My ceiling was leaking and Eliazel was dispatched to come and provide an estimate. He was able to identify the issue quickly and communicated my options in a way that I understood. He was also kind and respectful. It was a pleasant experience and I would use them again in the future.

My disposal wasnt working and I purchased a new unit to be installed. Nick was very honest and told me that since the machine was good quality that the problem was probably a jam, which he unjammed.. Daniel Torres from Power Plumbing has done work for me twice now. He was efficient, professional, and answered all of my questions. My water pressure was low due to debris in the lines, and he got everything cleared out and water pressure restored - hallelujah! Also love their system that texts you when your technician is on the way. Thank you again!

I was texted saying Daniel was on his way. They included a picture which is assuring. Daniel and his assistant went right to work. They were quick and efficient. Daniel made some changes to plumbing under kitchen sink. They cleaned up before they left. I was very impressed. Peggy Shaw

Excellent service, supervisor came out,looked at the problem and bailed water to stop the leak by tightening up the connection. Will get them more work in the future.When asked for a repair to our main system I was brushed off and am now VERY disappointed in their willing to service a water system, which they advertise to work on.

My insurance company had recommended them during the recent freeze. Most of the other places had 2- 3 week wait times. One had even told me I would have to wait, but then called me back the next day saying that they could come that day. However, they wanted to charge and emergency fee and a huge amount without even seeing the busted pipe. Power Plumbing came out the very next day after I called them and repaired my pipe in about an hour. They were very fair on the pricing as well. They did tell me that they normally do not repair residential, however they were trying to make sure as many people as they could help could get their water back on. They were very compassionate and did not take advantage of the vulnerable situation we, Houston residents, were in. I even referred them to several of my co-workers, who all thanked me. Its great to know that there are still honest and sympathetic people out there!

During this cold weather, we had several leaks. Even though they are commercial plumbers, they called me back to let me know they would help. Not only did they help, they came back time and time again when new leaks would pop up. I cant say enough about this company, thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. One request ..get booties to slip over their shoes..they are working all over and I hate to clean the floor after they are done. Otherwise totally excellent work . No issues just a suggestion!
