I was referred to C&N for a roof replacement and my experience was outstanding! My sales rep, Gil, and his supervisor, Sam, were very understanding and made the process easy. As a first time homeowner, I was not sure what the process of replacing a roof entailed, but they both explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I sincerely appreciated. I did not get the impression they were trying to rush me into anything, which is unfortunately common when working with some tradesmen. One of my favorite things about this company is that they take care of the hassle of having to go back and forth with your insurance company for approval, which helped ensure a smooth replacement process for me as the consumer. This company stands by their work and voiced many times if there was a concern, they would be back to take a look and offer a solution if needed. On replacement day, the crew showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and did everything they could to be sure my property was not damaged during the replacement process. They even walked around the property multiple times to pick up leftover debris from the tear down, which may seem like a small thing, but for me it saved me the headache of having to pick up nails and other material from my property. The day after completion, I got up on my roof to take a look and was not disappointed - the crew re-installed my gutter guards that were placed prior to start of the job and really paid attention to detail. Communication throughout the process was prompt and informative, which I really valued. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering a roof replacement for their home.

My experience with C&N Construction was great. In April 2023, our home suffered hail damage to the roof and siding, prompting me to seek a reliable fix. Through a referral, I discovered C&N, and hiring them turned out to be the best decision. Their field supervisor, Hans Hidalgo, guided me through the initial assessment to the complexities of the insurance claim process with professionalism. C&N demonstrated with a clear project plan, remained responsive to our inquiries, and kept communication open throughout. The project was completed on time, with top-notch workmanship, and most importantly, stayed within budget. I highly recommend them for any roof replacement needs.

Jason Channer and C&N crew did a great job, went above and beyond our expectations.It was my lucky day when Jason drove around our house and spotted a flying singles and told me that he just going to check. He immediately fixed and told me that there are lot of singles damaged due to recent storms. He helped us submit a claim with our homeowners insurance. Initially our insurance approved only for the repairs! But C&N took video to describe how difficult it would be to make piecemeal repairs and scheduled the second inspection. Eventually, the insurance company approved a full replacementC&N Construction is flexible and friendly. Rain was expected on our initial scheduled day, C&N crew was ready and comfortable but we were not comfortable and concerned on rainy day and Jason rescheduled it for another sunny day.C&N Construction Inc., took care of everything - permits, inspections, etc. The roof replacement was done in a day and we are very happy with the result. I recommended Jason and C&N to my neighbors and friends and surprisingly most of them approved by their insurance companies! We highly recommend C&N Construction Inc.

My thanks to Sergio with C&N Construction in replacing my roof and gutter after storm damage. Sergio helped us navigate the claim process with my insurance company. He came out when the insurance adjuster came out to point out the storm damage to the roof and gutter. The insurance adjuster wrote out the check on the spot after meeting with Sergio and his manager. What a surprise. He kept us updated throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied throughout the process. The crew that installed the roof were great. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up afterword. The crew that installed the gutters were great too. Everything came out great. I cant say enough good things about C&N Construction and I have Sergio to thank for that. Tl;dr - company went above and beyondThis review is for a roof replacement due to a stormWe had C&N inspect our roof after a recent hail and damage was found. They helped us submit a claim with our homeowners insurance. Surprisingly, our insurance was a bit hesitant - the adjuster didnt want to go on the roof to inspect the damage. Not only did C&N go back on the roof to take video to submit but they also made a video on how difficult it would be to make piecemeal repairs. Eventually, the insurance company approved a full replacementC&N took care of everything - permits, inspections, etc. The roof replacement was done in a day (cleanup included) and we are very happy with the result. We have no hesitation recommending C&N especially if an insurance claim is necessary

Where do I start. To say I am grateful to Marino and C&N Construction is a tremendous understatement. Our roof was damaged by a big hail storm. Marino came out, drone and all, evaluated my roof, made a report, meet with my insurance company and got the entire project approved including the entire roof, about 6600 sf, 7 skylights, the gutters and even the heat tape. My out of pocket was just for an upgraded skylight. We have an extremely large and difficult roof with very steep pitches. The project was handled safely, and our patio and house were protected at all time. Although we were nervous about the large scope of the project, they did a perfect job and keep excellent communication with me through the whole job. I will attach pictures of the finished job and you can see the quality. I can without any reservations, recommend this company for your roofing work and certainly hail damage. Don’t delay if you suspect hail damage, you have a short time to notify your insurance before you are time barred.Mark Patricoski

I worked with Nick Brito and his team after having interior water damage in my home due to a leaky skylight window and lots of hail damage to our roof. Nick was amazing - filed the insurance claim on my behalf, worked directly with them on all the damage and the cost to repair and replace. He was able to speak as a professional when I had no clue was I was talking about - it was beyond helpful! And he and his team did a great job with the skylight window replacement, total roof replacement, and other various things inside the house that needed replacing after the water damage. I would definitely recommend!

