Originally had some issues with one of the employees but Tony straightened everything out and made good on the installation of an EV 240 plug for an electric car. I recommend this company and hope he gets lots of business for the professionalism shown by this company!!!

I love working with them each and every time I need them. all of the electricians are very professional and knowledgeable, and strive to get the job done in an extremely timely and efficient manner. Everything is done to code and by the books each time and will do whatever it takes to make it done right. They have even fixed other issues that were noticed in the area not related to the job they were hired for. Highly recommend!

We had a situation where two outlets and a light switch panel stopped working. We called At Your Service and they were immediately helpful and able to book a next-day appointment with us. The technician showed us that our battery backup device was faulty and was triggering a breaker in a way that, even after resetting the breaker, it would switch back off. We unplugged the breaker, checked the panel, and were back in business. We had him also install two outdoor outlets after checking over the system. The 1-hour service call was $135 and the two outdoor outlet installs together totaled $375. The work was meticulously performed and the technician reviewed everything to make sure all was well. I was pleased with the professional service and prompt help. Highly recommend! A+

They were hired by Canter Power as a sub contractor to service a component related to our Generac generator. After replacing the failed SMM module and heading out on his way, the AC unit its connected to started having problems. We reached back out to Tony. Even though it was a busy Friday night he committed to having someone come back out. They came back out that evening and checked it out and determined that the AC unit was now failing. Saturday morning we called out the AC guy. He came out, checked the AC and says its the Generac box. He leaves, we call Tony and he comes back out that day. He checked out everything again and determined that the Generac box is working properly. At that point, rather than leaving and going about the rest of his Saturday, he stuck around over an hour waiting for the AC guy to return. He worked together with the AC guy to determine the problem really was with the AC. Thanks again Tony for going above and beyond.
