    I’ve been working with flash restoration for about 3 years. The owner Nick is a great boss and very honest man. Always a man of his word. All jobs I have ever had the privilege of being apart of the deadline was met above and beyond expectations. Love the full service we provide most companies only do a quarter of the work we perform.     We couldn’t be happier with the work performed by Flash Restoration. They are in such high demand working to mediate damage caused by both Helene and Milton. They are sensitive to the needs of those of us trying to save properties from the storm damage and are juggling many clients very well.     FLASH water restoration has been incredible AND AMAZING…doing water and damage mitigation after these TWO back to back hurricanes in sarasota, fl!     Flash Water And Fire Restoration responded to my call for emergency flood restoration within hours. They were able to start the drying and cleanup process the same day I contacted them. The technicians were meticulous in identifying all affected areas and ensuring thorough drying and sanitization.They took great care to protect unaffected parts of my basement during the restoration work.The final results were impressive - you couldnt even tell there had been there. Thanks again!

    I usually dont write review for anyone but for Nick of Flash Water and Fire Restoration I want to make an exception!I had a water pipe on the 3rd floor busted due to the extreme cold weather in Jan. 2024. I was at home so I shut the water almost immediately. However, one will never expected how much water came out of the pipe in just 20 mins: Water everywhere from 3rd floor to the basement! I totally panicked and almost got a heart attack.Fortunately I got Nicks no from my friend. I was told he was good but I did not believe at that time however with no choice so I called him. His response was amazing: Over the very first phone call, he arranged his Plumber to come to my house to repair the pipe and in 40 mins he was at my home with a dumpster. He immediately start checking around the house and explained in details to me what his people was going to do and also helped me to call my insurance company and made claim. What I felt at that time was looked this guy knew his business and quite professional!Make the long story short, In 6 months, Nicks team rebuild half of my house. My wife was very happy with Nicks company and his people and of course with Nick which makes me also very happy with Nick.Positive things Nicks company has:1/ He is a very responsible and reliable man and always keeps his word which is very very important!2/ He has a very good team to do the job.3/ His price is quite reasonable compare with what he can do and what he did with my house.I DO recommend Nick and his company!JohnHinsdale

    Flash restoration were such a great help. I had my pipes burst in my house thousands of gallons of water to clean up.I thought my house was ruined forever. Flash restoration and their team quickly moved in within hours cleaned up the mess and his workers were very polite Im happy I chose Flash.

    I was very impressed with Flash Roofing! I had a pipe burst in my home, luckily there wasnt too much damage, however Flash Roofing came to my house immediately and inspected for mold and then went on to clean my carpets and repaint the walls that were damaged. They have a very hard working team and are very reliable!

    When my basement flooded after a huge rain storm, Flash was able to come out in no time and not only remove the water, but also replace the flooring and carpeting. Luckily there was no mold, but they made sure of it through their thorough mold inspection!