After a shaky start with one of their adjusters who decided that I was pretty much invisible and didn’t want to work with me or my insurance, I then dealt with a different employee by the name of Hans. Hans was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, always answered his phone when I had a question and took care of everything with my insurance company, so I did not have to do much calling back and forth. The new roof was finally completed and it looks great. Their roofers were quick and did complete and thorough job, with no mess left behind. I would recommend them (Hans) to friends and family anytime.

They were so wonderful and agreed to donated GAF roofing supplies and labor for this small home with detached garage t our organization. Their experienced crew came out one hot morning in July 2019 and knocked out this project in a few hours flat. I had a great experience with C&N Construction. I had looked into repairing my roof before but always had concerns with the companies that came around my neighborhood to inspect roofs for damage. I felt very comfortable and knowledgeable the entire time. The person I dealt with the entire time was Mike Laroche. From the very beginning he was able to make the entire process very easily understandable and kept me informed of every step along the way. The thing that really stood out is that he was available any time I had a question about anything and was able to answer quickly and thoroughly. The roof itself came out amazing. The crew was quick, clean and the end result definitely had me kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Its only been a few weeks since it was completed and I swear every time I pull in the drive way Im happy to see how much cleaner and beautiful my house looks with the new roof. I had a representative come to my house and offer to do a few inspection of my roof. Ive had several other reps come, but I had a good feeling about this one, so I agreed. He explained everything that needed to be done, and I agreed to use them. He worked directly with my insurance and was very patient with my nanny questions. I had a brand new roof within a few weeks of our initial meeting. The removal of my old roof and installation of my new roof was done in a day. I had a few minor concerns that were addressed immediately. I highly recommend this company.

C&N Construction arrived in July 2022 to offer free inspection of the damaged roof at my property. After inspecting it was determined that a full roof replacement would be needed, and also restorative work inside on the first floor due to roof leakage inside. My insurance company worked directly with my reps from C&N, Ian and Maria, who were FANTASTIC. Working with Ian and Maria was a great experience, both were friendly and caring to make sure my needs were met.Materials were dropped on a Friday evening shortly after signing the contract, and work commenced that immediate Monday following. The installation crew was exceptionally prompt, clean, and removed ALL debris from the install. In 2023 January, C&N returned to my home to repair the first floor ceiling which had leakage from the prior roof damage. The restoration crew did a great job while maintaining a quiet and clean environment. They were able to remove all the damaged ceiling and blend repairs extremely well followed by fresh paint. I am thoroughly happy with the outcome of this project. Grateful Ian rang my doorbell summer of 2022 to help fix this outstanding issue for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I worked with Daniel who advised I had a chance with my insurance to show the hail damage and be able to appeal. I had already had a bad experience with another company a couple years back so I was really skeptical. Daniel kept me up to date and after waiting to hear back from my insurance company, we learned it was approved. Daniel worked hard to get the approval and worked every step of the way to get the permit so they can book the date. The permit took time because of the county, so no fault of his, but as soon as the permit was provided, Daniel gave me a call and set up a date and made sure I was given a call of what to expect, materials delivery, dumpster delivery etc. the team that came out to replace the roof was really professional, friendly and really efficient. I was really impressed. And they cleaned up and did their best to find any stray nails. Of course it was dark so they advised I just take an extra look in the morning. I had lost hope I would be able to get my roof replaced but Daniel showed me I had a good chance and had nothing to lose at that point. C&N Construction Company did an outstanding job working with my insurance company to get approval to replace the roof on my home and the roof on the garage after a severe wind storm. My insurance company only wanted to approve work to repair the roof, despite all the missing shingles and the fact the roof was already three layers deep. All thanks and praises go out to Mike Laroche being detailed in his assessments, providing the necessary documentation (pictures) and code information to the Insurance Company confirming the roof needed to be replaced and could not be repaired. Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and returned all phone calls and text messages promptly.Although I could not go up on a ladder to see the roof for myself, my neighbor kept a watchful eye, looked over the roof and confirmed the crew did a great job on the roof.I would also like to give thanks to Max who was responsible for overseeing the repair to the damage to the back porch interior (laundry) and ceiling of the garage. A few of the members of Max crew were a bit lack luster in doing the interior work right, however, after voicing my concerns, Max personally returned and had the work completed to my satisfaction. I would give an 8 out of 10 for cleanup.There is only one outstanding matter, I have as of this writing (waiting on a document). I would recommend C&N Construction Company.

