    We have loved working with R3. We have now renovated 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens with them. Taylor did a great job helping with the design and providing different options to pick from. Jennifer and James are always very responsive, and kept us up to date throughout the project. I appreciated their open communication and their responses to any concerns we had. The workers were all great! They were all very kind and did great work. We will be using the R3 for future projects!

    Earlier this year R3 did a major kitchen and bathroom remodel for my nearly 70 year old house and the completed project exceeded my expectations.In addition to the kitchen and bathroom remodel, R3 added a larger window, layed new flooring to the main level, opened up the family room entrance, removed a wall to enable a larger kitchen footprint, replaced the tank water heater w a tankless one, replaced galvanized piping w copper, updated the electric box, modernized the entryway stairs n railing and more.R3 was selected after having at least 6 other businesses look at this project. What won me over - local company, best quoted price, great reviews, recommendation from a neighbor that had used em, and my positive interaction w James during quote process. This decision was later re-enforced with completed project and while watching R3 interact w village inspectors. Inspectors also had positive comments about R3.Needless to say I was apprehensive at start of this big investment of a project.Really happy with the end results which was completed in a timely manner, ~9 weeks.James crew kept me informed, showed up as expected and cleaned up every day.Jennifer in office could always get me an answer when James was not available and was real good at project management / communication.Taylor was very helpful in my design decisions as she made great suggestions for the vanity, flooring and especially the kitchen cabinets and backsplash.R3 has a continuously learning, trustworthy group of workers and are a pleasure to work with.R3 also has a reliable/quality extended family of contacts with Abt, certified electrician, painter, plumber, hvac and cleaning service in addition to their crew.R3 welcomed feedback and wanted to please. If something wasnt quite right, R3 corrected it in a timely manner. ex. niche in shower had to be reworked.I plan to use them for future projects.

    R3 exceeded my expectations of working thru a remodel project. From design phase to project completion they communicated every step of the way. The helped quickly resolve any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend R3 and will be using again in the future.

    James, Taylor and the entire R3 team gave me a brand new house that is beyond my dreams. They took a 1950s ranch with walls upon walls and turned it into a modern showpiece. Almost everything but the exterior walls were touched. The entire process from design to build was flawless.You hear so many horror stories about bad contractors but R3 can be trusted to delivery high quality work in a timely manner. So much trust that I went to stay with family out of the state during the entire 11 week project. There were folks that thought I was nuts for handing a stranger keys to my house and leaving but I had complete trust in James and the team and knew everything would be taken care of. I received weekly photo updates and was in regular contact with James throughout the entire process. He was always just a phone call or text message away. Any questions or concerns were always addressed in a kind professional manner.I would give them 10+ stars if I could. I trust no one else for any type of work/repairs.

    The R3 crew was great to work with. They remodeled two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was being remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair and they did an outstanding job listening to our needs and executing a plan that will give us peace of mind for many years to come. We can now easily accommodate our family member with physical disabilities.

    This is the second time R3 has worked on my house and the second time I could not be happier with them. The work was done on time. All of the workers were easy to work with and genuinely nice people. Jennifer was so helpful and always there for suggestions and for my questions. And, as always, James went out of his way to keep everything going smoothly. I will only have R3 work on my house. The entire team is extraordinary.

    R3 Contracting just remodeled my bathroom and I couldnt be happier. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable from the first time James entered my home to get started on an estimate. Once the job was started they worked every day, all day until it was finished. I am very pleased with how it came out and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again to do other projects in my home.

    R3 Contracting was great to work with...special shout out to Jennifer & James our main contacts at R3. The guys thats showed up to do the work were on time every day, polite and did a fantastic job in a short amount of time. We had a small electrical job to get done, a replacement attic fan to be installed, the trim painted on our entire house & a few miscellaneous things we needed done...they did them all and completed in just 2 days. We couldnt be happier and highly, highly recommend them. Contact them and youll see for yourself why I wrote this review.

Also installed new flooring throughout the kitchen and living room area with new stairs & railings and interior doors.     We needed bathroom and hallway replaced after a leak and mold removal. James and team did a wonderful job on the space. They completed job in a week. Daily we received notice of work plan for the next day and time of arrival. They were always on time and a pleasure to work with. They kept the space clean and the cleaning crew at the end of the job was extra special. We plan to use them for our next project.

    I definitely recommend R3 contracting for my family & friends looking to remodel their home. My mother recently decided to remodel her kitchen but was nervous about who to trust. I came across R3 website and was impressed by the quality of work that was posted. My mother fell in love with R3’s kitchen remodels and decided to redo her entire home. James the contractor always kept us updated with any concerns R3 came across while remodeling and corrected them immediately. In the end, my mother moved back into a brand new home in no time.     R3 just finished a complete master bathroom remodel in our home. They completely exceeded our expectations. James came out to give us a detailed quote and when we were ready to begin, the process was seamless, timely, and stayed in our budget. We loved meeting with Jennifer, Taylor, and James to discuss and choose the design we wanted. We met multiple times, so I never felt out of the loop about anything that would be happening in my home.Throughout the process, we were in constant contact with Jennifer. She is extremely organized, quick to respond, and was always able to provide answers to any questions we had. It is clear that she is a dedicated employee that wants clients to be happy. This prompt communication was especially helpful when we decided to add painting two bedrooms and getting new glass shower doors in another bathroom after the project was scheduled to start.We absolutely loved working with Rigo. He did a phenomenal job making our bathroom so beautiful. He was meticulous, respectful, and very hardworking. He cleaned up after each day of work. It is clear that he takes pride in his work.We also loved the painter, Cruz. He did an awesome job in our bedrooms and they look beautiful!Thank you so much to James and his employees!     I would give R3 Contracting 10 start if I could. They went above and beyond on making sure that our home project is perfectly done and delivered on time. R3 Contracting worked well with our insurance and the city to submit all required documents and drawings.Our scope included:- Exterior work. (Siding).- Flooring and tiles.- Kitchen cabinets.- plumbing and electrical.- Bathrooms remodel.- Framing.They were basically a one stop shop for all the above. They provided the design, drawing, selections, and they worked perfectly with our budget. They have a phone app where you can track the project status, make the selections and communicate with the team.
