We could not be more happy with the installation of our awning. From making appointments to choosing fabrics to the professional installation, it’s all been seamless. We are now able to enjoy our deck all day long without the sun and heat beating down. We also love that our furniture has the extra protection. We wish we did this a year ago!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a large old awning that got stuck in a fully extended position on a weekend and needed someone to help fix or remove it asap. We called DCA and they were able to send someone by the end of the day. Amazing. They removed our broken awning and disposed of it and we placed an order for a new one that day. The new awning was ready for installation ahead of time. The installers arrived on time and were courteous, professional and friendly. The awning is lovely. Wed add additional stars if we could.

The retractable awning that was installed over our deck has made our backyard so inviting. It is so beautiful and was installed quickly and perfectly! It feels like we have a whole new outdoor room - the shade it provides, the dimmable lights and the ease with which we can open and close it made it the perfect addition. I wish we hadn’t waited so long- we love it so much! Our Dutchess Awning is great!!

Great, friendly and thoughtful client service. We worked with DCA for a project at one of our properties and were very impressed with the level of service and client focus. Our project was very tightly budgeted and rather than take that as a negative, it was taken as a joint challenge. They worked with us to craft an affordable and ingenious solution. It was certainly not a solution we would have thought of ourselves and while DCA could have tried to sell us into a more expensive solution, they understood our needs and our budget and worked with us to find the right answer for our situation. Great, personalized customer service, a true rarity these days!
