    Doing business with people you like, trust and can count on in a pinch.Blake the salesman earned my business about 18 months ago. Since that time, I had added onto my business with Action Fence with gate openers, etc. The team was always responsive to any issues and incredibly helpful. When I had issues, the entire company took ownership and were great to work with.Most recently, I had a new concrete driveway poured. During the forming, their crew cut the wire to the opener sensor. Right before Christmas no less!! Blake and the team at Action fence helped me out in a pinch and dropped everything to help out a customer. With family about to show, pets and all the nonsense of the Holidays, I really needed the gate functioning properly. Action Fence exceeded expectations! I do business with people I trust, depend in and can recommend.I can recommend Action Fence fully with no reservations. Do not hesitate to reach out to me or trust them with your business.

    I recently just moved to a new place with my 4 St Bernards. The fence that was already at my new place was chain linked and had taken a few big hits from tornadoes that occurred several years ago. Also finding out my new neighbors had 7 kids made a fence that much more important and necessary. I called around and got several estimates from many other companies. Action Fence was the last company I called and I am so thankful for all the staff that was involved in making my fence become a reality. From the first call I made to Blake M, regarding my issue/fence needs/estimate, all the way to the excellent crew who installed my fence, I am so overjoyed with their services. Blake was able to help me get what no other company would even consider and at an extremely competitive reasonable price. My fence looks amazing and my 4 St Bernards are now able to enjoy the huge fenced in back yard. Action fence has also helped in making me to continue to be a responsible dog owner and given me reassurance in keeping safety a priority for my neighbors as well as my dogs. I will continue to use Action fence for any fencing needs in the future.     They repaired a section of aluminum fence damaged by falling tree limb and placed new section with puppy pickets in front of landscaping wall to prevent fall risk. They rehung 2 gates that were sagging and placed 2 new gates. The work was well done. The gates open and close flawlessly. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend without reservation

    Action did a fantastic job installing my half privacy, half aluminum picket fence! They had the fence completed in one day and were very pleasant to work with when I had a few adjustments needed after they finished. Will absolutely use them for my next fencing needs!

I didn’t have much done and my case was due to a Police Chase thru my yard which took down my Gate . So I replaced both sides as to not have one new gate and one old .     From the moment I first talked to Blake from Action Fence I knew the vision me and my wife had would become a reality. The attention to detail in every stage was very reassuring. The price they quoted us for the fence was fair and very reasonable, and that’s before they gave us a discount on account of me being a veteran. We had some specific measurements that had to be followed due to where we live. That was going to add more to the quoted price. The team at Action Fence kept me updated on these changes and only proceeded upon the ok from me and my wife. I appreciate that they didn’t try to sneak any hidden charges I’m the price. The crew that installed our fence were absolutely incredible. After a brief discussion with the design they went right to work. I’m still impressed with how quickly, efficiently and precise they were. They checked level it seemed 5-7 times during each phase of the install. After the crew finished they made sure to clean up the job site and like every other part of this they were very thorough. Me and my wife are very pleased with the finished fence and the experience with Action Fence was smooth and a pleasure.

    We loved working with Action Fence! It only took 2 calls and then they were out a couple days later to do an estimate. Blake who did the estimate spent 2 hours with us and had great advice on what to do and choose. He gave his professional opinion without trying to upsell us. We were lucky enough to get our installation a couple days later due to a cancellation (talk about instant gratification!) The installers got the job done in 1 day and were very nice! We are simply over the Moon with our investment (so is our pup)!

    We had a fence installed that we thought was going to be beautiful BUT it looks so bad and wasnt completed. The installer even told us that he had never done one like ours before! Poor workmanship and we have called twice and sent emails and no response. What a waste of money! Considering taking to court to either have it fixed like their picture shows on their website to get our money back.UPDATE -Our fence has been fixed and we are completely satisfied with the results. Action Fence of Chattanooga has been working with us on the problem and, as we found out, this type of fencing needs some upgrading in that it needs a little reinforcement since the boards are horizontal instead of vertical. We want to apologize for our prior comments as we also found out that getting materials during this virus and businesses working on skeleton crews, its very hard to get whats needed. Again, thanks to Action Fence of Chattanooga for their response and their time.

    We had the best experience with Action Fence! They came out to give us our quote the day after we called. The gentleman went over all of our options with us, even gave us some money saving tips, and advised us of the scheduling they were working on. We knew upfront around how long before we would be getting our fence. The day the installation was scheduled for it was pouring rain all day, but the team showed up the next morning and had the fence done before the end of the day. It looks great!! We are more than happy to have done business with Action Fence!!

    First and foremost I normally dont leave reviews but this day in age youll get scammed or ripped off before you know it! I just want to say Action Fence went above and beyond on every aspect when it came to securing our family and home. From top to bottom was absolutely fantastic. Anthony quoted and was just a real down to earth swell fella. He didnt try to sell me on anything. He listened to my wants and needs, let me do all the talking and when it came down to it he actually opened my eyes and saved me a few bucks. That never happens these days. I agreed on what he advised on and they started immediately. I was home during the installation and being me I mosied over to take a gander at the work that was being done and Shawn the Installer was super polite and answered all my questions. He wasnt afraid to talk about what was happening. Very professional and the job he did was to the T. I cant tell you the last time I received service this top notch throughout the whole project start to finish. If you dont choose Action Fence for your next Fence then youre truly missing out. 10 stars!

    We just purchased a home and called Action Fence to install our new privacy fence. We had the Horizontal Heavy Duty 6 Privacy Fence installed.     We recently built a house in The Canyons and put a pool in. We got several estimates before making the decision to allow Action Fence to install our fence. I met with Chris McDaniel at our home and he went over everything with us and measured for our fence. Not only did he give us the best price for a better fence, he also communicated with us throughout the entire process and when it came time to install, Josh called me and they installed the fence the next day. The crew was extremely neat, well organized, and I was amazed that they did it in less than a day! WOW! No mess, and I can save you some time & $$$ by saying go with these guys!     I searched for a good few fence companys in the Chattanooga area. The first 2 companies I contacted left me high and dry and seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. I contacted this company and the customer service was outstanding!! They were very punctual, organized, and the job was completed through what I felt was torturous weather conditions being the coldest time of the year. So all out kudos to these guys!!     It did take a long time for the project to be started but the husband and wife team who came out were very personable and they worked very, very hard. It was hot and the ground was basically rock. Their auger was torn up so they dug every hole with post hole diggers. I admire folks who work that hard and finish the job in two days, so I hope they are paid well and I hope they get raises. They deserve to make the big money!

    The reviews aren’t great, so I was concerned about how our experience would end. Honestly, I don’t understand the bad reviews! When I called for a quote they came right out, same day. Blake was awesome. Very helpful and upfront about the fact that it was busy season and would be about 2 months before they could get it installed. I called to follow up every few weeks, there was A LOT of rain so I knew it would get pushed out a little, but Rick or Blake always answered or called back same day and kept us in the loop. Installers got here and got it finished in less than 2 days and it looks incredible!
