    We hired Services Plus to restore the deck of our new house. Someone came out to do an estimate first and gave us recommendations and color options. Everything was quick and painless. The staff quickly scheduled everything over email. The workers were so nice and available for any questions we had. They even went the extra mile and cleaned out the leaves that were stuck under the deck.They did a beautiful job and I cant stop looking at my deck! Pricing was fair and was same as quoted. Cant wait to use it all summer! Check out the before and after photos! :D

    Quick turnaround and good quality work. We had Services Plus estimate several jobs around the house and they were always responsive when it came to updating or modifying the estimates for us. When we were ready to do the job, the crew came quickly, were very polite, and did excellent work. This company seems to truly value customer satisfaction and made it clear that they would not charge us or leave the job site until we were happy. I would definitely use them again for painting or remodeling. In fact, they are coming back soon to estimate another job! All the trim, molding, and walls in the attached photo were done by Services Plus--they were not contracted to do the electric ;)

    Services Plus just finished painting our house. They have been a terrific company to work with on our project. From the estimate to the completion of the painting, every person we encountered, at Services Plus, was professional, honest and always available to answer our questions. The painters were meticulous in their work and clean up at the end of each day. They took pride in their work and sincerely wanted us to be happy with the results.     Its a week later, and Im still simply delighted about how my large log home looks and feels after the exterior was literally restored. In short, Services Plus provided true value, and delivered it on a timely basis. Whats more, I cannot say enough about their craftsmanship; it was detailed and exacting. And their pricing was quite good; they beat the nearest old school painters - the two guys, brushes and ladders crew - by a very considerable amount.As a business owner myself, I was in awe of the process and technology this company has in place, as well as its clear commitment to detail. Phil, the estimator, was thorough and took pictures of all the trouble spots so he could document his quote. Of course, you must also check the scope of work quoted in detail, so to ensure youre not surprised, as you would with any contractor. I had missed a couple details myself and was mildly annoyed, but ultimately was glad to catch them.It continued with a very detailed power washing, which eliminated the hard lichen that had grown on some of the log ends; and returned what had been blackened soffits back to gray. Then the 4-man crew came in; and one started fully masking windows, another fully sanded down my deck, and the remaining two purposefully fixed some door and trim issues.Then, using a proprietary power spraying technology, the first painter (Ivomar, the hardworking foreman) spayed on and brushed in well the first coat of semi-transparent Benjamin Moore stain, getting into areas and nooks normal brushing alone might not reach. About 2 hours later, the second painter came through and applied a second coat to near perfection. The deck was concurrently stained with two coats of a Benj. Moore solid stain using rollers, and brushing it in as they went.Also worth noting: along with being respectful to me and my concerns about the job, they employed safe Covid-19 practices at each step; the entire team, as well as those in support, such as the estimator and project manager, wore masks and were sensitive to the fact Im in a high risk group. They also were very tidy: they cleaned up very night.The communication with the operations team was also clear and concise - we knew what would happen each day on the day prior.Now if youre of the mind the great work takes weeks and weeks, Services Plus is not for you. But, and its a big one, if you understand that todays technologies in the hands of cable and hard-working old world craftsman can yield an outstanding result in a fraction of the time, and without compromise to detail and quality, youve found a remarkable resource.I can recommend this company without reservation. They restored my home well, fast (5 days on-site total), and for the right price. I am very pleased, as are my wife and sons.

