    I needed a good deal of exterior repairs to my home and met with many contractors for quotes. After meeting with Mike I knew I finally found the right company for my projects. They replaced and installed new soffits, identified a leak issue, installed new flashing, and more. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are very reasonably priced, reliable, easy to work with and are true professionals.It’s a huge relief to have found them and I plan on using them whenever I need work done. I highly recommend them.

    Huge praise for Long Island Construction Plus especially Michael and his extraordinary crew! These guys worked hard, with good humor. Our roof was a lot of work - many layers to remove. It looks amazing now. The crew did extensive clean up which is equally important. They were also extremely responsive and fair in the contracting process. As we phase in more work on our house we are calling them back!

    Mike and crew were excellent. New roof including rip off of two layers of old shingle and replacement of some of the plywood was done in one day. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up impeccably. Our new roof looks great! Price was good and will definitely recommend Long Island Contruction to family and friends. From beginning to end they were great! Want to say thank you so much to Mike! Also to Melyssa who was fantastic and tremendously helpful!

    Great guys, all around! After looking at many options, we went w/ LI Construction for a roof on our new home. They were super accommodating (began the job a day after Christmas) and super diligent (yard was impeccably clean after each work day).Couldnt recommend more highly--for a fair price, high quality work and awesome customer service, give Mike a call!!

    Very happy with the experience and output overall and would highly recommend. Mike was extremely flexible and willing to work with us in our situation (basically a complete redo of the framing and sheathing, in addition to windows, doors and siding). Changes to original work order were easy and he allowed us to organize materials to help us keep costs down. Great communication throughout the process as well.

    We recently hired Long Island Construction to replace the roof and siding on our newly purchased home. Both the owner and workers were a pleasure to deal with. They were always available to address any questions or concerns that I might have had due the whole process. Pricing was extremely fair and the work they did exceeded my expectations.     Long Island Construction replaced my roof. They are professional and work to agreed upon schedule. They removed my original shingle roof which is a messy job. They left my property and landscaping cleaner and more manicured then before they arrived. They should consider getting into landscaping. I am very satisfied and would use them again.

    After 20 years in my home the cobble stone driveway and flower beds in the front of my house were falling apart and all the cement was cracking. Santos from Long Island construction came and re-pointed my both sides of my cobblestone driveway and completely re built my flower bed walls from scratch. In 2 days everything was done and the work was amazingly good. I would call him again if I needed any construction repairs or new construction.     I have used LI Construction for several of my home projects such as putting up new sheetrock, windows, soffits, gutters and most recently a portico. Santos and George, the project managers were very pleasant to work with, responsive to calls and offered resolutions to arising issues. The teams show up on time, are hardworking, knowledgeable, and respectful. The estimates for the work are reasonable and in line with other quotes. I plan to use them again for my next project and have already referred LIC to friends and family.

    Herman and his team were fantastic! Replaced all my cedar shake siding. Showed up on time every morning and worked a full day. Addressed any concerns we had and did meticulous job. Highly recommend these guys!

    On The Island Contracting did an amazing job in our home. Took us from a home that was frustrating and not a well thought out floor plan, to something that we are so in love with. Our kitchen is more than we could have ever asked for (my husband who loves to cook and for myself who loves to bake), and the rest of the home is truly amazing. We went from two horrible bathrooms, to two amazingly updated baths. We went from tears to absolute happiness. Thank you Lou and your crew, you were truly a pleasure to work with.
