    Mark and his assistant Andrew were excellent. Prompt, professional and reasonable. A difficult clogged pipe but they were knowledgeable and worked very hard and efficiently! Very nice too. I would recommend Ed Hauck Master Plumbers to everyone. They will be my plumber for any future needs!

    Amazing company, they were recommended to me by my home insurance provider and they performed a repair on my drainage part of my septic system in a quick efficient manner entire job was completed in 5 hrs great price with a great team!!Mark Sr and Mark Jr as well Bob are very knowledgeable, I have them on speed dial haha!

    I had water in my home that appeared to be coming through my concrete floor-already had several companies here trying to find the cause; plumbers, siding experts, leak detection, soil engineers, construction & inspection & no one could tell us what the cause was- I called Hauck Master Plumbers this morning & within an hour or so Mark and Andrew came by-they found the problem had been a broken pipe under the water heater and repaired it immediately. They were extremely friendly and professional, and I would recommend this company to anybody seeking any plumbing issues. Also recommended my hot water heater was quite old and will have them replace it with a new one in the next coming weeks.

    Mark and his dad are wonderful! Reasonably priced, hard working, friendly and very efficient. We had 2 new toilets delivered from home depot and they came highly recommended. No regrets here! We finally have 2 20in tall toilets (by Comfort Hight) and couldnt be happier. Thanks for the awesome service and we will be calling again if we need a different service and/or recommend this company to local friends and family!

    Did a great job at my house with fixture replacement in my bathtub. Final cost was higher than original estimate but still much less than larger competitor I got an estimate from. I understand they can keep costs low by using an answering service but this is the only reason I give 4 stars.

    GREAT COMPANY!!!We had a leak from our bathtub drain that caused pretty bad water damage in our back room.They came out (on time) and told us what was wrong for no charge.He was upfront about cost and how long it might take.They actually had to jackhammer out part of the cement behind our tub, they still finished QUICKLY.The price was WAY REASONABLE.***We called 3 others before seeing a suggestion for Hauck on Facebook1 didnt answer,1 didnt call back1 was a no show.They were here the next day and we called later in the evening.

    Had a pin hole leak in main water line inside the wall that we were unaware of that eventually flooded our main level, of course when we were out of town. Contacted Hauck Plumbing in Holiday, FL and they were at my home within an hour. Mark identified the problem in a couple minutes and said he would get it repaired. Friendly, timely, very skilled (Mark has 18 years experience and the company started in 1965) and fair pricing. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of their services today......I could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend Hauk Plumbing. Without question I will contact them for all my future plumbing needs and join their long list of raving fans!!

    Called Hawk Plumbing yesterday to set up an appointment for today. On time and completed the work ASAP. I would like to thank the owner for getting to us right away and sending Zach out to do the work. As soon as I met Zack I could tell he was full of confidence and very respectful.     I called to have a water softener and iron filter installed. The appointment was for between 10 and 11 a.m. Mark Jr. was there at 10:10 and in about 3 hours it was done. He was quick , courteous, cleaned up after himself and ultimately charged me less than he quoted me originally. I will definitely use Hauck Master plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I recommend them highly.

    My friends have used them for years and they came highly recommended. They came to my house to fix my shower on a Sunday and later to install a new water heater. I liked that they called when they were on their way and introduced themselves when they came to my door! They were friendly, efficient,Very respectful and very knowledgeable . They immediately told me what the problem was and gave me the cost which was shockingly low compared to other plumbers. I love that it’s a family company. I wouldn’t use any other plumbers! I highly recommend them and have to my neighbors! Great family and company!! Since I wrote this review they came back for an u related problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently and while they were there they rechecked the water heater that they knew they installed a few weeks earlier and of course there was no problem. Everything they ever fixed for me has held up great.

    I will never call another plumbing company again! These guys are family owned and operated, and truly go above and beyond for their customers! Zach was seriously the kindest, most caring technician Ive ever encountered. Integrity is a rare attribute in business these days, and when you encounter it, you should let others know about it!     They were only company to call back. Bob came out and was Very professional and knowledgeable. He had to rework the pipes under kitchen sink which had been installed wrong. There were also number of other issues he took care of. Extremely happy with Hauck and will use them again as well as refer my friends and family.

    I unfortunately had to have 3 different things fixed on an old and outdated house. They were extremely fast,knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. I know its not the case for everyone but they were able to fix a pipe for me without messing up all my tile or pulling out my whole kitchen. Very impressed thank you!

    Hauck Master Plumbers provide excellent service with a friendly and respectful greeting. These plumbers are steadfast in their approach to fixing various problems you may have. Mark, our technician, detected a root problem underneath a toilet and quickly removed the issue and reseated the toilet. The problem was fixed, the bill was reasonable, and I am happy that Mark was the man put on the job. Thanks Mark.

    Hauck Master Plumbers have done lots of work for me and I have always been very happy with the result. When I purchased my home it had to have all new feed lines. They accomplished this in less than a day and I have never had a problem. They just replaced my sixteen year old Rheem water heater with a new Rheem model. They were in and out in about two hours and the work is excellent. They are fast efficient and there work is first class. I highly recommend HMP.

    My kitchen faucet leaked & I had Zac out to see if it could be fixed. Sadly that was not the case. I had to get a new one. Zac went to Home Depot & looked but was disappointed in the selections.I chose Amazon & had it delivered to me in one day.Zac came back & installed it for me.     We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday around 6:00 after my husband got home from work. An outside spicket broke and caused us to lose water throughout the house. With a newborn baby, we were panicked. We called multiple companies that were quoting us an emergency fee and said they couldnt be out for at least 4+ hours. We called Hauck plumbing (based off of a family referral) and Mark quickly called back and said he would be out to our home within the hour. He arrived promptly and immediately began working on the problem and resolved it at a very reasonable cost within a matter of minutes! We were very grateful and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs!!

    Lets see here. I called around noon for a blockage between the bathroom and kitchen sink. Mark called about an hour out from when he would arrive. I thought he made quick work of the issue! But he was here for about hour and a half. He was a natural and it showed! Friendly gentleman if I ever saw one! Ill have him back here should any other problems arise.

    My plumbing nightmare started last week with a leak behind the kitchen sink, I called several plumbers here is the short list of worst & bestI first called Roto Router, they wanted to snake the sink for $325 I told him thats not the problem and he left without checking what the problem was ( seemed like thats all the guy knew what to do, was just to snake a line)I then called Palm Harbor Plumbing, the guy gets out his truck with a shovel, I said - PLEASE ! No need to dig I have a sink problem not a sewer problem he replied - I need to dig to find the sewer line This went back and fourth, he never fixed anything then charged me $100 for digging a hole that I didnt need or want, then he left ! OMG !!! In my 30+ of calling plumbers Palm Harbor Plumbing was/is the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Then I called Hauck Master Plumbers WOW !!!!First thing they did was ask & LISTEN !!! To what the problem was then they fixed it no nonsense and they are unlike ( Roto rooter ) are affordable 👍😀 🇵🇹I saw in the comments people complain they dont call back, if they dont call right back keep trying they are worth the wait, they are always busy because like with me they fix what other ((( plumbers ))) cant or wont
