    JAC roofing did a great job from start to finish. Talked with Faith and she set it up. It was seamless with digital contracts to picking out colors. If you like the face they will be glad to do that too. When the crew came they were courteous and respectful done in 2 days. Providing me pictures to submit to my insurance or they will do it for you. 5 star service can’t go wrong!

    We had the best experience with JAC roofing that I think we have ever had with a contracting service/provider. They did everything they said they would do and best of all they showed up when they said they would. No chasing someone down or waiting for a call back. Communication was excellent, professionalism was excellent, and workmanship was excellent, and customer service was super. I would HIGHLY recommend JAC for any of your needs.     I recently moved about 2 1/2 hours from the China Spring area. The house I was selling was under contract when guess what? A massive hailstorm hit the Waco/China Spring area which delayed the entire sale, meaning the house sale/transaction could not be completed until the home was restored to the same or better condition as it was in before the hailstorm. I remembered a few of my friends telling me if I ever needed a new roof to reach out to Julio at JAC Roofing and Exteriors. Boy, was I glad I did!!! Not only did he replace the roof ASAP so I could close on my home, but he did it before I received the insurance check. He took it a step further and tarped the hail-damaged roof while he waited for the shingles to arrive so my buyers could move in ahead of time since they had no place to live. Ive been in the customer service industry for over 12 years, and Ill tell you this, they just dont make contractors like Julio anymore. Julio and Jac Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond in more ways than one! My house sale transaction has been completed and the home buyers are extremely happy. I personally dont recommend many people, but if you are ever in need a new roof or home remodel, I highly recommend giving Julio a call, you wont regret it!Carl Fox

They were very easy to deal with and their guys did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They were in and out in one day and cleaned up my yard to where you can hardly tell they were here.     I used JAC Roofing to replace the aging roof on my house. Corey took great care of me, coming to my house to inspect the roof and answer all of my questions & concerns. After some extensive storm damage, they went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to get the best quality replacement roof and gutter system for my home. Along with this, the team also replaced all of my exterior siding, leaving my home with a fresh and new look! Thank you for helping me fall in love with my home again!

    Highly impressed by this company! —Not only is the owner, his sales & staff professional, but they are friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable!Julio, the owner spent 1.5 hours at our home going over the insurance process, helping us select the shingles we wanted for our new roof, and answering any and all questions we had.The salesmen was there with the insurance adjuster while inspecting our roof, and truly cared about getting us what we needed, and taking the best care of us!HIGHLY recommend this LOCAL company to everyone!!

    Me and my fiance have a home under contract and needed someone to give us a second opinion on some roof repairs. We needed it done fast due to our contract situation. Julio came out the next day and gave us a thorough, easy to understand explanation, as well as a fair price bid to repair the problem.! We will definitely be using him to do the repairs, as well as using him for any future repairs needed! I strongly recommend working with them! 👍👍A++

    **UPDATEFAITH called me, was very empathetic, and we touched all bases. I upped my rating to 4 stars. As a small business, she’s very kind, and understanding, not blaming at all. They better keep her around.***Before the Job:Julio was very available and responsive. He came by, spent time with us, and wasnt upset when we initially missed his appointment(oops).I was apprehensive about going with JAC because I was initially going to go with a roofer that we knew personally, but Julio was so knowledgeable on policies and roofing, that it felt like the safe choice. He worked a good deal with us, actually it was about the same amount of our other quote, but we still decided to go with them.The workers and materials came exactly when they said, and the job went smoothly. A project manager, I assume, came by to check on things too.After the Job:We let Julio know how things went and that one of my garden decorations was broken by some equipment. He said to send him where I got it from and hed replace it. Also there were some shingle count inaccuracies, so he got with us to fix that too...We noticed that the vents were either not placed properly or the old ones were replaced. We called Julio several times, no answer. We sent him texts and pictures, no reply. Its been over a week, no reply. We messaged his secretary, she finally got back with us and said that theyd send someone out to fix it, but we don’t know when, she called us today to let us know they have some jobs right now and will come when the window opens.We asked about the garden decoration replacement update, ghost. We haven’t gotten a reply from Julio, but Faith took care of it after some communication delays.So all in all 3 stars. Great in the beginning ghost at the end from the owner. He hasnt replied to us at all but the secretary has.

    What can I say, Like most you think every roofing company is fly by night just to get your business. Promises made usually don’t pan out. Well Julio and JAC roofing has finally proved me wrong! JAC Roofing team and workmanship were bar none! I know I hate to have to deal with details dealing with claims, but Julio assistances through the whole process ( and I mean from the day he picked up my call to the day the Insurance made the last payment and then some) made this a very unstressed process for me! And to top it off I got a VERY beautiful new roof with quality material! Thanks Julio and JAC team!!!

    Roof was leaking during heavy rains. Fallen tree had caused damage. They tarped it and helped me with Ins. Company. Kept in touch and took care of siding issues they noticed while putting up new roof. Owner and Salesman were on the spot for any of my questions or concerns. Have referred to neighbors and will use them again, if needed. Good local company !!

    JAC roofing replaced the roof at my home. From the initial inspection/consultation to the completion of the job they were on time and professional. The little things you should be able to expect, but unfortunately can’t were taken care of throughout the process. They covered my pool during the job, cleaned up each day, and regularly magnetically rolled my property to make sure we did not step on or damage our tires from hidden nails. I would highly recommend JAC Roofing to anyone.

    These guys are amazing! Angelo came and did a free consultation to gave me an estimate on repairs for a leak at my chimney area. He was awesome! After the estimate was given he actually went back up on my roof as it was beginning to rain and put in a quick temporary repair so the upcoming storm wouldnt do more damage. The gentlemen who showed up for the repair the next day were very professional and did a beautiful job! I can honestly say they left my property cleaner than what it was when they got here. No nails, no paper, no roofing materials..... nothing. I plan on using this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone including best friends and family! Thanks guys!!
