The professionalism and attention to details for the roof, attic fans, and proper venting was unsurpassed. Cleanup was thorough, although during the.process the guys were so vigilant about not creating a huge mess to have to clean up. Friends said I would find nails for weeks after the job was done.I found 2 nails and a few that got washed into the gutter....that was it. I cant recommend Jason, Lance, and their company highly enough. -

We had an emergency with rain forecasted and Rain tight Roofing came out immediately to cover holes in our roof. Jason then worked well with the insurance company and related contractors. The whole process was as seamless and painless as we could have hoped for. -

We needed to have a small section of wood siding repaired. Several years ago, I had used Raintight Roofing to replace our roof. I was impressed with their people and quality of work.In deciding who to use for this repair, my decision came down to quality of people and workmanship. Since I was familiar with Raintight, I didnt hesitate to contact them. Although theyre extremely busy (guess that speaks to others liking their quality), they were able to complete the repair and it looks great. As I always say, in a world full of technology, people make the difference. Jason Holland, Lance Holland and the Raintight team are quality and trustworthy people! I will continue to use them and will recommend their services to others. -

Had estimates from 3 companies. Jason the owner of RainTight was the only owner who came to the house and discussed the bid with us step by step. He surfaced issues the other companies didnt. Even with some of the other issues the other companies didnt mention, the bid was very competitive. Installers and workmanship was excellent. Good cleanup after the job. Would use again! -

Jason did a very good job of laying out the options and costs in his quote. His crew executed and the new roof looks great. Jason inspected the attic as well and determined that some roof vents and roof fans would give us the right air flow for longevity. -

RainTight Roofing was the best. Jason was easy to work with, dependable, and very concerned with his final product. His employees were just as kind and dependable. Finished on time with a tight schedule. Can’t say enough good about RainTight Roofing. -

We hired Rain Tight to fix damage caused by a hurricane. They did the job quickly and perfectly. They have carpenters to do any carpentry work so the job can be done efficiently and well. Great job. Would use these guys anytime you need roof work. -
Review 9 (2024-04-05 - Rating: 5)
My roof was not a simple remove-the-old and apply-the-new roof job. It was the original roof about 25 years old. It showed signs of blotchy bleed-throughs. It covers a 3,400 square foot house/garage with several hips. The facia was rotted in many places, leaves were left to rot without being removed, and once the old roof was exposed, many areas (about 22) showed that the under-plywood sheeting had rotted and was pulverized. Some 2-by support material also had to be replaced as well. To complicate matters, there was carpentry work, roof shingle work, and paint work that had to be done: the roofers could not work until the carpentry was done. The painters also needed to wait until roofing/new facia work was completed. It was becoming a challenge for both, me and the company owner. All the old 1x6 and 1x3 wood fascia was removed and replaced with a plastic 1-by material along the entire roof edge for several hundred feet, then painted. All roof shingles were removed then replaced with new shingles as the sheeting was renewed and prepared for new material. This was done in several steps because while the carpenters were preparing areas to be re-roofed, the roofers were tending to other roof jobs in the area that the company had contacted. Ultimately, the entire roof was completed with new shingles and all new fascia.Next was the chimney. The company owner has a list of great local people in other trades in-which he had faith and would stand by their quality work. So, I hired the chimney guy who rebuilt the chimney from the attic up, including all new stucco, all new internal support (2 by material) structures, and a new aluminum cap. I needed some stucco work done in the patio area as well as all around the outside about a foot or two up from the ground. The roofer also noticed my windows also need to be re-caulked so, once again, he knew of a guy...All throughout the roofing job the roofing company owner tried to find ways to get the work that I needed to be done at a reasonable and fair price, and he did that without question. New gutters with leaf guards were installed where the old gutter system was removed and found an excellent contractor who did it at a great price. He also devised several metal devices that, when installed during the re-roofing job, would re-direct rain water away from the corner stucco surfaces, essentially helping to maintain rain-tight integrity. In summary, it was a lot of work, it was done at a very fair price, and I expect the new roof will last at least 20+ years, and the appearance of the house greatly improved. All removed and discarded old materials were removed from the property when all work was done. Based upon the exceptional working experience I has with Rain Tight Roofing, I would again put my trust in the work they did. As far as I am concerned there are no other roofing companies except Rain Tight. -

