    This team is PURE MAGIC!!! Mike and his crew took my 1987 jacuzzi tub bathroom and made it the luxury bathroom of my dreams!!! Mike has been the most through carpentry contractor From concept to completion, and his communication is second to none! Mike and his crew were clean, efficient, and over all just friendly, polite and respectful! ! Dependable, reliable and I am already looking to hire him again!

    Mike and his assistant removed the tongue and groove wood ceiling in my dining room due to a pipe leak. After the plumbing repair they came back and installed a new tongue and groove ceiling that he had stained to match my 30+ year old walls. The match is perfect and I am very pleased with his work. He was prompt to answer my original call and always showed up at the time he stated. He was very good about texting me when needed. I definitely would use him again for any repairs in the future.

    Amazing job!!! Highly recommend! I can’t thank Mike enough for helping my home renovation dreams come true! My dated bathroom was transformed into a beautiful, modernized bathroom. Mike also replaced my sliding glass door and added flooring in a previously carpeted area. He can do ANYthing! He helped me make decisions in the early stages and that helped everything come together nicely. I was kept informed of progress every step of the way and the prices are very reasonable. I already have my list of projects for NEXT winter for Paradise Carpentry! 😉

    Mike is awesome and meticulous. Always on time and works hard. We have had a lot of work done by him. I have referred him to many people and we wont use any other carpenter to work for us. He repaired and painted all decks and made sure they were up to code. He also completely repaired the garage and also made sure it was up to code.

    We hired Mike to do a remodel of our hallway and one of our bedrooms. He installed drywall and tongue and groove wood paneling as well as installing our closet doors. All of his work is excellent as always. This isnt the first project that he has done for us and we will definitely have him back to do more work. He is great with communicating during the whole process. And, he is so respectful of your property, putting drop cloths down and cleaning up every day! We are so very happy with his work every time he does a project for us!!!

    Mike, the owner of Paradise Carpentry, does everything well. He returns phone calls promptly, he listens to your needs, he arrives on time, and he analyzes the job and finds solutions to your problems. He gives written estimates for the job, commits to a date for the work and works steadily until he finishes the work. He is excellent about communicating with you and keeps you informed about any issues that arise with the work and includes your input in how he proceeds.He is smart, professional, patient, considerate, pleasant, and meticulous about his work. He stores his tools neatly each day, and when he leaves, your job site is clean.Mike can apparently do almost anything. He power washed and repaired our deck before he painted it. He removed, scrubbed and painted our shutters and rehung them with new fixtures. He installed gutters on our shed to prevent further water damage inside, and then he removed damaged parts of the floor and replaced them. He cleaned and painted the shed.Our front porch needed an extra step due to settling. He poured a concrete step, put in a deeply set post and erected a railing for secure climbing. He then painted the front door and the trim on the porch. Much of this work was done in spite of very adverse weather conditions.Mikes charges are reasonable and itemized. He can be trusted to do exactly what he has arranged with you and does not need supervision. He does large and small jobs with equal attention, and he takes a great deal of pride in his work. We give him the very highest recommendation!

    Mike repaired the drywall in my bathrooms due to a leaking pipe. He came out within a couple of days after my call. The work is immaculate; you cannot notice where the wall was repaired. This is the second time ive used him to do work at my house. Previously he built a deck for me, and did a great job. I wont hesitate to call him again.

    We asked Mike to replace sections of a drywall ceiling water-damaged by an ice-dam. The immovable faux-wood beams made the project much more challenging, but you could not tell that from the beautiful-as-new appearance of the family room ceiling after Mike was done. Pre-job quoting and communication could not have been better. Mike also moved and protected all the furniture, walls and carpet -- placed everything back and thoroughly cleaned all rooms affected. Despite the extra challenges, Mike stuck with the original quote. We could not be more pleased.

    We wanted to use someone local and we were so happy we did and found Paradise Carpentry. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and did a super, timely job. Our steps were giving way on the sunny side of the deck stairs so it was both a safety issue and an aesthetic issue. Mike is very busy. Most carpenters are IF THEY ARE GREAT. Mike is just that in one word, great from the time he came and gave us a quote to the time he left.     I contracted with Mike to build a set of stairs and a dock down a precarious rocky hillside to a lake.Unfortunately , I had already scheduled to be out of state on his start date, but he assured me that was no problem, we would communicate and he could get the job done. This was not the case! After several attempts to phone Mike and getting voicemail and no return call,I gave up and braced for the worst on my return. Boy,was I surprised.
