He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right the first time. I appreciate the quality of service provided to my family and the attention to detail.     Jacob was a lifesaver! Some workmen had accidentally cut a buried electric line and we needed emergency service. We had called 5 or 6 other electricians to no avail and then we found Mister Sparky.Jacob arrived about 2 hours later. He assessed the situation. He was on site promptly at 7:30am the next morning and stayed with us until after dark as we waited for Bluebonnet to come replace a fuse on a pole. (We didn’t call Bluebonnet until late and we are so grateful to them, too, for coming out after hours.)Jacob will be back tomorrow morning at 8:00 to finish up one more thing. We are so happy to have found such a talented Christian young man to be there when we needed him.Thank you, Mister Sparky.

    Jacob was honest. That was the biggest thing. He took the time to look at other projects I’d been considering and gave me honest pricing and feedback. When I’m ready to go in those I will definitely call him back.

    Jeff was on time, courteous, and extremely patient with my questions about the new (to me) technology he installed. I love the fact that this company is in my general area and that they worked with me on the timing of my appointment which was dependent upon an Amazon delivery and my limited time schedule. I’ll be calling them again.

    Great service. My technician was on time, how many contractors do that? He diagnosed the problem quicky and got my issue fixed promptly. I opted for additional services as the prices were very reasonable and I do not want avoidable problems in the future. Dillon was very personable, I enjoyed working with him.

    Very fast service, professional trained and experienced, Generac certified, and assisted with coordination of installation services. Could not ask for nicer people to work with. I signed up with service contract for all these reasons.

    The Mister Sparky team was very prompt and polite in spite of in countering more work than what they had initially come to do (this after opening the 20 year meter can, they found the guts were also broken up and needed replaced) they took care of that and at no extra charge!! We are now as good as new… Go Mister Sparky!!

    Jacob Lockhart Journeyman Electrician provided 5 star customer service! Jason was upfront, transparent with electrical pricing service and reassuring of warranty work. Jason explained in detail in layman terms scope of work, project plan, completion turn around time, use of third party excavator Mr. Nick. Jason stood firm or level setting customer expectations with safety first as his highest priority. Jason spoke honestly and freely with my licesensed septic installer. Jason did not back down with he identified my septic wiring was infested with ants. Jason was very confident speaking with my septic installer and we were able to resolve quickly who would follow up with the septic ant infestation. Jason was not offended by my barrage of questions as a customer to understand electrical verbiage. Jason was very sensitive to the customer anxiety dealing with prior bogus pseudo poor electrical inappropriate wiring of my property. Jason with precision and electrical expertise diagnosed and identified my electrical services needed. He called in additional master electrician Mr Jeff with Mister Sparks electrician out of Hempstead Texas and Dillon for an additional electrical request for my family memberAll three licensed Electricians provided five star service for experience, expertise electrical knowledge, phenomenal customer service going above and beyond expectations, support for military veterans and first responders. They did not complain. They took ownership of the project and did not quit until done!Jeff master electrician provided exceptional support to the journeyman and then level set expectations he had 100% confidence in his franchise team! I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment to community service first, support of military vets and first responders, cost conscious of service based on quality and their commitment to guarantee professional services. They did not make excuses nor blame me the property owner for failure to understand scope of electrical services. Hands down I will recommend Hempstead Mister Sparks for all my future electric needs.
