I have to share my experience with Nichols Plumbing because of all the negative reviews that I have read. Nichols was dispatched by my home warranty company. Patrick came an hour early. Diagnosed the problem and explained my options. My warranty company denied the claim due to the location of the leak. Patrick quoted a price that was less than other plumber in Fayetteville by 33%. The only delay to Nichols repair was due to No Cuts and the utilities who report to them. As soon as the utilities were marked, Patrick and his son came out and replaced the line. I could not have asked for a better job.My theory about the negative reviews is that the company does some work for home warranty companies and is swamped by calls. I would suggest to improve public relations, they add someone to answer the phone and placate customers.

My families house has homeowners insurance and Nichols was the company they used to send out to take care of our leaky water heater. The fellow who showed up was great at communicating his arrival time and knew exactly what to do. He had the tools and parts on hand and was done in no time flat. We were afraid he would need to go out for parts or try to upsell us.It is sad that people who do their jobs well are hard to find sometimes I see some bad reviews but all I saw was professionalism during his whirlwind service call. Wish we had gotten a business card from him.

When our home warranty company was giving us the run-around with a replacement water heater, Nichols Plumbing stepped in and made sure we got our hot water back! Will definitely call them for repairs in the future.

I was concerned because of the many bad reviews. But my warranty company uses Nichols. Jamie showed up early and diagnosed the problem with my well right away. He had the part with him and I was good to go in no time at all. I would recommend this company to others.

Had no hot water. They came right out. They were very nice and Jamie had things fixed in half an hour . Could not have been nicer.

Had a nightmare of a time trying to get our home warranty and Bass plumbing to fix our water heater. After 2 weeks, finally called Nichols plumbing and they came out next day, fixed my water heater, for less than the price of the service call on the home warranty. Great service, great plumbers

Nicholas plumbing was assigned to us through our warranty company. After reading the reviews I was nervous but decided to give them a try. The worker showed up when he said he would, put a temporary bandaid on our hot water heater, got us a new one once the warranty company approved, & showed up when he said he would to install it. He was very friendly & I would use them again. Dont always listen to reviews. Weve been burned by companies with good reviews & obviously helped by those with bad ones.
