    Troy at Top Down Roofing was super easy to work with. He responded quick and communicated well to help me with a leak in my roof. He also took the time to inspect the rest of the roof and found some peeled back siding that was not visible to me and offered to repair that as well. Pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

    AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I was stopping home on my lunch break and saw the truck and stopped to inquired. TROY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, and I DID NOT feel like just another sell from someone trying to take my money or up charge. I explained my leak issue and Troy respected my time on my break, informed me of the process, and how long it would be before he was able to look at my roof. He was fast and efficient, quoted me Friday and completed the repairs Saturday morning, constantly communication through the time. I appreciated the prompt communication from everyone within the team. Everything was smooth from the first point of contact to completing the fix and arranging payment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    Troy is knowledgeable and passionate about roofing. I have seen him build this business from the ground up.He cares about his work and employs others who care about their work. The people in this company leave an open line of communication and work with you on your schedule whether it comes to payment or scheduling the work.Troy was helpful and honest about the roof condition when he inspected it. I have to say that the help by John Gamble who went far above and beyond fighting for me with my insurance company to get the funds to repair my property after the tornado of December 9, 2023. Without all the time and effort he put into getting everything resolved, I would probably still be at square one. I can’t fully express how much I appreciate all that you have done for me.     Cory, Troy & Dwayne did a spectacular job installing our new roof.After 17 years we lost our first shingles in a windstorm, so it was time to replace the entire roof.     They handled my roofing needs from start to finish with the upmost professionalism and best customer service I could ask for. From Michael inspecting, meeting with my insurance adjuster and helping me navigate the process to brittany and the office team communicating scheduling and side items. Then Troy coming by the night before to make sure every and any detail was covered before install day and to reach out and apologize to neighbors for the noise and traffic. During install Nicholas ran an awesome crew for a 14 hr day ( we had a lot of wood being replaced and removed two doormors). My wife was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of every crew member. Even with a minor incident Nicholas kept his eye on the ball and communicated with me throughout the day to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Afterwards the clean up crew was exceptional. Not one piece of shingle or nail to be found around our property. If you want a roof done with complete confidence every aspect will be done correctly TopDown roofing has you covered. From my wife and I a big Thank you to the TopDown team.

    Topdown Roofing just completed the replacement of roofing on my home and detached garage. They are a company committed to excellence and really do care about their customers. They have an efficient, well informed staff who are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They are very customer oriented and want their clients to be happy with the manner in which the work is being done.They did such an awesome job on my roofing. All their work is done up to code as required by law...no shortcuts. It looks pristine and beautiful! After completion, they cleaned up thoroughly so no debris was left behind.     I had roof damage from recent winds/storms that caused a hole in my roof, which I was unaware of until the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed. I was worried about upcoming rains and have zero experience with any roofing companies. I obtained three companies, one being Top Down roofing. The other two I knew of from relatives experience. I called initially to get a tarp over the hole. Top Down was the only one that could make it before the next storm to tarp the damage. I decided based on my discussions with Troy, the owner, that I should place my business with him. This was based on his diligence with assessing my roof (almost 30 years old), his knowledge and experience with the roofing business. Top down was very accessible to my questions as I navigated the process of my claim with my insurance company and honestly, that meant a lot to me. His team came out and placed a new roof on my house and it looks amazing. The job was completed in a day and the cleanup was amazing. Other than the beautiful roof, you couldnt tell that a small army had been on my property. I have had a laundry list of projects I need to do to my house such as siding, etc and discovered through this process that Top Down Roofing also performs these services. I am glad I found a company I can trust that I can attest to their work and honesty and have no qualms with recommending them. Both Troy and Melanie are great and will work hard for you.

    Extremely professional and friendly team. We contacted them after strong winds damaged our roof, and they sent somebody very quickly to have a look and assess the situation. Scott was a pleasure to deal with, and gave clear instructions regarding the whole process. They made sure to urgently fix the main damages to the shingles in order to prevent leakage, assisted us with the insurance process since we are new to the US, and a few weeks later installed the new roof. Great job and attention to details, including picking up nails from the property and fixing any possible scratch to insect screens. We strongly recommend them!

    Top down roofing is the absolute best! I called with a leak in my ceiling, I was stressed out, Troy came the same day, he reassured me everything would be ok and gave me all the information I needed to communicate properly with my insurance company. He got my entire roof covered by my insurance and within the week is replacing my roof. His wife is amazing as well, she handled all my paperwork in a timely manner, they explained everything to me in a way that I could understand ( I knew nothing about roofs ) my insurance adjuster was also impressed with this company, I def recommend! 5 star customer service!!

