    Junior and his team were fantastic to deal with. The pricing was fair for everyone but the execution of the work was what really stood out. He was always honest, upfront, and there were no surprises at the end. He even came to the job site many times to personally check on the work. I will definitely be using their services again.

    Faustino and crew went beyond our expectations with our new deck! He offers fair pricing, shows up when scheduled, and his crew is very experienced as evidenced by their workmanship. We have already recommended his company to others. We had an upper deck torn down, rebuilt and dried in, the other upper deck dried in to match, new back door installed, new post on the front porch, new electrical, new entrance flooring and a whole new roof in less than 2 weeks. It was great watching these guys work. They are very well versed in their crafts. Ill certainly call them when we need any work done. This job is simply beautiful. Thank you!!

    Faustino & his team were excellent from start to finish. When Faustino first came to the house, we immediately knew we were in good hands. He showed us that he truly cares about giving us exactly what we wanted with the best product available. Our happiness was his top priority.We asked him to completely remodel our entire upstairs (all bedrooms, closets, bathroom walls) & staircase. His team (Miguel & Pablo) did a fantastic job and catered to every need/concern we had. Our house looks brand new and we couldnt be happier with the result (a few pictures are attached for reference). There is nothing that his team cannot do. If you have any home-related need, he has a specialist for it.Aside from the quality of work, the pricing was very fair. This large project was absolutely worth every penny. We have a list of other house projects to complete, and we will be using him for every single one of them. There is no need to consider anyone else or get a second opinion. Choosing to work with Faustino was the best decision we could have made.Thank you for everything you do, Faustino!

    I had an excellent experience with Exterior Plus LLC when I needed my shingle pipe vents replaced recently. The owner responded to my call immediately and came out to inspect my roof first thing the next morning. After assessing the situation, he scheduled the repair work for the following day.I was extremely impressed that the owner came out on Fathers Day to complete the job. That shows true dedication to customer service and a strong work ethic. He arrived on time and completed the vent replacement efficiently and professionally. The workmanship was top-notch.Throughout the process, communication was great. The owner took the time to explain the issue with my vents, outline my options, and provide a fair and competitive quote for the replacement. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work.Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Exterior Plus LLC for any roofing needs.     Big shout out to Exterior plus LLC!! They took my back yard to the next level. This project along with several others took less than a week to complete. The crew were on time and very professional. On a personal note, we hadn’t been using the backyard for years. Exterior plus LLC gave us a backyard that we could be proud of and have been enjoying every evening since the construction completed. We already have plans for them to come back out and finish some other projects in the house at a later date. Absolutely recommend this company to anybody who has big or small renovations. The owner of the company definitely has an eye for detail and design.

    Exterior Plus was amazing to work with!! Faustino was accommodating, patient, made sure he understood what we wanted, and adjusted to changes along the way. He did a better job than the builder did. Faustino and Exterior Plus also build houses.. I will include a picture of what it looked like when he too down the old siding and finished pictures..

What began as a small repair following Hurricane Beryl quickly morphed into a large scale remodel…Back patio, Kitchen, Bathroom and Fireplace resurface. Faustino was amazing!! He was transparent about the process and timelines, open to questions and feedback, and delivered above expectations on every project!! We are so thankful for all he and his crew did to enhance the beauty and functionality of our home!     We are incredibly pleased with Exteriors Plus LLC. Faustino and his team did a phenomenal job replacing our home’s 40-year-old siding with new Hardie lap siding. Faustino offered a fair price and kept us informed through demo, installation, and paint. He even sent me photos of the progress through the day. Faustino always responded to my questions quickly and made sure we got what we wanted. We will call Exterior Plus for sure when we have another project.

    Junior and his crew did an outstanding job installing new siding and painting our home. We were always able to reach him, and he and his workers arrived on time and kept us updated with their progress. At the end of each day, we were told when to expect them the next day. Junior took the time to explain options with us and always kept our preferences in mind when presenting choices. Junior earned our respect and trust by his honesty, excellent work, and follow through. We will definitely call Junior again for any home renovation or repair.

    Exterior plus has completed several projects for us. They replaced our windows and did an excellent job! They were very conscientious about cleaning up and removing any debris. They were very efficient and professional. They also removed the vinyl siding on our home and replaced it with Hardi-plank. They started the job early and finished in less time than estimated! The workers were very kind and polite. Mr. Guadarrama was great at communicating any and all details regarding the job and checked with us daily to make sure we were happy, to see if we had any concerns, etc. I had received quotes from 2 other companies and Exterior Plus was very competitive with their pricing and completed the job in less time than the other companies had estimated. I had also asked the other companies about a particular design element and was told they couldn’t do it. Mr. Guaddarrama said he could do what I was asking for…and he did! He also suggested some design elements that we incorporated that really enhanced our home. We were so pleased with their work that we also hired them for some decking and to rebuild some railings. Exterior Plus takes great pride in their work and in satisfying their customers. I strongly recommend them for any construction needs.

Exteriorplus replaced roofing of back porch and called twice as a follow up to ensure all is still intact with no leakage. I highly recommend their services.

    Exterior Plus was awesome!! Faustino replaced our siding, fixed our drywall damage, and painted our entire house for about half the amount quoted by several other contractors. He came and quoted me a price on Monday and he began work the next day.He even threw in a high pressure spray wash of our brick and he replaced the rotten planks in our attic with 3/4 plywood so now I dont have to worry about falling through the garage ceiling.
