    Our experience was great. I called and got an appointment the next day. Pat came out and we discussed the job. Ryan and John came out the next week. They were very professional and did a terrific job. They cleaned up the area and the install was top notch. During the install they found that a previous electrician did not install power to my jacuzzi and BBQ correctly and not to code. They are coming back to fix it. They were very professional since they never badmouthed the other electrician they simply just told me it was not to code and they could fix it.If you are looking for an electrician give Mr. Electric a call, you will be glad you did!

    I employed Mr. Electric of Waco to install an electrical outlet in my back room to allow me to plug in a large freezer.     Hung outdoor ceiling fans where light fixtures were. Had to install boxes, brace and wiring. Did great job, polite workers. Cleaned up all boxes, etc. Reasonably priced. Will use again.

    Josh came out and did a great job, noticed the issue immediately and was able to fix the electrical issue in the master bath and the outside outlet on the same wall. Very professional, but friendly at the same time which is what you want someone to tell you what was done not just brush you off because you do not fully understand it. Very happy with the final result!

    I needed a licensed electrician to come out and check a circuit so that I could prove to an appliance company that the issue was with their product and not my wiring.     The electricians made great recommendations when replacing two 20+ year old fans on 12 ft high ceilings. The work was done efficiently. He put a tarp on me y carpet to protect it from the ladder legs.Mike gave me a price estimate over the phone since the fans were replacements. The price increased with the addition of two receivers and remotes. The cost was acceptable to us.Definitely will us them again.

    Turned out to be a minor issue with reset button being unusually hard to press and reset the outlet. Now have a handy tool to make it easier to do so if I need to reset it again. I was concerned it could be a wiring issue and did not want to worry about that when not at home or home asleep. I called and they were able to get out in just a couple hours. Have never had a problem any time I have used them.

    Had these guys out to add a circuit for a AC unit in the garage and they did a great job. I really like the professionalism and they even wear shoe covers in the house which was a great touch. They were more professional than other electricians I’ve worked with. I really like the simple up front pricing approach.1-31-20I left a review a while back and guess i cant leave another one, so ill add to my previous review. I was on vacation in mexico and my mother-in-law was house and babysitting when we lost power and had a number of issues that caused concern once partial power came back on. I called Mr. Electric from Mexico and Donna was awesome. They sent James to my house and he immediately discovered that a surge had fried the power line from the pole to the house and was a dangerous situation. James then helped my mother-in-law disconnect and protect my appliances and tvs, asked that no one go in the back yard, and contacted the power company. Oncor arrived within 15 minutes and quickly began replacing the line. I very much appreciate how quickly and promptly Donna and James handled the situation and my mother-in-law and children were put at ease.7-28-20I lost power in my kitchen and Mr. Electric responded same day. It turns out that some work I had dont wasnt quite up to par and they were able to leave everything in safe working order. Greg did a great job re-doing my failed installation and was able to check out a few other items we were concerned about as well. As usual, they are very respectful of the home and now are wearing masks as well.

    I cant thank Aaron L. enough for his hours of meticulous work on a electrical system at my house which had been so poorly installed when the house was built. He opened every switch & every outlet plate to inspect each one to determine what was tripping the breaker. He also inadvertently fixed my oven that hasnt worked properly since we moved in 3 yrs ago.