Kenny Gross has been absolutely amazing throughout this process. Typically, when approached by strangers (sales persons) while working in my yard, I will do my best to discourage them as quickly as possible. Coincidentally I had someone replace shingles few months back and I wasnt happy about it. Jason sounded extremely confident to get it worked with my insurance company. Brandon knocked on my door after hailstorm in the area. Normally, I would not bother, but he was friendly and professional so when he asked if he could look at roof, I said knock yourself out.Two months later, house and rental property have new roof (and siding). They did ALL the work with the insurance company. The insurance company inspected with Brandon, expediting approval of payment. The people that complete the work do amazing work and are also very professional and friendly.So grateful to have met Brandon and the team at C&N. Literally tens of thousands in work paid for by insurance company--which is why you pay the premiums. The neighbors were suspect and told me to temper expectations with these storm chasers. I would never call these professionals that--without their service taking the time to knock on door, my homes would be subject to further loss and damage from poor roof. I would have never thought to file a claim or notice any damage. I had checks in hand for 90% of the work before it started, gave them $5K for each job downpayment and only had to pay in full after work was complete. At that point insurance releases the other 10% they hold back in case you take the money and run.

Very prompt, showed up right on time. He completed the inspection, explained what he found and even called State Farm with me to start the claim. Joe met with me and the adjuster, showed her what needed to be done and helped get the claim approved on the spot. When it was time for repairs, the team showed up on time, was very efficient and very clean. The roof was done on schedule and Joe even sent me updates, with pictures, so I could follow along while at work. The roof looks better than when it was new. Last year I had reached out to C&N about getting a quote to do repairs at one of my properties, and their rep Marino came out talked to me about it and explained that they generally don’t do repairs during this time of year because they are so busy with replacements, and that my roof looked to be in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. Through the course of the conversation I mentioned I had a second property that and that roof might need to be replaced after some storms. Marino agreed to inspect it that same day despite it being on the other side of the city. He went inspected and basically took care of all the work with the insurance company, and made sure that I got all the replacements that was covered by my policy. Marino always took the time to explain the process to me and walk me through what would happen next. Marino was never pushy and in fact went above and beyond what he had to often. I’m not an easy person to work or schedule with, but Marino was often accommodating. If you have a roof that needs replacing call C&N and ask for Marino because he will show up on time, answer all your questions, and be totally honest.

C&N Construction came though our neighborhood letting us know about damage to some of the homes in the area and that if ours qualified, we may be able to get our roof replacement paid for by our insurance company. I was very skeptical of the entire process because we must have received 15 offers for free inspections but after talking to a neighbor who had his completed by C&N, I took them up on their offer. Nick went up on my roof and pointed out shingles and vents that were damaged from wind and hail, he marked them with chalk so I could see how many were damaged and took pictures which came in handy later with the insurance company when they said they didnt find enough damage for full replacement. Nick worked with me and made calls with me to the insurance company so they could speak the language together and discuss the discrepancies. I was approved for a full replacement by (apparently) one of the most difficult insurers and I have all the confidence that it was due to their additional photos. After approval I supervised the ENTIRE installation process and the guys they sent out did a fantastic job. I familiarized myself with common roofing errors like high/low nailing, ice/water shield, ridge caps, over driven nails etc. before they started and photographed every step of installation to be sure it was done properly. They installed in one day, replaced all my outdoor furniture they moved to protect it from damage, magnetically rolled my yard to get any nails that might have fallen, and closed my fence gate. Great care was taken throughout the process. I liked that I could text Nick anytime I had a question and he would respond quickly (and often, because I had a LOT of questions). Thanks guys, for an awesome new roof and for putting up with my skepticism. Happy to recommend you to my neighbors.

It was shown to us our roof had significant storm damage. We were very hesitant to proceed with creating a claim on the house. C&N project manager, Nick, reassured us hell manage all things with the insurance company. We started the claim and he did exactly that making the process efficient and streamlined. Not sure about these other negative reviews for this contractor. My experience with them was completely pain free. I needed a leak fixed and called C&N. The team I dealt with was very helpful and prompt. The inspection was done the next day, work began the following week...and was completed, start to finish, in one day. Communication with the owner and his team was great...whenever I would call, they would answer. I have referred C&N to friends and family since our roof was replaced, and I would certainly deal with them in the future if the need arises.

