    I’ve hired Fouts handyman Services for a few home projects over the past year. Chris has made it really easy to talk through all of my options, his estimates are reasonable, and he keeps me informed of any changes during the project that require a decision. He has installed wiring and lights and also done construction outside for us and we have been very happy with the results!

    We had Chris Fouts come out to our house outside of Columbia and help install a camera system that involved deconstruction of an exterior light, and rewiring it to take the camera system while also helping setup the software!This has given our family unprecedented peace of mind and security when away from the property!He even taught us very clearly what he was doing when installing, making me feel comfortable enough to work on it myself if I had to do some basic maintenance!It is rare to find a craftsman who not only has the experience / skill set Chris does, but also the care and hospitality to treat you, your family and your property like his own or better!!you get what you pay for and more!We cannot recommend his services enough, good to go, do not hesitate to deal with!!     Fouts HandyMan Services explained everything in detail and worked out the cost beforehand. He showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and we were very satisfied with the completed work. He has done a few jobs for us, but mainly electrical work, and everything has been above our expectations. I attached a picture of the lights he installed. Would definitely recommend using Fouts!

    Christopher Fouts serves the mid-Missouri area and he completed several jobs for my mother today. Mr. Fouts communicates clearly and he is VERY professional. He told me at one point he only completes jobs with the highest of quality- as he would want it done in his own home.... and indeed, the jobs were exceptionally well done- and he cleaned up the area when he was finished. Ill be calling him for all of my future project needs. (Currently, it is just Mr. Fouts working his business, so do be prepared that you may be scheduled out several weeks. Worth the wait to have your project done so professionally!)

    I had this company come out and install a new mailbox for me. From what i can tell the installation is top notch and secure, which is good because my last post and mailbox were barely hanging in there! This company showed up on time, and went the extra mile to ensure that the mailbox we wanted was procured despite that meaning several trips. I would whole heartedly recommend this company for those odd jobs you just might not be comfortable with! Pics of the newly installed mailbox as well!

    Chris came to our house to reinstall some fascia the wind blew off. His receptionist was very helpful and scheduled Chris to come by promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and was very reasonably priced. Went out of his way to do the job correctly. We recommend Chris to everyone we know and will use him again.

    I contacted Fouts HandyMan Services to install a doorbell transmitter. Chris communicated via text when he was enroute and a sent a picture identifying himself which I appreciated. Upon his arrived, I found him to be very professional and very easy to talk to. Once he assessed the job, he provided a reasonable quote and completed the work fairly quickly as I watched and communicated with him. This was my first time using his services but not my last.     Fantastic! Honest and trustworthy. I couldn’t pick better words. We had a new ac uninstalled and Fouts did a lot of side work for me including electric. I have already started my list of other jobs for him to complete. His reminders and invoicing process made everything go so smoothly. Highly recommend!

    Chris is both professional and conscientious. My husband and I had a list of about 10 things we needed done, including installing blinds in the living/dinning room area, installing a front door threshold and weather stripping, venting a dryer to the outside, adjusting closet doors, fixing a gutter, and others. He made sure everything was done perfectly. We will definitely call Chris whenever we need repairs done in the future. We give him a rating of 10; we could not have been more satisfied.After Chris did such a great job on these projects, we had him give us an estimate on replacing our deck. He and his crew did a great job tearing out the old deck and building the new one. We are completely happy with his work. Chris said the new deck would be beautiful; and it is. My daughters exact words when she saw it were Mom! Its beautiful. Chris will be called anytime we have repairs or projects; in fact, we plan to have him stain the new deck for us once the wood dries. Chris Fouts is reliable, honest, and prompt.

    I have used Fouts HandyMan services twice. Once to install a new dishwasher that was a difficult project because of the counter and electrical wiring, and a wiring problem in our master bathroom that shorted out and burned a wire leading to the hot water heater. Mr. Fouts diagnosed the problem and had the wire and the bad breaker replaced in no time. He is the best that we have ever hired. His prices are very reasonable. He will be our go to guy from now on. Thank you Mr. Fouts.

    Chris did a good job and we are very pleased with the results. He provided the necessary expertise and also good improvement suggestions. He came when he said he would at 9 AM, and stayed late (7 PM) to get the job done.The job included running an electrical cable through conduit from my house to a cabana to power new lighting and a hanging fan. This first involved verifying a safe circuit with an appropriate size breaker, then trenching and chipping out a channel in concrete. He then installed two control panels and ran conduit to the hanging fan he installed. I was originally going to run black wire from the control panel to the fan, but Chris convinced me conduit was the way to go. He was right. He also installed a ground fault interrupter such that it protects all the outlets and equipment in the cabana and explained its operation to me.

    We hired Chris to remove a mantle on the fireplace and mount our TV and sound bar. He was very professional, on-time and did a great job to ensure the job was done perfectly. He took the time and initiative to place the old mantle in the basement for storing and cleaned up after the job was complete. I will definitely be using his services in the near future for other projects around the house. I would highly recommend him!

    Fouts HandyMan Service did a great Job installing a door at the top of my stairs to the basement. He also installed a light at the end of the hallway and put in the light switch.Ive also used Chris Fouts to install LED lights and new light fixtures and a fan in my Kitchen and his work is excellent! Very reasonable prices too!

    We just purchased a new home and I was able to send Chris my inspection that needed several upgrades and repairs. Chris installed a new hose bib, replaced the dryer connection, sealed some windows and Installed a grounding rod. He was also able to give me some tips on setting up our garage door remote. He came on time and went over repairs with us before starting. Would recommend!

    I called Fouts Handyman service because of the excellent reviews. I was NOT disappointed! I had a leak dripping to the ceiling downstairs and he scheduled me in the next day. He kept me posted with the arrival time. Excellent communication!I needed a new faucet and he went out and picked up the one I wanted. He did an outstanding job and the next day I called him thinking there was still a problem. He came back to recheck everything he had done. He made sure everything was done right and that I was happy with the results.
