    Came to my house through my home warranty for an HVAC/Furnace diagnosis. They were kind professional courteous knowledgeable. The diagnostic went very well even though my unit was slightly older it was still working. Were knowledgeable on the availability of replacement parts and the repairability of components.

    Excellent problem free experience. I contacted Mr. Cruz after another electrician didnt fix my partial power outage. Mr. Cruz was here within an hour and didnt stop until my power was back up--I really wish I had called him first. Highly recommended!

    My dryer stopped working due to a vent being clogged. Turn out the pipe inside the wall wasnt connected correctly. Lint was building up in my wall. The guys replaced the piping needed and put the drywall back together. They were efficient workers who cared about you and your home.

    Mr Cruz was very understanding and open to my concerns in order to resolve my AC issue. He said he would stick with me until he got my AC operating. This put me at ease. He scheduled an appointment and arrived to identify the issue. The necessary part required AHS approval. He returned later, but because of water damage, removing the part proved impossible. The only option to remove the part was to grind the screw. Without the necessary tool, Mr Cruz rescheduled and returned with the needed tool. Going beyond expectations, he grinded the screw. He then realized the parts store had sold him one critical piece in the incorrect size. It was the end of the business day, the parts store was now closed. This would mean another weekend without AC and another scheduled appointment. So again, going beyond expectations, Mr. Cruz drove to his home to retrieve a new, unused part he had on hand. He soon returned with the correct sized part to finish the job. Mr. Cruz keep his word to stick with me until he got my AC operating. Thank you Mr. Cruz! Im rating your service 5 star. It was!!