Jason found significant structural damage, fixed it and reroofed our house. Could not have been more helpful and communicated well. #1 go to guy for HHI. -
Review 11 (2022-12-12 - Rating: 5)
We chose Rain Tight Roofing after estimates from other roofing companies. Jason Holland was extremely thorough in evaluating the structure and condition of the damaged roof. Part of our reroofing project involved an insurance claim and he went above and beyond to ensure this was submitted correctly and represented our interest in receiving the correct reimbursement. The additional carpentry needed to correct major structural issues was addressed by a structural engineer that Jason brought in. The team of carpenters were well versed in the plan, polite, professional and expert craftsman. This was an involved project that took more than two days. It was interrupted by a tropical storm and the team (including Jason) were on the roof after sunset to make sure that the exposed roof was covered and protected from possible water and wind damage. The job was completed as promised and left clean without damage to the property or landscaping. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately either by text, phone or in person, without exception. There are many, many roofing companies to choose from in our area but Rain Tight Roofing excels in providing exceptional customer service and a high quality product. -

Rain Tight Roofing is owned and managed by Jason Holland who is an experienced roofer with a focus on quality and professionalism who will be involved from start to finish of the project. Jason will walk the roof and with a sharp eye also inspect the fascia and soffit before providing an estimate. He will be on the job site at the start and end of each day and available for questions. His crew works as a team and worked on our roof during the hot humid days of August. In summary Rain Tight met and exceeded my expectations for this project Gerry Hand -

Jason and his team were professional, fast, friendly and efficient. We were working a project on a house in Hilton Head, while living in Massachusetts. Jason made the process seamless and painless. The results where amazing, and helped us sell the house in one day. He and his team went above and beyond the call, not only repairing the roof, but also rebuilding the chimney, and dealing with wood rot. I would highly recommend Jason and the team at Rain Tight for your roofing needs! -

Jason and Rain Tight Roofing installed a new roof on our home a couple years before we bought the home. It’s remarkable and so appreciated that Jason has watched out for us as the new homeowners, even after the previous homeowner sold and moved away. Jason has retained a pride of craftsmanship in his team’s work since the roof was installed. He has helped us maintain it since we bought our home, and he has ensured that anything roof-related is done right. Highly recommended. -

Rain Tight recently replaced my roof and skylights. During installation, wood rot was discovered and was completely replaced. The owner, Jason Holland, worked diligently, to obtain insurance reimbursement since the damage on my roof was due to hail. Rain Tight worked in a professional manner that produced a high quality result. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. -

As a structural engineer for many residential projects myself, I can say that they were knowledgeable about structural repairs while the roof was open. We used Rain Tight after Hurricane Matthew when the insurance company agreed that we needed all new roofing after two large trees fell on our roof. Rain Tight was very timely and had an excellent crew that did great work. The new roof looked great and then along came Hurricane Irma, with another tree on the roof, and four holes through the roof. We were out of the country when a neighbor called us, so we talked to Jason by phone. The tree was removed from the roof that afternoon and Jason had the roof secured and rain tight by evening. This saved what could have been extensive water damage to the interior of the house. Later this area of the roofing was replaced by Rain Tight and the work was accomplished so that it looks like nothing happened...a perfect blend of the old and new.We wouldnt think of using anyone else after the next hurricane! -

I decided to replace my roof because it was old and it had some hail damage. A neighbor recommended Rain Tight Roofing very enthusiastically, so I asked owner Jason Holland, a licensed inspector himself, to come look at it. Long story short, as the process moved forward, extensive wood rot under the original shingles, and even serious structural issues came to light - but thanks to the expertise of Jasons roofing crew, the carpenters, and the painters (all of whom worked together with seamless efficiency) the job was finished on time. Everything about the process, from the original assessment to the completion of the project and every step in between, was carried out with attention to detail, expert craftsmanship, and efficiency. Jason himself is an impressive record-keeper and businessman, so financial matters are in good order, clearly presented and amply documented, and move forward in a predictable, timely fashion. He is even very helpful when it comes to negotiating with insurance companies on his clients behalf. In addition, everyone was punctual, very cordial, and they cleaned up beautifully after each days work. They arrived early in the mornings and didnt leave until close to 7:30 in the evenings! It was a most impressive experience! -

Jason did our roof two months before the hurricane. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and workmanship. The finished product was perfect. He really puts the customer first. Thanks to Matthew I now need another new roof. Jason has spent much time working with the Insurance company to make sure I get everything that I am entitled to. I would not think of anybody but Jason for the job. -
Review 20 (2020-11-17 - Rating: 5)
It was a long painful process, but Rain Tight went out of their way to document and inform the insurance company of all the damage discovered only after the roof repair was started. This involved lots of pictures, code research, and long documentation to achieve. I highly recommend them to Jason for a good roof repair and roof replacement job -- and to be treated fairly. -

