From the moment my business partner and I met Frank, he demonstrated that he was a knowledgeable, straightforward and honest professional. When we hired him and his team, we expected the project to last a few weeks, but because of things that were out of our control (and had nothing to do with Frank), the project took months to complete. I mention this to say, that because of this, we had the opportunity to interact with Frank on numerous occasions and not only was he consistently responsive, reliable, dependable, and trustworthy, but he also proved to be a tremendous and invaluable resource. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and address any and all concerns we had along the way. If there were any oversights, he immediately took care of it. The team of men that worked on our project worked neatly and also proved to be responsible, professional, respectful, and polite. All throughout, Frank showed to be an individual of integrity and of his word; what he said he was going to do, he did, and even went beyond expectations on several occasions, something for which my partner and I are extremely grateful. By the time, our project was over, we realized that from all the contractors we had worked with throughout the years, Frank was among the top 2 and was worth gold to us.
