    Steli property management has done a variety of work at our home such as hanging pictures, TVs, ceiling fans, and installing and venting a portable air conditioner. They are professional, reasonably priced and reliable. They keep all appointments and clean up before leaving. I highly recommend Steli Property Management,

    I have been working with Stelios for several months, and he has completed many jobs for us around our home.Stelios and his team are responsive, professional, efficient, effective, knowledgeable trustworthy and an incredible pleasure to work with. He is always willing to help, and somehow can figure out just about anything. He will subcontract other professionals when needed (electrician or plumbing) and his contacts are always just as knowledgeable and professional.Stelios is a gem of a find, and is my first call for anything we need around the house big or small.

    Steli is a true professional. I had some kitchen work done and needed assistance with changing my faucet, sink plumbing, and gas range. I messaged Steli on short notice and he was able to squeeze me in the very next morning on both visits.His work was excellent. I’m happy to DIY many projects, but I don’t mess around with plumbing or gas. Steli was extremely thorough. He ran the water for several minutes after the faucet and sink installation to ensure there were no leaks. He also sprayed the gas lines after reconnecting the cooking range to make sure there was no bubbling that would indicate a gas leak. I feel very confident in his work.On top of his top-notch handiwork, he is also very professional. He responded very quickly and thoroughly. He gave me a fair cost estimate without beating around the bush before any work was done. He communicated well and arrived exactly when he said he would each time.Finding a reliable, responsive, and skillful handyman is such a comfort to have locally. I would highly recommend Steli, and look forward to working with him again in the future!

    Stelios is the best. He follows up to confirm his appointment and always arrives on time. There isnt a project that he or his workers cant tackle. He is responsive, trust-worthy, and does everything with extreme detail. I highly recommend him.

    My problem started with a mystery leak. Stelios was excellent at solving the problem. It turned out to be a waste pipe drain that had rotted away. I had outdated plumbing replaced in the shower area, with new fixtures. Stelios assistant Brian, painted two bathrooms dining area and kitchen. Job was outstanding! Just knowing that if future problems arise I dont have to look any further because stelios does it all. Thank you so much Selios.

    Had a really good experience with this handyman service. They were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly which was super helpful as our gutters were totally clogged and making a mess of our garden beds. Brian (I think that was his name, my apologies if Im getting that wrong) came out and did a wonderful job cleaning everything out and also telling us what is/was the clogging culprit. Very helpful! They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again and definitely recommend.

    Stelios is highly skilled and professional at all times. He installed a new attic ladder for my wife and I, and it came out great. While in the attic he also did the electric on an attic fan that weve been meaning to hook up for a while. He is also fair with pricing. We look forward to calling him again in the future!

    Steli Property Management has completed several projects for me in my home. The level of difficulty has varied with each project but each and every one of the projects has been handled with care and professionalism. I have had many experiences attempting to have work done on my home with other tradesmen who either did not return my calls or did not show up. My experience with Stelios has been the exact opposite. He returns calls promptly, shows up on time and is ready to work. I could not ask for a better level of service or courtesy and you will not find a nicer guy to do the work.

    We noticed a leak under the sink and quickly discovered that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. A friend referred us to Steli Property Management, so we contacted Stelios right away. He promptly replied with his availability and estimates for the job. Within less than 24 hours, we had our new garbage disposal installed! It was truly the easiest transaction, and Stelios was beyond professional! We would definitely recommend Steli Property Management to anyone in need of work for their home!

    We have hired Stelios several times in the past few months to do various odd jobs, and I cant say enough about how pleased we are. He is prompt, responsive, and extremely capable! We have tried several handymen before this with disappointing results...either they dont show up or if they do, they dont do a good job. We are delighted to have found such a gem! We can recommend him for many jobs around the home with no hesitation.

    I first hired Stelios to replace a TV Wall Mount for my mother. Right away he was courteous and patient with our questions. After completing, my mother showed him one or two other minor items that I guess had been on her list, and Stelios generously helped her out tightening a screw here or explaining how to fix a problem there. It may not sound like much but it left both my mother and I confident we had found a hard-working and honest handyman.I have since hired Stelios several more times and each job has been done well and at an extremely fair cost. Both my mother and my sister have also reached out to him. Weve had him install shelving, paint, caulk showers, extend walls, etc.He is not one of those guys that you feel like he is trying to line his pockets. If he thinks what I am asking him to do can be done differently, saving me money and maintaining the quality I was looking for, he tells me. He has also been great with making sure I know everything I need to before I ask him to do a job. An example is I was hiring him to extend a wall, and before I hired him he wanted to make sure I understood the changes to natural light availability and also airflow for the HVAC system. This allowed me to make the most informed decision about the job, saving me headaches down the line.I can strongly recommend Stelios for any kind of job. If he isnt able to do it himself, he can help you find someone that will.

    Steli provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Scheduling the work to be completed was a breeze and was completed on time. Steli and his crew do really nice work and clean up. I had a basement window replaced as well as a new exhaust fan installed in a bathroom. The moisture related damage to the bathroom ceiling was also repaired perfectly. I decided to paint the ceiling myself and Steli provided some helpful tips on exactly what to do. I would highly recommend Steli Property Mgt.

    Stelios did a great job it taking down the old canopy and supports on my patio. He then put up the new one and made a footing for each support so it is now firmly anchored to the patio.He also installed a ceiling fan and light fixture- all work done efficiently and neatly!     I have worked with Stelios on a number of home projects. We recently moved and he helped us: Disassemble and reassemble our swing set; assemble a pre-fab shed; hang mirrors, pictures and organizational systems; hang curtain rods and curtains; assemble a new picnic table, install a new garage door opener. On EVERY single project, he was on-time, meticulous and very professional. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for projects big and small!
