    Great work done by AC Floors. They installed hardwood floors on my entire first floor. They worked fast and went above and beyond what was expected. I was so pleased with the work that I moved up another flooring job because the work, cost, and effort done by AC floors justified accelerating the project. Very, very pleased with the job.

    After a renovation, I had pulled up carpet in my hallway and foyer. I had AC Floors come to refinish the 53 year old pine hardwood floors underneath. They worked miracles and did an awesome job! They were on time, friendly, cleaned up behind their work, and the company owners were immediately responsive with any questions. They accommodated any questions or concerns that I had.I highly recommend them!

    A C Floors is a small business that I hired to install hardwood floors and stairs. Arthur, the owner, answered many questions for me beforehand, took me to a showroom to explain the different constructions of wood stairs. When I couldn’t find a 14ft long stair nose that I needed, he bought it for me from his supplier. The hardworking crew did an excellent job to make my new floor and stairs look beautiful. I would definitely recommend A C Floors for floor installation.

    I always read a companies reviews before doing business with them, and I just want to say that they far exceeded all of my expectations. AC Floors is a family owned and operated business and has been doing business in Richmond, Virginia for over 18 years. I want to highlight that the way I was treated on the phone and in person sealed the deal for me. Arthur the owner measured my floors and made recommendations to me along with his wife Renata regarding the colors for the trim and Im so happy that I took their advice, it turned out great. I could not find the trim I needed anywhere and Arthur and Renata located it from their suppliers, they bought it and delivered it to my home, nobody else would have done that. My floors were delivered from Illinois and because of my disability, I was not abled to bring it into my home. Arthur come out to my home and carried it in for me, I was so grateful. Lastly, both Arthur and Renata came out to my home during installation and back to my house after installation and did a thorough inspection and help me get all of furniture back in place including my toilet. Im 70 and partially disabled and all of the extra things they did for me meant the world to me. I would recommend to all of you who are looking for someone you can trust and someone to do a great job for you at a very competitive price, you should give them a call before you make your final decision.     AC Floors installed a vinyl floor in 2 of our bathrooms and one bedroom. They did an excellent job, arrived on time, and cleaned up nicely after completing the job. They provided a written contract before starting the job, and did exactly what was enumerated in the contract. I provided the materials and they provided the labor. It was my choice to do it that way. They would have provided the materials as well. I was impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism.

    AC Floors was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced! They removed 3 rooms of carpeting so fast, and clean-up was great. Arthur and Renata came to do the free estimate and again to make sure the job was done well—which it was! Very reasonable pricing. Im going to have them refinish the floors when I get around to doing that.

    I recently hired AC Floors LLC to sand and stain three rooms and remove tile from entrance and install hardwood for me. The floors look beautiful! I am really pleased with the work. There was a change in scope with the work at the entrance which was cheaper than the original contract. AC Floors credited me with the difference in price.I was so impressed with this work that I had them to do additional work. They removed carpet in family room, hallway, stairs and basement and installed LVP plank flooring. The floors are beautiful! I am very pleased.I was also very impressed with their customer service. They came by and gave an estimate. We scheduled the work for about a month out because of my schedule. Before beginning the work, Arthur and his staff collaborated with me to get the right colors. They brought samples of wood and answered questions. They had a dedicated team who showed up on time. If there was a slight delay, Arthur and his staff communicated to inform me. They did a wonderful job!I was also impressed with their payment terms: The first payment of 50% was made the day work began and the other 50% was made after the work was completed and we had a walk-through of the work.I highly recommend AC Floors LLC to anyone who is looking to have hardwood cleaning and staining. Also, for anyone who is looking to have flooring installed. Arthur and his staff are very professional, personable and easy to work with.

    We just had the flooring replaced on the main floor of our house by AC Floors and they were fantastic! They gave us a quote in less than 24 hours after coming to our house. They then met us at the flooring store and helped us pick out the right flooring for our home. They were very communicative and completed the job in two days. We couldn’t be happier about the job they did.

    AC Floors did such a wonderful job installing my hardwood floors, that I hired them again this time to refurbish my stairway to the second floor. And once again, Arthur and his team did an impeccable job! Arthur removed the runner, sanded the wooden steps and rails, taking special care to remove all the imperfections before hand-staining the wood. He was very patient with me as we tried several color mixtures to ensure the stain matched perfectly. Arthur and his team are extremely professional, detail oriented and very pleasant to work with. Once again, I highly recommend AC Floors for all your flooring needs. You will be extremely impressed.

    Arthur and his team performed a full floor replacement of LVP flooring due to a warranty/defect issue of previous floor that had been installed by ServPro. We selected a Mowhawk LVP in a dark oak finish. The result was beautiful. The attention to detail was excellent. There are now no gaps around door jambs or other areas. The quality issues that were previously present from the sub par workmanship that ServPro provided are now completely gone. We couldnt be happier with the result. Our floors in our entire downstairs, upstairs baths and laundry room are beautiful. Thank you Arthur and team.
