Phenomenal work. Mike’s a perfectionist and that works perfectly with my OCD. His communication was impeccable and he was patient with answering all of my questions regardless how remedial. He was flexible as things were added while he was on the job. Mike got everything done with quality craftsmanship. He replaced my water heater and added the fill/flush valves, installed the right way. He also replaced some hardware in my guest bath. Won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend!!

They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived right on time.The technician, Michael, was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and what he would do to resolve it. He was efficient and the blockage was cleared quickly. He also gave a three month guarantee for his work.Finding reliable and trustworthy service is not very common these days. Pipe Heroes will definitely be my go-to in the future.

Micheal Hoffman is a reliable and very helpful person. He relocated my hot water tank. He also clean and did maintenance on my water softener. He has always responded when I call about any plumbing issues. He is very pleasant.Oh, I forgot to mention, I was having water leaking from my attic and I assumed it was plumbing. He came over right away and diagnosed the problem, which wasnt plumbing 😱 and he did not charge me a fee.Thanks Micheal! Ill be calling you for any future plumbing issues.😊

He single-handedly installed my entire home water filtration system, and did so for $500 less than other quotes I received. Impressed by his work, I hired him again to fix a pipe, and he completed the job for $1,000 less than other companies had estimated. The difference is clear—working with a privately-owned business where the owner truly cares about both his work and his customers makes all the difference.

Exceptional service with integrity beyond the normal. I called Mike for a service call (on a Saturday) for a sink that I was having trouble with. His service was above and beyond the typical highway robbery and poor service that is going on in society now a days. I told him my issues while he was close by, but instead of rushing over to charge the service call fee, he took the time to tell me possible causes for my failure and I was able to resolve my issues without him having to come by. In appreciation, I Zelled him some money to his cell phone anyways. His honesty, integrity, and putting the customer first, is what is missing in todays society.
