    We posted a need for a same-day plumber in a social media group. Katie happened to be a member of that group and was immediately responsive in connecting with me. She had us set up right away with a timely appointment. From emergency to completion, the whole process was about 3 hours and we couldnt be happier.     The first time I used Aqua Knight was about 6 months ago for a clog in my basement. From the initial call I made I was put at ease and was treated nicely. On the day of the appointment, Daniel was on time, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Daniel was able to explain to me what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and gave me suggestions on what I could do to prevent the problem in the future. He was also very transparent and I was relieved that service was reasonably priced. I was very impressed overall with Aqua Knight. So when I had a problem with my bathroom I did not hesitate…. Aqua Knight was my go to plumber. And again, Daniel was on time, he explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and then he told me different situations that may happen in future. Daniel even showed me and explained to me the situation using the camera. He knew exactly what the problem was and even offered an explanation on how it occurred.Although this service was more expensive, it was still reasonably priced, and I appreciated Daniel giving me solutions to help the problem from occurring soon. Other plumbers would have just fixed it, charge the client, and then be on their way knowing that they would get a call in the future for the same problem. Daniel is very transparent and honest, and he tells you up front what you are looking at in the future. It’s very rare to find a plumber who is great at their job and very honest with the client and doesn’t try to make extra money from people who are not familiar with plumbing. Aqua Knight Plumbing and Daniel are the best, and I am glad I have found my go to plumber!

    Daniel was great. Not how anyone wanted to start off Christmas Eve by finding water on the basement floor. From the morning call to being completely finished was less than 4 hours. New water heater and valves.

    Really liked the Office Manager, Katie! She was friendly, happy and helpful, a joy to communicate with. And Daniel was a great plumber, gave me loads of info on my clogged toilet and how to protect it from happening again. Cue the right toilet paper- Scott regular not thick or plump & super cushy. Dissolves easily in low water toilets, I can write a book. Only one con- they are often super booked up so a wait might occur for your job to be completed.

    I had a leak in my basement and couldnt figure out where it was coming from. I called Aqua Knight Plumbing and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The tech found the leak within just a few minutes and presented me with a couple different options on how to remedy the situation.