    We are very pleased with the results of the repairs and painting of the exterior of our house. The entire staff at Services Plus was friendly and accommodating, always wanting to insure that we were completely satisfied. A special shout out to Filipe and Leo who did a great job with the painting. Filipes keen eye detected areas of rot that needed to be addressed which was not initially discovered during the estimate process. I most appreciated the respect that they showed to us and to our home. Filipe politely and patiently answered my questions and addressed any concerns that I might have had. Additionally, each night, the home and yard were left neat and tidy---no trash and all materials were neatly organized or stowed in the trailer.Thank you Services Plus and I hope that we will have the opportunity to work together again in the futureThe Bensons

    It was good experience from the start. The Rep (Phil) arrived on time to discuss my project and took notes of areas I wanted attention. Later that day I got a quote with clear breakdown of work to perform, photos marked with where and what would be done, and pricing. The brochure he left had references, licenses, insurance, etc., which was very reassuring and professional.The Field Manager (David) was courteous and professional. He was on site from start to finish. As there was additional carpentry work beyond the original quote, he and Uga explained clearly why and what was required and gave me a quote with good description and photos for the additional work.And I like it that Rafaela (Operations Manager) was able to update daily on the progress via email so I would know what to expect the following day.It turned out to be a big project but work progressed smoothly and quickly. The overall workmanship was great and is to my satisfaction, and my house look so good now. I would highly recommend Services Plus.

    Mostly we needed trim renewal around windows and some siding replacement on our garage. We needed general carpentry work. A field manager came to give us an estimate. He told us the supplies needed (and that they supplied them) and the price the completed project would be. Also, that the workers would clean everything up, then we would walk around with another field manager, and when satisfied, thats when we would pay the bill. Within days we signed a contract, and everything went very smoothly. Efficient, polite, went right to work and finished up within 2 days. Another field manager came out and we walked around the garage with him to be sure we were pleased with the work. And, thats when we paid the bill.     I am so thrilled with the exterior of my home after the work that was done by the crew from Services Plus.There was extensive wood repair work as well as painting. The job was completed in 6 day’s which I thought was pretty astonishing considering what had to be done.Junior is really quite special! He does high quality work and works really hard.     I had a great experience with Services Plus. Weve lived in our house for 40 years and this was the fifth time we had it painted. In the past, Ive done some work with independent contractors who work by themselves, and Ive liked that because we didnt feel invaded by a big crew and they were generally very responsive. But at the best it took weeks for a single guy to do all the work involved. Ive also had experience with big crews who were much faster but also less nice to have around with more of a sense of being invaded by strangers and less quality control. Services Plus combined the best of both worlds--the speed and efficiency of a large crew, but also excellent quality and great professionalism, from the early stages of estimate-getting to the final result. Douglas was the foreman of our crew, and he and his guys were great to have around. Because of the social distancing of this special time, I got to know them less well than I might have, but there were respectful, friendly, fast, and excellent, as was Gleydson, our estimator and all of the office contacts. They did extensive carpentry and repair work for us as well as painting, and it all looks great. Highly recommended.

    As a first time home buyer it can be quite stressful trying to have several projects completed before moving into a new home. Services plus made the transition for us feel seamless, and we are very happy with them. Services plus painted our interior walls to perfection, added beautiful wainscoting to our dining room and entryway and whitewashed our fireplace. The crew was respectful and clean, they were responsive to any changes we asked for or details we pointed too, and the project manager was in communication with us throughout the whole process. We plan to use them again in a few months for exterior painting.

    The work done by painters were thorough and complete with some flexible time adjustments. Alex and staff did a splendid job of painting the porch and deck with coatings that was required as per the wood condition. The initial power washing and sanding staff did a good job as well. Kudos to Service plus and recommend them for deck painting.

    This company is extraordinary! We had an incredible estimate done in the fall with the job to be done in the Spring.Although the temperature was not springlike they showed up daily at 8am sharply.The carpentry work headed by MacNair was extremely well done. The communication was a daily call from Pricila Montenegro verifying any questionable issues that might have come up.Service Plus left the property in immaculate condition each day.Whereas we had never had our house spray painted, the method was very well done.Come visit our house any time or phone for recommendations.

    Services Plus painted my exterior deck railings. They did an excellent job, showing up on time as scheduled ready to work. they fully prepared and power-washed entire deck and then masked off the areas that werent to be painted and protected all areas from overspray and/or paint drippings. They completed this job in a neat workmanlike manner in a timely manner. I would highly recommend and use them for my future needs.