Thank you C&N for replacing my roof and working with my insurance company. It was a seamless process. The only feedback I have is to work on your communication with your customers. I had to follow up multiple times with no return calls or responses to my emails after I received an email from C&N stating I was approved and should received a call for scheduling “soon.” Eventually, I received a scheduled date. C&N should also perform a walk through of the finished job prior to leaving the site with the homeowner. I wasn’t aware the job was completed until I contacted one of the specialists. I also had to follow up to receive my warranty documents. This should be a seamless process as soon as the final payment is made and verified.

We were approached by C & N representative Zane as he was in the neighborhood. We had been interested in replacing our roof and were therefore receptive. Zane was enthusiastic about the process and gave us a realistic timeline to get the work done which they stuck to. He was able to confirm with our insurance what could be covered which took a lot of the load off of us. The crew came out on the roof and did a great job. The gutter crew had a couple hiccups before they got started but once they did the work was done well. In all it was the best experience with a roofing company that weve had.

Very satisfied. Joe Kim was excellent. Kept me informed throughout the project. He was extremely professional. Took about two weeks from time contract signed to roof put up. Lost a lot of shingles and had entire roof replaced. Worked well with my insurance agent. Roof was put up in less than one day. Because of the shingle loss, also had a leak into my upstairs bedroom. They fixed the inside bedroom ceiling replacing the dry board and instillation. This was done within two days. I would highly recommend C&N Construction for your roofing project!

Jason was a real professional. Lots of guys came thru in the last few years offering similar services and I always passed. Jason caught me outside doing yard work and was very disarming. He offered me a free inspection and explained the process, I let him do the roof inspection but was leary of signing up with him. He said no problem why dont I come back in a few days let you research my company and give you time to talk to your better half. Naturally I took my out. Jason returned as promised, honestly I hadnt done my research but I figured what the heck Ill gamble. It paid off in spades Jason C. was extremely transparent throughout the process very communicative. I usually dont write reviews but Jason and the whole team @ C&N over delivered we filed a claim for hail damage to my roof and ended up getting roof, siding, gutters. He told me from the start the roof was very likely but that we would try for siding because there was some damage but not much. We ended up going a few rounds with insurance but C&N did all of that and in the end we got it all. These guys are pros I dealt with probably five or six different guys mainly Jason but they all had their strong points for their roles and they were always moving in the same direction. No ties and white shirts for these guys but they know how to get the job done. The gamble paid off my house is amazing and savings in tact. Thank you Jason you got it all started also thanks Jim, Nick, Owen, and Curtis (and the guy with the amazing beard cant find his card).

Exceptional! I couldnt be happier with C & N Construction. Each Spring for the last 4 years (thats how long I had been putting off the replacement) roofing companies would canvass the area looking for work and knock on my door to tell me my roof was bad. Most were very pushy, adding to my agony. Replacing a roof is scary, expensive, and something we cant live without. Along came Kevin Faucher, representative for C & N. He had a totally different approach. There was absolutely no pressure. He wasnt obnoxious, thought he could help me, and left his card. He told me to call if I wanted a quote.Several weeks passed and I finally made the call. After an initial inspection, Kevin worked with my insurance, which was a surprise bonus. Kevin and his boss, Jay came out to present the paperwork for my signature and answer any questions/concerns that I had. The most difficult part of was picking a color. I stopped by their office unexpectedly and Jay, very patiently helped me decide on a color.Both Kevin and Jay were accessible by phone/text. They handled everything; permits, ordering and shipping job materials, etc. The crew did a complete tear off, added ice shield, the architectural shingles, replaced skylights, and cleaned up the yard. A few days later, another crew came out to replace my gutters.This company leads by example. They did exactly what they said they would do, making the whole project easy and stress free. We had new siding installed on our two story dutch colonial home using C&N Construction. The white, dutch lap siding looks great, almost like shiplap. The sales team suggested that we have our freezeboard wrapped with vinyl to make our exterior more maintence free. Yes, please! The crew that installed did a phenomenal job, everything looks very professional. We switched out our tan shutters for black and it looks great on the new siding. C&N Construction connected us with a fantastic mason that did a partial rebuild of the exterior of our chimney. Prior to C&N we had several local chimney businesses give us a quote but all varied in price, too high for us to agree to. Their mason really knew his stuff and was cheaper than our previous quotes. We will totally use C&N again for our future home projects.
