and installed by Jeff and Donny who worked together well. We arranged before installation that we could host burger lunch for everyone. Really helped to know them better and for them to be comfortable with us too. Worked well.We had a working furnace that day.On day 3 we called them back to fix dripping water condensation. Three hours later the issue was fixed and a gravity drain was setup. A nice maintenance free solution for condensing water. Thank you Jeff.To make final payment, I was welcomed into their office as a friend/customer, which is what I wanted in supporting a local business.

    I needed a consult with bathroom project to install a heat/vent fan, in looking for a company to work with I was referred to Actionaire by a friend. Not only were they quick to respond, very helpful, friendly and professional but they were also honest about what could and couldnt be done. If you are looking for a trustworthy heating/cooling company in the harbor then give them a call and see for yourself!

    The folks at Actionaire are very personable yet professional. They responded quickly to my first call kept appointments, sent a very qualified technician who was quick, kind and thorough. They were able to help me prove that my repair required a warranty replacement so that that I saved $$$I am totally satisfied and will always use Actionaire for all of my HVAC needs.

    Very pleased with the customer service experience I received from them, I called as soon as they opened to have my heating system looked at after it was only blowing cold air, the technician arrived 4 hours after making the initial call, and even stuck around for a few minutes to get ahold me when I didn’t answer the door which was very nice. The technician was Robin and he was absolutely great, excellent customer service , knowledgeable, and had my heating system back up and running in less than 45 minutes, the price was very reasonable and didn’t break the bank. Definitely will be using them again with any other heating system concerns or issues.Thank you actionaire.

    Called yesterday when noticed our system wasnt working. I think they would have came out if we werent on our way out of town so scheduled for today between 12-2. Didnt get a message the tech was on his way til about 2:10 he showed up at about 2:30 which is why I gave 4 star. Tech worked quick and found the issue. He was friendly and had no issues with him. He left his electrical tape in the previous house he worked at and didnt have a spare one in his work van. I didnt have any around the house so he cut the wire that was causing the issues and connected them with a butt connector. Instead if wrapping in electrical tape, which I think would probably be the best option anyway. 🤔 I dunno Im not an electrician, but it looks cleaner this way than a bunch of tape. Hebwrote up my invoice and had me call the office to pay. Quick n easy will continue business with them, as I understand jobs can have unexpected variances which may have caused him to be late. Perhaps make a 3 hour window instead of 2.

    Actionaire techs have repeatedly shown up on time for annual maintenance appointments and a service call. They have always answered any questions I have, silly or not, and have been fair priced for the service and parts I have needed. Our technician suggested a programmable thermostat to help us regulate our heating bills and it saved us about $40 a month. The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, even during high traffic times like peak summer and peak winter when it can be tough to get an appointment. We have used them for years!

    Ive used Actionaire twice in the past 10 years for furnace repair. Today (Monday), after having the weekend without a furnace and temperatures in the 30s, was hoping they could come soon, and they did. The technician was very thorough and showed me what he was doing, what was wrong, and explained everything. He was very professional and helpful. Five Stars for great service.

    My husband and I just moved to town yesterday and when we got here, our heating was not working at all. It was freezing in our house. I called at the end of the day and spoke with Rosa. She said that she would get someone to us on Wednesday morning but would try to fit me in today. She was able to find someone to come to our house today and he fixed our heat pump!! It is so nice to not be freezing anymore!! Definitely recommend this company and will be coming to them for any HVAC needs!!!

    Jason was so awesome during his initial walkthrough of our existing heat pump and inside unit. He took the time to explain how they would replace our system and even suggested improvements they could do during the install to make it more efficient. We our very happy with our new heat pump and air handler and look forward to having lower utility bills. I highly recommend this local company for any heating or cooling needs.

    We had Actionaire come out to check on a concern we had with our gas powered radiator system. This is a new type of heating system for us.They were very helpful and while the concern we had did not result in a necessary repair they explained our entire system to us. This was a huge help, they explained what needs maintenance, how frequent, what all the valves were for & located one not fully turned on which should have been & now our radiators run more quietly. Explained what extra parts we had were for & maintenance we could do, how to adjust our radiators for each level of our house, how to bleed the radiators if needed, discussed our gas fireplace, helped located the valve for our gas porch lamp and explained the need for oxygen for systems to operate best (as our garage is sealed tight around the all the doors). They billed for 1 hour of service and left no question unanswered. It was absolutely the most helpful & informative service, explaining things we could do (not selling unnecessary services), and how we should expect the system to operate. I would definitely recommend them.

    Theyre local and they did a good job. Ive had them at my house 5 1/2 years ago. They came this time to assess my boiler, ordered the part and installed it. The parts supplier had a problem, unrelated to Actionaire, causing a slight delay.The bill came two days after the repair--someone elses envelope was stuck to mine, I opened that. Then, I opened my own envelope. My heat was back on, but Im not sure I got charged for the part. Hm.

    I am not sure why this company had negative reviews. Perhaps it is because people who do not have complaints do not leave reviews.This is the second time we have used Actionaire at our house. The first time was during an extremely cold snap and we had a new born baby in the house with no heat running. Actionaire sent a technician out the same day to get us hooked up even though they were completely booked out. However, a newborn baby is a priority and we certainly appreciated the priority given to us.The second call was today as our upstairs furnace decided to not respond to the thermostat. Again, Actionaire sent a technician out within a few hours. Dave the technician new exactly what to do, how to diagnose, repair and get us back up and running again in no time.In both cases, the prices charged were reasonable and fair. At no time was there an attempt to up-sell or scare us into new replacement furnaces as is done so often in home repairs.Highly recommended. If you want your HVAC repaired for a fair price and keep locals in business - call them. If you want a job done for nothing by a pot smoking dood in an old bomb pick up - call elsewhere.