    Fantastic company to work with from start to finish!!Gleydson was on top of all the estimates for our exterior paint and carpentry work and was spot on with costs and timing. Very easy to work with and up front about the repair work needed - no surprises!Dayna and Chloe kept us informed of the work and scheduling - thats not easy with exterior painting and New England weather.     I contracted Services Plus to repair all of the trim on the edge of the gable and replace a vent. They were very responsive from the time of scheduling of the work estimate to completion of the job. I found them to be very professional and clear with the process. The team of three guys arrived on time and worked very quickly throughout the day. Heli was the on-site coordinator and I found him to be very easy to work with. He and the crew were very good at making the repairs. There were additional repairs that I requested them to do and they were very quick to provide me with an estimate for the additional work. One area that needs improvement is in the cleanup. I found debris on the side of the house and in the hedge that should have been cleaned up. I missed that at the time of the final inspection. All in all, I would invite them back for future projects.

    Had Services Plus do carpentry work on the outside of my house (rotting wood, woodpecker damage). Gleydson, Pedro, Chloe and everyone from Services Plus has been super punctual, professional, with great communication and integrity. Everything they said they would do, they did. When during repairs additional wood rot was found underneath, we looked at it together, and a fair estimate for additional work was provided. They were still able to finish the work before the holidays, working hard in freezing weather. Couldnt be happier with the service and quality. The price was very fair as well.

    Very pleased with dealing with the company and the worked performed. Response to request for quote was immediate and detailed through electronic images for clarity. Iterations to refine the work product were handled efficiently and with professional input. Work crew was proficient, efficient and courteous. Pleasant to have around.     I rarely post reviews for any reason but these guys were so incredibly professional and wonderful that I feel like everyone should know about them. Pedro was our crew boss and he could not have been nicer or easier to work with. I have had alot of experiences with contractors and honestly cannot recall working with a company or crew that was so diligent, timely, and honest about everything they did. They really wanted us to be pleased with their work and did everything they could to make that happen We kept waiting for the big got ya! because they seemed to good to be true. But they were actually that good. I wish I knew the names of the other people who worked on the job so I could recognize them by name but I didnt retain them from the introduction and I feel bad about that. Our house needed lots of carpentry work in addition to a paint job and they did it all. They were also super careful about cleaning up at the end of the day and at the end of the job. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish.

    I was very impressed with the initial response of Services Plus. The person providing me the quote came to my house on time, was polite and professional, did a thorough inspection of the work (replacing punky, rotted wood trim on the outside of the house), and provided a written quote with photographs of the work to be done, with an extensive description of the work. Ive never seen any other contractors quotes this thorough and descriptive.When the work crew arrived a few weeks later, they did a good job on replacing the rotted trim. However, I was very disappointed with two things: when they painted the new trim, they got paint and caulking on the house siding (a lot of paint. This wasnt one or two places, it was very evident at all locations around the house). These were white stains on brown siding. The second disappointment was that when the foreman and I walked around the house for the final inspection (so he could get paid for the work), I had to tell him that the paint and caulk stains were unacceptable. Why didnt he just take care of the problems before the walkaround? He is supposed to be the quality control person, and yet I had to tell him the many paint stains werent acceptable? Its not as if they were small issues and couldnt be seen.The crew came back 2 days later and fixed the mess they made (with paint that I supplied), and I signed off on the job, and handed them the check.All in all, Im satisfied with the companys work, although they have to get the quality control process down better. The fact that a customer doesnt have to pay them any money until the job is approved is a good sign that they will do what they have to in order to get the job done right. Will I use them again? Yes, Ill give them another shot.

