    I visited the ETS location last week. I was looking for an excavator to do a small job at my house. Sara showed me what ETS has for equipment and explained the rental process, she was very helpful! All their equipment looks brand new and very well maintained! Maria then emailed me over all the rental documents and made the process very easy. I will be coming back to ETS for all my rental needs!

    ETS is a good group to work with. They delivered the equipment we needed for our project ontime. Although, the equipment failed they adjusted the price and swapped out the faulty equipment for the new machine.

    My company has been working with ETS for equipment rentals for the last couple of years. Their staff is amazing & their customer service is unmatched. Over this time, I have always felt like they were more of a partner than a vendor because of their keen sense of understanding of what our needs were and how they could could help us achieve our goals by operating more efficiently. We couldn’t be more pleased … at least until this past week. On our current job, we were experiencing some troubles with our 60’ boom lift . I called Sara in the office to ask for a service call. In about an hours time, we had a service tech on the job site in torrential rain working on the lift. After spending a couple of hours working on the machine, he discovered the issue. At that point , I received a phone call from the service department detailing the issue. Rather than wait overnight for parts . Steve told me that I would have a replacement lift delivered in the morning. By the time that I arrived on site next day, the troubled machine had already been removed from the property and a replacement lift was already in use by our men. Simply amazing response . ETS’s concern for keeping us on track was evident from the start. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement.Thanks very much.JackJ&B Construction

    I rented a 65 foot boom lift last summer and the experience could not have been better. They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They dropped it off early and showed me how to use it. When I developed a mechanical problem they were back to my property within the hour and had it running again. Easily 5 stars all around.
