We could not be more pleased with Total Home Manager. Project Manager John Gray helped us clarify our priorities and then coordinated two big projects and some small repairs, even doing some of the work himself. The process was smooth from beginning to end: communication was excellent and everyone who came to the house was friendly and professional. They do charge a modest management fee, but it’s well worth it to us to avoid the hassle of finding competent craftspeople and managing complex projects. We’ve already signed them up for another job.

I had the pleasure of working with Total Home Manager last month to remodel my attic space. From beginning to end, they were thoughtful, polite and creative to help me with this job. Their estimate was reasonable, and they came in pretty close to this estimate with the final price. Most importantly, the carpenters were extremely competent, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I love the space they created! I would be happy to recommend this group for any home repair, and will look forward to using them again.

John Grey of Total Home Manager did an outstanding job cleaning the grease from a VentAHood over our six burner gas stove. He removed grease from an area that had not been cleaned for approximately 27 years! It was an awkward position to be in to reach all areas, but John managed to make it look great and brought back the shine and cleanliness. Total Home Manager was the only firm that I contacted that was willing to take on the job. Thank you for a job well done - on time - affordable and professional.

We had a challenging project for THM, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how they completed it. The communication with John and Pamela was always quick and friendly. While John was here working, he was always very respectful and pleasant to talk with. In the end, THM’s quality of craftsmanship and solid communication make them a business that I would highly recommend to anyone with a challenging job that needs to get done properly.
