Thank you Williams and Sons plumbing you saved us!We purchase a new fridge that was installed by a big chain company. They left our old fridge in the middle of our kitchen because they claimed that they could not turn off the water valve that was connected to the ice maker connector. They claimed it was not in its proper place and we would have to shut down our entire houses water. (Pictures)Williams and Sons came in and did it in about 5 minutes with ease! They connected the new ice maker’s connector to our new fridge and found the valve to shut it off in two seconds! (Without shutting off the entire house’s water) Also, the plumber they sent was kind enough to even move our old fridge out the way and into our garage once he was finished! It was very much appreciated considering I am 8 months pregnant and my husband was out of town! Truly would recommend this plumbing service to anyone! Their customer service was phenomenal!

Owner Jimmy and one of his guys came to check out a problem with our toilets that had supposedly been fixed a day before. They located the problem within only a couple minutes and took another couple minutes to fix. Very pleased with their service and courtesy. Will definitely be calling these guys if we have another issue regarding plumbing. If I could give 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Williams & Sons Plumbing, and I must say, their service was outstanding. From the moment I called, the response time was incredibly fast, and the plumber, JT, arrived in a timely manner. JT was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very courteous and thorough in his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything fixed in no time. I couldnt be happier with the service I received, and I highly recommend Williams & Sons Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable and efficient plumbing services.

We have a home built in the 60s that got a cast iron leak in our crawl space. I called six different plumbers and only had one show to give a crazy quote on only replacing all of the piping. My neighbors referred me and these guys took the job, checked it out on a Saturday, kept me updated, eduacated me about my plumbing, and repaired my immediate leak. Were working on another quote and Im so happy we were referred to them. Definitely one of the best around and you should give them a call.

Have a home in N Topsail We have guests staying for the month. They let us know the tap water was not getting very hot. I called and JT came by the next day and found and fixed the issue for a very fair price.

I have used these folks twice now. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Good communication and explanations. its always nice when you find a go to service, and I have found my plumber. They do not have a website (facebook only), but dont let that hold you back.

I was so impressed and grateful. We called and explained the situation that Grandpa Dave, whos in hospice, had no hot water and not sure if we needed a new tank. They came out that same day and discovered the elements needed to be replaced. They were so polite and kind. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and Ill be using them again!