I feel very lucky. I had vetted 5 other roofing companies for a total replacement when I had a chance encounter with a Rain Tight employee at the Ace Hardware in Northridge. He persuaded me to get a quote from Jason and I’m so glad I did.Jason, by far, gave me the most complete evaluation of my roof identifying issues that all the others missed and his quote was competitive. They ran into unexpected trouble, but rather than cover them up so he could simply move on, he communicated all the problems and immediately brought in the necessary resources to perform solid and lasting repairs to the bad workmanship left behind by others. All this was happening while I was out-of-town and his onsight crew kept my informed every day regarding their progress.I’m confident that I got a great roof replacement/structural repairs for a very fair price. These are the only guys I would ever recommend. -

We hired Raintight Roofing to deal with a leak in our windows which lead to a new roof, new skylights, etc. They were incredibly professional, the work was excellent but most of all the level of service was/is untouchable! What is considered to be great service to most is not good enough for them. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone! -

True pros in what they do. We had a new construction roof added on our new addition and a reroof on the existing house tied in with it. They also set new vents and 3 VELUX Skylights! Very clean, respectful, fast and hard working group. I would highly recommend Rain Tight for any project. The attention to detail was amazing. We are very happy that Rain Tight was able to provide this professional care. They do it right the FIRST TIME!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 -

We had a shattered Velux skylight (very old) caused by Hurricane Dorian. Raintight was listed as a roofer who installs Velux skylights. Jason Holland (the owner) was extremely helpful. He spent over 2 hours helping us understand our options, checking with suppliers, etc. and we had never done business before. I would highly recommend Raintight, They will be my 1st call for any future roofing needs. -
Review 26 (2018-10-01 - Rating: 5)
The estimate provided by Jason Holland (Rain Tight Roofing) was the most comprehensive of the total of eight vendors that quoted the job. We were unaware of the hail damage and were replacing the roof because of its age. Only Jason and one other vendor brought the hail damage to our attention. Jasons close inspection also revealed hail damage to sky lights and chimney caps. He was very conscientious in identifying other issues that needed attention such as signs of wood rot and pointing out areas where additional problems might become evident once the old roof was removed. As a result we werent caught off guard when they dug into this 40 year old structure. Most important of all were Jasons tireless efforts and many hours expended in dealing with the insurance adjuster. As a result of his negotiations, our claim was settled for a little more than twice the amount of the insurance carriers original offer. Thank You, Jason!!! -

As a GC finding a dependable sub is vital! These guys are the real deal. I wouldn’t recommend another roofing contractor. They did the repair on my own personal home and fixed areas that could have been future problems. -

Review 31 (2020-02-29 - Rating: 5)
Rain Tight roofing is the BEST. Our roof developed a leak around a skylight after the roof was replaced a few years ago. I refused to deal with the company that replaced the roof. I had two estimates before I called Rain Tight. One wanted to replace the skylight for a ridiculous cost, the other wasnt sure what was wrong and wanted to start tearing things apart. Mike from Rain Tight came out and in five minutes determined the problem. They were back the next day, custom bent new flashing, repaired the roof for a very reasonable cost and stopped the leak. If you have a roofing need call Rain Tight, you will be glad you did. -

Jason and the team did a great job on our roof. He also assisted me in the insurance claim to make sure they did not take advantage of me. He had the knowledge and ability to save me thousands. He is not cheap, but he is very good! I was patient as he was overwhelmed with the storm and I told him to take of those that were in worse shape than us.After some of the jobs I have seen done, I am happy to have waited for the best! Thanks Jason and crew -
Review 33 (2019-01-28 - Rating: 5)
I couldn’t be happier with how everything came out with my roof, and I don’t just mean how the roof looks (which is great). Jason, the owner of RainTight Roofing, took the lead in dealing with the my insurance company and also with the adjuster who came out to prepare the estimate. Then when they began my project, everyone was on time and efficient and polite. They ended up finding a bunch of rotted wood and structural stuff that they couldn’t see when they did the initial estimate, so that brought the total cost up significantly! I would have been on the hook for the difference after my deductible, but again Jason took the lead on preparing and filing a supplement and single-handedly pushed it through the proper channels. All I had to do was follow up with the desk adjuster. She was very slow and it took a couple of follow-ups, but thanks to Jason the insurance company ended up paying the entire difference. All I ended up paying was my deductible. So, needless to say, I have been very pleased with the work as well as his knowledge of the insurance company process and how to navigate the variables. I very highly recommend Jason and his team. -