    Shopped around and looked at several handyman/contractor businesses. Services Plus was by far the best choice from start to finish. Victoria in the office, to Julio who came and assessed the job and Junior, my site supervisor, every contact was professional and pleasant. Fast response and competitive pricing as well.     They painted the house and deck (as well as carpentry...at the lowest quoted price, for the most work) and did a great job last summer, but this spring we noticed the deck was chipping a little. They called me, twice, this spring to see if before I was still happy with the job. I mentioned that the deck was chipping a little. They sent out one of their agents to look at the deck and decided it needed to be resanded and painted over.Were all very happy with this company and plan to use them again.

    From my first phone chat with Dayna to the final walk through with Bruno, I was delighted with the friendly professionalism of Services Plus staff. Wattiley and Luis did a super job painting white on white in our loft and dining room, with tricky high ceilings and sharp angles seemingly posing no problems for them.     Let me start from the beginning; Uga Defreitas came to my house to give me an estimate. He was very professional. He was very knowledgable and I found his assessment of my house was spot on. He explained everything in detail and laid out how they would approach the job including the paint to be used and why they use that brand. I liked the fact that they would replace any rotted wood with composite wood. I also liked the fact that I paid nothing up front. The power washing was done expertly as I had a lot of mold on the clapboard. I took advantage of the color consultant from Sherwin Williams. She came over and helped my wife and I pick out the colors for the house. The painting crew arrived early in the morning and spent the bulk of the first day removing items and prepping for painting. They spent all day scrapping, sanding, and repairing. They then covered all windows with plastic. At the end of the first day they applied the first coat to the main parts of the house. They arrived the second day again early and spent the rest of the day applying a second coat and painting the trim and shutters as well as the lamp posts. The crew was great. They communicated with me on everything they were doing and when the job was finished you couldn’t even tell anyone was there, it was that clean. Though-out the process Bruno, the operations manager, kept in touch with me the whole time though email and made sure we were in sync with everything. I would highly recommend Services Plus and will use their services in the future.

    I appreciated extremely polite staff, over the phone and in person. Lots of updating and moving work date up with weather conditions, but all were considerate of my time and kept me posted so I could plan.Nice to have price quoted hold, a pleasant surprize with carpentry, when sometimes you dont know what you will find, when things are opened up.

    Our Services Plus experience was very positive. The foremans work was impeccable, both in his approach to working with us, effectively communicating with us the various facets of the interior jobs when it made sense to do so, and in the caliber of the work he performed which was superb!We are very pleased with the outcome with both the 2nd floor full bath off hallway and, perhaps above all, our living room. I am absolutely delighted with how well the color selected blends with the living room furnishings and how appealing to the eye the room is every time I walk past now. The team even improved over what we had had with chair placement, such that we are keeping it the way they returned that furniture once the job was done!The ceilings in both rooms they worked on are what initially triggered our work request and it is such a relief now to have had that seen to. The foreman took the care to explain the living room ceiling, where we had a section cut out in order to come up with a permanent solution to the crack that ran its width: that this would not blend to the point of total invisibility when completed. This proved correct, but the result is close enough.He explained the window frame panes would require a lot of extra time so we did not do those as I did not think they needed painting. I probably should have asked if a small touch up of the bottom portion of the front right living room window could be seen to but I did not. I also didnt ask, after I looked under the ceiling overhang in front of the bay window. to have that freshly painted, as no one ever stands there and looks up at it anyway.Regarding the exterior full house paint job done for us in the spring of 2018, while it was a different team and we do enjoy admiring how the house looks now, we would like the follow-up/ touch-up areas we reviewed upon job completion to be handled soon.In conclusion, e are very happy customers and would be glad to engage the company for a future project.

    We hired them to repair a bunch of exterior areas of rot (mostly under soffits/around and replacing window wells) and a couple sagging gutter corners. Erivan is a great carpenter, very thorough and great attention to detail. They used a moldable plastic material that exactly matches our house and doesn’t rot. Pedro was great and went to great lengths to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the results - which we were.
