    We couldnt be happier with the work Dylan and his crew did on our patio. From meeting the first time to get estimate, Dylan was up front and honest to how busy they were and how long it would take. The warm weather needed for stamped concrete didnt come as early as expected, but Dylan called and kept us informed as to when they would be starting. They came graded the land and did all the prep work, two days later they were back to pour. It turned out amazing, we will be recommending Cole Concrete to all our friends and neighbors.     Dylan and his team completed their first stamped and colored job of the season, putting in a large concrete patio in my backyard. He made sure to talk me through the process and made sure that I understood any changes that needed to be made do to the slope of my yard.He took the time to talk with my wife and I about how to care for the patio now and in the future to make sure that it stayed nice. We really love how it turned out and would recommend Cole Concrete to anyone that has a concrete job that needs done. We are looking forward to a summer spent on our new, beautiful patio!

    Dylan and his team were contracted to install a new (very large) back yard patio with a custom (first time done in west michigan) diamond pattern design and add on a sidewalk to the front of our home.He and his team did an amazing job especially with the diamond shape pattern and making sure to slope everything away from the house etc. so there would be no issues with water.I took the time as a home owner to get to know him and his team and learned that he is a 4th generation concrete professional. I also asked questions about the concrete process and he was more than willing to share things I never knew about including the new processes that are used and various chemicals that are added to aid in the curing process (which most folks would not care about but I wanted to know). I can tell he is very passionate about what he does and he knows his profession very well.His opinions are spot on and are helpful in preventing a bad decision so it would be wise to listen and take his opinions to thought...Then when it came down to the design and how to make things work he had to put thought into it and pulled it off. After all, cutting a diamond shape pattern with a lot of geometric lines took some work especially with 4 large pours and we ended up with an AMAZING patio.He and his team take pride in the work they do and will correct it if its not to his standard. In fact, on the very last pour, the concrete driver turned the drum all the way from the plant and the concrete was delivered hot which started the curing process way too fast. When this happened, it started curing before they could do all the finishing and he was not happy with it. He asked (told me) he was going to rip it up and do that section again because he did not like it. That right there is someone who takes pride in what they do.Would I recommend Cole Concrete. Hell Yeah, I would highly recommend him as he is one of the best in west Michigan and I and my wife were thoroughly pleased with the work they done for us. Even the manager from the place that delivered the concrete stopped by and said Dylan and his team are the best around and I agree. We will definitely have his team back to do our driveway next (heads up Dylan)...One other tidbit I will add, Cole Concrete is Veteran friendly.. so do give him a call!!!

    Dylan Cole and crew did a great job on a patio and driveway finish. (the house was built in the 50s - only took 70 years to finish it- sheesh). If we had any changes, he sent an updated contract extremely fast. From start to finish, everything was very professional and the patio looks better than I ever imagined. Their hired excavators did accidentally damage a door, but Dylan was very responsive with sending someone out and replaced the whole door, no charge.     Cole concrete was in the neighborhood installing another driveway. I asked for a quote and was given one within the hour. After watching the crew install my neighbors driveway, I decided to accept the quote for my driveway.The whole crew worked in harmony and anticipated each others moves. The job was done professionally, as designed, and completed in a timely manner.     Dylan and one crew member poured a sidewalk sized area (filled in a flower bed). Scheduling was tricky because we were a small job, we were not really clear on when he would arrive to do the work until very shortly before. I understand weather and truck scheduling is difficult so this wasnt a huge deal.Pros: Quality of the pour was great. They even drilled rebar into the older concrete they were pouring next to. We had the area poured about 6 weeks ago and it has cured perfectly with no cracks anywhere. It was clear to see while they worked that they knew what they were doing. Pricing was fair. They had to shape the slab due to leveling issues between my porch and sidewalk and it turned out really well despite the challenge.Cons: Scheduling was tricky. The concrete splattered while they poured it and, while they did make a good effort to clean up the splatter, there are still spots all over our porch area that have concrete chunks that are difficult to scrape off. Also was not thrilled by the tobacco usage during the work and the spitting in our yard and into the concrete. No judgement on the usage but maybe be more discreet or at least use a bottle to spit.Overall- We are happy with how it turned out and would use them again for future concrete work.

    Had Dylan and his crew in to pour a decorative patio with integrated stamped fire pit. Getting on schedule for install was a little tough with weather and a long waiting list but ultimately not a big deal. When they arrived they made quick work of the prep and got the forms set making sure all curves were smooth and the design flowed well. I also made some last minute changes to the design that was taken right in stride. I couldnt be more pleased with the finished work and the time they took to make a plain concrete pour look decorative with a framed outer edge. The cost was extremely competitive vs. others that were quoted as well.
