    This card in my hand will go on the Fridge. After a week dealing with another plumber off of Angie’s list a leak occurred. All they did was substitute one leak for another. 3 days of waiting was enough. I called LCI plumbing at 9:30 this morning. 12:30 a fellow showed up. This was after 2 texts and a call saying he was on his way. 45 minutes later he was done. Beautiful job. Made sure I was happy with every step. In today’s world this is a company that you can trust and feel comfortable paying. An example of what customer service should be!!!!!

    Same day call the 2nd time Ive used them! Theyre awesome! Very reasonable,answered question i asked with knowledge in under 30 minutes it was a bargain for me. If you get anybody to come out in the same day for under a hundred bucks. Its worth it to me. I would recommend they guys to anyone.

    After attempting to do my own plumbing, it was necessary to call LCI plumbing. Although the cost was a lot more than I anticipated, the results were above my expectations . so what would we wind up going timber we’re gonna pay timber three ninety five dollars court and lawsuit and then we do elderly abuse. Note: wood being burned is from me!

    A short time ago had 2 toilets to be replaced as one was not working properly and the other found water on bathroom floor. LCI Plumbing not only responded quickly to phone call but had tech, Travis, out shortly thereafter with new toilets. We found a gasoline crack in toilet where water was on floor and Travis handled quickly and replaced. Second toilet that had issue with not working properly, found tree roots as problem. Travis pulled out roots and scheduled for a camera scope of line which thankfully came out clear. Diagnosed and found point of intrusion, treated and put in new toilet. Travis was excellent, prompt, courteous and explained everything in detail. Will definitely reach out again for any plumbing needs.

    Had an early Saturday emergency with the plumbing at our house and called a couple of companies that advertised 24/7 service couldnt get anyone to come out before Saturday night and that wasnt an option for me with an elderly mother in law staying with us so i googled and found LCI they were at our house with in 2 Hours spent aprox 3hrs fixing the issue so Im my opinion they were prompt courteous professional the guy that showed up was awesome thanks i would definitely recommend and use them again

    Fantastic experience! I needed to move an ice machine. Called the office to get the ball rolling. The office was very professional and made an appointment.     We had what we thought was an emergency on a Saturday. We thought we needed leak detection. Called LCI and talked to Chris. He said they wouldnt be able to do that service till Monday, but he would stop by and check out the problem. He stopped by and found that it wasnt what we thought it was. Didnt even charge us for stopping by. He kept in touch with us on Monday and said to monitor the situation in case we do need him. He didnt want to charge us for a service we didnt need.     Technician Victor Smeriglio is the most experienced plumber I have had the pleasure to invite into my home for plumbing working. My shower had a serious leak and was firmly rusted requiring serious knowledge to tackle this task. Victor was outstanding and I watched him though out the whole process. So I know exactly what he had to do and the work he did on this one thing alone was indeed impressive. Its working beautifully now. Nothing was done on shower for 18 years and we bought the house new. I just put it off way too long. I had trust issues with past plumbers. I know in the future I will ask for Victor.He is a honest and trustworthy technician. Worth every dollar paid for service of Miller and Sons in Ocala, Florida. Obviously this business hires excellent people to represent them.     I needed a plumber to replace a hot water heater in my out-of-state rental house; this happened on Thursday December 21. 2023. My Citrus Hills HOA referred LCI and another plumbing company. I am glad I chose LCI. They sent a technician (Travis) out the next day. This happened the Friday before the Christmas (Monday) holiday. I decided to replace rather than repair since the unit was 17 yrs old. Travis came back the day after the holiday and replaced the unit. He called me as soon as he had finished, and informed me all went well and that the hot water heater was working perfectly. My tenant called me 5 minutes later and said what a great job LCI did and was thankful to have a new water heater and have it replaced so quickly! Travis and LCI Plumbing were prompt and professional in their work and communication with me throughout the process.When you own property out-of-state and need service work performed, you depend on reliable referrals.     It was Saturday night at 8:30 and I noticed my front yard flooding… so in a panic I actually found a great plumbing company…. I called LCI. They sent Dell out at 9:30 Saturday night. He was wonderful, friendly knowledgeable, and at that late hour ready to work … he turned off the water assess the problem. Came back first thing in the morning and everything was fixed…. I would recommend this company 100% and I would recommend Dell as a worker 100%… I do have another issue that I discussed with Dell and will call them back for a repair in the near future .. .

They offered to remove their shoes before walking to my house. Took the time to allow me to discuss my issues and expressed my concerns. They addressed all my plumbing needs rather than making excuses for them as I’ve seen with other plumbers in the area.     Great company. Only company to pick up at 3pm on a Saturday. I called atleast 10 companies before I found this one. I called them they said it could take up to 2 hrs to get here which is acceptable to me. I got a phone call 10 mins later saying hed be here in 20 mins which was awesome. I was tired of squeezing all the water. So yeah they are awesome. The plumber himself was a great guy and explained everything to me about what needed to be done and how much it would be. I will definitely be calling them for anymore issues I may have in the future.

The tech that pumped out the tank did a thorough inspection and found roots growing in the septic tank inlet and removed them. If he hadnt checked I would have the same problem in a very short time.