    I called this company after noticing a roof leak and they came out quick to assess the issue. After some miscommunication on the timing of the repair they were able to come out and resolve the issue. You can tell Troy is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone using them and they will be the first people I call if I have another issue.

    My whole experience with Top Down Roofing was incredible. They worked directly with my insurance company to make sure they covered replacement of my entire roof (instead of the half roof the insurance company wanted to cover). Every member of the Top Down team I worked with was so pleasant and professional and they completed my new roof in just half a day. I dont live onsite and they were very courteous to my tenants as well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

    From the very first time Troy knocked on my door, I knew he’d be the person who would replace my roof!Initially, I didn’t have the money to replace my entire roof, so Troy climbed my roof and spotted thosemissing shingles and those shingles that were broken, and hammered them back into place...he tied-me -over until I could get money enough to fix my entire roof!A few short weeks later I called Troy to come out and give me an estimate. He was very prompt and did not keep me waiting. I thought that the price he quoted me was very fair, and so he began working my roof promptly. He replace my roof so quickly; he and his team were amazing! I was so, so very happy with their work!He used a better quality shingle than I actually paid for and he fixed a portion of my gutter that had pulled away from the house, until I could replace that too.I absolutely loved his work, and when I need him again, I will be calling!     Highly recommend. Troy came out within 48 hours of contacting him and kept in contact with me so I would know when to expect him. He went above and beyond in checking out areas I was worried about. I have an HOA who will be responsible for the repair but I recommended they use Top Down Roofing if our roof warranty is expired. So nice of him to come out and put my mind at ease and advise what I should do next.

    After a poor experience with another roofing company I contacted Cory Caton at TopDown for help. Cory was incredible! He did an amazing job inspecting our roof and documenting all relevant issues for our insurance which made the process extremely easy. He kept me in the loop every step of the way with great communication. On install day I can’t say enough good things about Duane Thomas, our project manager, and the crew. They were on time, explained the process to me and walked me through any changes that needed to happen. They identified two areas where our home builder cut corners and we got those areas remedied and up to code. My neighbor recommended TopDown to me and I will be doing the same for anyone looking for a new roof. These guys were great!

    It was pouring rain and my ceiling started to leak. I contacted TopDown Roofing and Troy said he could be out in 3 hours (this was a Sunday!) 45 minutes later he contacted me that he could be there in 10 and i was amazed.     Troy and his crew are amazing, and so are the customer service folks who work their social media. Troy came by the same day of the call for a consultation, and within a week the roof was repaired and shored up.     When I learned I had shingle damage, I called Troy of Top Down Roofing. It was the BEST decision. He was quick to respond, took 90 photos and circled areas where repairs were needed. Troy helped educate me about the condition of my roof and patiently answered my questions. He was prompt in scheduling the work and showed up on time to complete the task.     We had a wet ceiling in our bathroom after plenty of ice and snow. We had Cory Caton come out. He came the same day I called the office and inspected our roof and attic. He found it wasnt a roof issue but a pipe in the attic had cracked. Cory reached out to Troy to see if it was something they could repair. Troy advised that since they did not specialize in plumbing they would prefer to leave that to someone else. Most companies seem to want to take as much money from you as possible... not this one! Not only did they come same day, but Cory was very descriptive of what he found, took plenty of pictures, and even went above and beyond and inspected our entire roof for any possible damage! We dont have a roofing company that we have considered OUR roofing company in the past but we do now! I wont call anyone else for our roofing needs! Thank you!!!

    Overall great company. There customer service is the best. They are honest. There work is top quality. They replaced my broken siding in a timely manner. They even took down the siding that was use able and mixed it in with the new so the color matched better. New siding is a lot lighter than old siding and that was explained to me when they came out for a quote. I had many companies refuse to do a small siding job that got destroyed during the tornado of 2020. Troy commented on a fb post and with in the next day I had a quote and he beat the other 6 estimates I had gotten for the job. They were able to get the job done quickly and promptly. Best part you can barely tell the new siding compared to the front and side of the home that wasnt in need of repair. Overall Im highly satisfied they kept me in the loop of the repairs and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it every step of the way!

    This is the second time Troy has helped us with our roof. I plan to use him for a full roof replacement when I can do it. He came out replaced my wind blown shingle at a very fair price and did it on a Sunday morning about 11 hours after I had reached out to him the night before. He answered immediately and was able to stop by with in 30 minutes to make the needed repairs (even though it was his Anniversary). He was the third company I called...and the last.I called TopDown Roofing Friday late afternoon and Troy was at my house early Saturday morning. It’s initial touchdown was just three blocks from my house. Needless to say, my roof got torn up.
