    Just want to share my very positive experience with JAG Development. After a botched job by a cabinet installer that took months and nothing was right, the guy disappeared leaving me high and dry. I was desperate to find someone who could correct the mess I was left with and finish the project. Monica Urzua referred me to her boss, Jeff Gibson, owner of JAG Development. He came in assessed the problem then proceeded to restore my faith in contractors. I believe it is much more difficult to fix another person’s botched job than to start from scratch. Jeff’s crew did an amazing job correcting all that was wrong, from the repainting, to drawer installation, replacing the glass panels in the cabinet doors, and so much more. The work was done professionally in just a couple of weeks. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would trust JAG with any project in my home and would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I LOVE using JAG because of how honest and helpful they are. Their mindset is focused on how to find solutions. Talking to them is always a pleasure as is working with them. Dave is VERY responsive and will educate you on anything you need. Dave is super sweet and always finds a way to help you or figure out the best course of action based on what you need for a project. If I could give him and JAG ten stars I would!

    Team JAG did a great job on our project. Sean Martin was responsible for leading our entire project. Sean quickly established credibility with us as a straight shooter who takes personal responsibility for setting the right expectations and then delivering. He is very well respected amongst the many subs that JAG works with, and their responsiveness to Sean could not be better. Sean is a really good guy that has gone above and beyond many, many times for us.Based on our experience with Sean and Team JAG, we are planning a 2nd floor addition with JAG that should start in the fall.I will also add that Jeff Gibson (JAG) is a dynamic leader that works hard on developing his team, creating a team environment, and enabling them to be successful.     I bought a home built by JAG in 2022. It was a new construction and the first time I ever bought a new home. The process was easy as I dealt directly with JAG and not through a realtor. The builder ended up constructing his family home up the street and has been an attentive neighbor/consultant whenever I have questions about the building materials, appliances or anything else. BUT, the reason JAG is getting 5 starts is for one of its best employees. His name is NUI MUNDON. Can you imagine going to work every day, dealing with vendors, incredible heat, manual labor and still having a HUGE smile on your face for every client EVERY time the client calls you with a problem? I dont know where he gets it but if he can bottle it up and sell it, hed be a gazillinaire right now. NUI is the Superintendent at JAG and no matter the issue, big or small after your purchase, he will respond either by phone or in person, evaluate the issue and answer questions. If he cannot resolve himself at that moment, he researches the problem and resolves it quickly. I honestly think NUI is destined for more and have tried to figure out a way to employ him myself. As long as hes with JAG, you will have a great experience.
