This company is great to work with. Our lift chain broke going into a holiday weekend and Nick determined what was needed and allowed me to pick up parts after hours. He was available for questions during installation and followed up afterwards to make sure all went well. Also have purchased other parts from this company in the past. Customer service is second to none!

Nick was fantastic to work with from the time we ordered the lift to the time it was delivered. His team installed it on a Friday and he stopped by Saturday to make sure it was all good. It was our first time ordering a lift and Nick walked through all the options with us so we could decide on the best one. I definitely will be using him again in the future!

I replaced my dock and lift with a new setup from Custom Portable Docks and Lifts. I spent a couple years researching docks from other suppliers in the MN and WI. After visiting their shop, I was convinced their product was top notch with competitive pricing. The customer service has been amazing for a dock / lift supplier. The team came out a number of times to make sure everything was dialed in. Ive had the dock / lift for over a month now and cant be more pleased. They also back up their products with a good warranty. Highly recommend this company.

We have had our boat lift now for the past couple of years, could not be more happy. First, they were the only ones willing to deliver for a fair price to our cabin in MN. Second, the set up was professional and he took the time to make sure it was done the right way. Third, the lift has been great, no problems and it can be installed and removed with one person (5K lift). Very happy with our purchase from Custom Portable Docks and Lifts.

We looked at a lot of docks before we settled on a Custom Portable dock. We couldnt be happier. From start to finish the process was a pleasure. We chose to install the dock ourselves and had a lot of fun putting it in an leveling it. We got the removable winches which are great and a bench which we really love!The dock is solid and we the plastic decking is perfect. This year my husband put the dock in by himself and it took about 10 minutes and he stayed dry. Love it!

I just had my boat lift and dock L installed by Custom Portable. I worked with Pat for the purchase and his son Travis for the install. I am blown away by the time and care they took in making sure I had the right lift and then how thorough the install was. Travis went out of his way to make sure I knew exactly how to work my new lift. Pat was great at explaining what I needed now and for the future in case we upgraded to a pontoon. Im sure he saved me $7k because now I have one lift for a lifetime of boating. He took the time to explain all options and asked the right questions to help me a new cabin owner through an unfamiliar process. If I ever need service, or have opportunity to refer a dock company, this is the place to go. Thanks guy! Very proud of our new dock and lift.

We purchased our dock from Custom Portable Dock without actually seeing one in person, but research showed it to be a quality product. They delivered and set up our dock on short notice from us and they came thru with excellent service and the dock is excellent like the features and the decking is awesome.

We have had our roll in dock for 3 years. It has been excellent and even though we are on a steep hill it can be put in and out easily. In fact the company has been doing that for us on a regular basis. Service has been topnotch and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We think you would like their product and their service.
