Water & Drain Works repaired a water line leak for my house and did amazing work. Of course the warranty company American Home Shield REFUSED to pay which is common for them but Water & Drain Works quoted a very fair price, provided excellent customer care and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them for any issues like this! They are licensed, insured and you cannot go wrong when choosing this company! If there were more stars available they would have received the highest recommendation from me.

We were contacted about a leak at our condo rental today and I was contacted by a Young lady named Winnie.(I hope I spelled it correctly) from the get go these people were wonderfully professional, prompt and honest. They communicated with me the entire time. Zane showed up and had the area dug up found the issue, contacted me to confirm everything and had it fixed almost completely before Id even got there. He was so polite and just an all around awesome young man! I feel he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so easily he was well organized and just a pleasure to work with! Id recommend this company with 10 stars if it was allowed! I will definitely be calling them for any future issues for our home and our rental. Thank you so much for putting us at ease and having such awesome technicians working for you. 5 stars all the way across!

Great company, honest and quality work. Had an emergency plumbing problem where the pipe from my water inlet was leaking underground, they came out immediately within a few hours and solved it. Will be using them in the future! They are a lifesaver especially out here in Sierra Vista where good help is hard to find.

Julie in the office is fantastic always keeping you informed of delays or early arrival. Zach is super courteous in your house and gets straight to understanding the issue and then working on fixing the problem. I had to wait for approval from home warranty, initial work was started on Friday, was approved later that day and then Monday the issue is fully resolved. How crazy is it that there’s still a company out there that cares about getting things done.

Zane came to repair a leaky faucet in the kitchen. The faucet needed a new part so he contacted Rachael the receptionist at water and drain works to order a new part in doing so she found out that the faucet had been discontinued and the parts were not available. Rachel saw that the faucet a lifetime warranty and she contacted the company and they sent us a new faucet. Zane put the faucet in and I want to thank them both for their help.

Zane was the service technician who fixed our hot water heater. He was on time, professional, and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (the thermocouple needed to be replaced). Would definitely recommend. Thanks!!

My rental management sent this company to come fix a leaking sink in our master bathroom. The young lady that came to house was on time, quick working, and pleasant. She was also very kind to my 8 year old who slipped into my room, while I was doing something else. She talked to him and was answering his questions when I came in looking for him. She also said it was no bother when I apologized for him interrupting her. That made his day especially having little to no contact with others in person during this covid 19 stuff.Thank you very much to this young lady!!!

Kind courtious knowledgeable. Bill took care of my problem and explained everything. He answered all my questions and gave me information about some cleanup from the leak. I would use again for sure.
