    Amazing job! We called Rick because my parents had a really good, quality work experience with Rick and his team. My husband discovered a hot water heater leak and had contacted Rick. After analyzing the situation, his recommendation surprised us. He explained what he found in words and pictures & gave us 3 viable options. We chose the best option. Rick had his team at our home the next morning. They replaced 2 hot water heaters, made the physical adjustments for the new units, and had their roofing partner repair the roof and install the necessary new equipment. An accident required a minor repair. Ricks crew went above and beyond to repair the minor damage.Bottomline: Early Birdie Plumbing replaced our leaking hot water heaters. The crews were well dressed, well spoken, but more importantly, well trained to perform an excellent job in a timely manner. We will call Rick for any plumbing concerns in our future and recommend that you so the same.

    After having major plumbing work done on my older home (50+ years old) by Rick & his team at Early Birdie Plumbing previously, I knew exactly who to call for an issue at my parents home. Early Birdie was at my parents home the very next morning, did extensive repairs, NEVER tried to up-charge us for anything, and were out of there within a few hours, while also cleaning up after themselves to the point that it didnt even look like theyd been there.I strongly recommend them and will not use another plumbing company.     Contacted Rick with Early Birdie Plumbing for some clogged drains and his crew was promptly able to come out to service the issue early the next day! EBP arrived within the time slot that was given. I didn’t know the source of the problems, but they were able to locate and resolve the issues quickly. The customer service received was top notch and I would recommend EBP anyday! You can tell that professionalism and respect is something that EBP values!

    Extraordinary service personnel and knowledge of plumbing problem displayed at initial evaluation and then at final completion of job. Rick was recommended by a friend to whom I owe a huge debt of gratitude. I needed a new hot water heater. He carefully explained the problem, showed me on the vessel where it was located, and then recommended the path forward. During the replacement process, he showed me the calcium buildup in the pipes as well as the tank itself so there was no doubt that it was past its prime, way past it. Rick, who has a master plumbing license, and his apprentice who is working towards his journeyman license, were efficient, skilled, neat, and personable. The cost of the new tank and the installation was worth every penny and then some. I plan on signing up for the twice yearly maintenance offer because now I know how important it is to flush the tank twice a year.

    Early Birdie Plumbing was absolutely outstanding!! He was recommended by many of the people in our neighborhood. When the devastating ice storms hit in Houston, I reached out to Rick and thought it would be a long shot with the amount of damage in the city for him to come out in a timely manner. I was so wrong! Not only did Rick immediately get back to me the very day after the storm hit, he came out that same day, assessed the leaks, and was willing to fix them right then and there. If you need a plumber you need to call Rick. He is knowledgeable about his trade, has good communication, fair pricing, and is an incredibly hard worker.

    I was one of the 1000’s of busted pipe folks from 2021’s “Big Freeze”. Luckily one of my neighbors was using E.B. so after contacting, Rick arrived 4-5 days later around 7:00PM, located the leak (luckily only 1) and capped it giving me water again for showers. I think any other plumber was still weeks out so we were very fortunate Rick was able to get to us quick. The best part is he helped me obtain water restoration services for the water/mold clean-up. Somehow we were able to receive help weeks, maybe even months before any other company said they would come out. Most wouldn’t even give us an expected time-frame, heck the “big names” wouldn’t even take our call. Moral of the story Rick @ Early Birdie is a real life saver.     My gas log fireplace set was broken, and it was difficult locating someone to diagnose the problem. The pilot would not ignite, and the cold was about to reach a record low for our area. I called several plumbing companies and all of them said that they were too busy to come out. Finally, I called Richard Castillo of Early Birdie Plumbing. Richard was just as busy and the other companies; but told me he would come by after he finished all his appointments for that day.Richard arrived that evening as promised, evaluated my fireplace, and explained my options.     He didnt actually do any repairs for us but after the winter storm I saw him parked in our neighborhood, stopped and asked for his help. He went to his truck and gave me the supplies we needed to complete our repair. He didnt even want any payment just for me to write a good review.
