    Aaron came out around 9pm on a Monday night to repair a busted pipe that happened around 7:30. I had called several other places, and had to leave messages or talk to an answering service, and no one was available to come out the same night. Jassen Tha Plumber actually had someone answer the phone and stayed on the line with me until we knew someone was headed out to my house. Very pleased with Aaron and Jassen Tha Plumber for being able to have my water back on within 3.5 hours of the pipe busting. Will highly recommend, they get a 10+ with me!! Thanks so much!!     Phone calls were answered by Jassen himself and not a robot. Emails and text were sent immediately to confirm appointment time. I received phone call minutes prior to arrival. Workers were very polite and professional. Estimate was given soon after inspection. Once I agreed on the estimate, work started immediately and was finished the same day. I will surely use Jassen again in the future.

    Water heater sprung a leak and the owner of the company came out after hours to take a look at the issues. He determined quickly that the water heater needed replaced and scheduled us for the next day. The price was pretty standard, but his guys were knowledgeable and quick with the installation. Everything looks great and I am very happy with the service. Definitely recommend.

    We had a mirror plumbing issue in the early evening the day before the July 4th holiday. My wife was able to make immediate contact and arrangements were made for emergency service. No less than 5 minutes later Aaron arrived immediately assessed the issue and made the the appropriate repairs in less than 30 minutes. The entire process took less that one hour. Aaron is exceptionally knowledgeable and an awesome ambassador Jassen The Plumber. We would highly recommend Aaron and Jassen The Plumber.

    We had a leak under our kitchen sink. I went on-line to find a plumber and Jassen Tha Plumber had good reviews so called. He gave me a time frame for the same day and came out and fixed the leak. I was really surprised when he stated he could come out the same day as I called around 1230pm. He quoted me price which was reasonable as he had to run out and get a part needed to fix the leak and everything is back working fine.
