    Austin was great. Came to us with a Can Do attitude. Both of them were very polite and very efficient. We had about 8 different electrical items on our list. Receptacles added, switches not working, exhaust fans replaced and cicuitry problems. They knocked it out quickly. AND they cleaned up as they went! Glad we called Oceanside!

    What an amazing job they did! We had a lot of different electrical needs as part of our kitchen renovation. John and his team at OceanSide Electric worked with us through the whole process, even as we added things to the scope of work. They did everything from adding lights, moving electrical outlets, even trenching into our concrete slab to run electrical lines.You may need a general contractor to come through to patch drywall, but if youre looking for an honest and experienced electrician, who will respect you and your property; we highly recommend the whole team at OceanSide Electric.

    Chris arrived exactly on time. He installed a new motion sensor flood light fixture underneath the eaves on the garage; repaired the doorbell; and straightened the bent lamp in an outdoor wall sconce as much as is possible considering the lamp is 20+ years old and cannot be tightened due to metal corrosion and stripped screw threads. Chris did an excellent job. During my 11 years on Hilton Head Island, Oceanside Electric has become my “go to” company for top notch electricians. They always do outstanding work and have a very positive approach. We are very pleased.

    This is the first time I have ever reviewed an electrician, because past electrical service with other electricians was dismal, at best. But Oceanside Electric raised the bar so high, I wanted others to know about them! This is a first-class company, with customer service their main priority. From the moment I contacted them, it has been a delightful experience. They make your appointment, show up on time, provide email confirmations for your visit and bill - you always know where you stand with Oceanside. The two electricians who performed the work were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Even when John, the owner, came to prepare my estimate, and one of my big problems was the light over my makeup table was out, and I was having to put on my makeup in the den. This was worse than not having AC or heat!!! While he was there doing the estimate, John took the time to look at the switch, replace a bad switch, and voila! John fixed it, while preparing the estimate! This is the kind of exceptional service you get from Oceanside. I wish all the other contractors would use Oceansides business model. Only very professional, personable and knowledgeable people work at Oceanside Electric. They are the BEST. You will not be disappointed.

    Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our installer Chris was superb! He had our new living room oversized ceiling light fan up in no time and put in remotes to our three other room fans. Chris asked us every step of the way exactly what we wanted. We will be using them in the future. Prompt, reliable, and very reasonably priced for the Hilton Head SC area. My wife and I highly recommend them. Ask for Chris for sure!

He had installed an outdoor ceiling fan for us before, and did a great job!This time we had an issue with house lighting using three switches to control the same lights. John figured it out immediately, but had to go buy the special switch we needed.After he installed the new switch, everything worked perfectly again.He is now our GO-TO electrician!     John from OceanSide was able to meet me the same day I called having power issues. We had no AC and strange lights flickering bc of a power fluctuation that we couldnt diagnose. Palmetto Electric came out and then John from OceanSide came out and all is fixed! We used OceanSide in 2021 for a complete panel replacement and they were great then too!
