I called 5Star because i had a slow toilet that wouldnt flush..Juan & Enrique came out..tried to snake it..which didnt work..Juan told me it was a toilet issue...They both came the next day to replace both toilets (my house is 8 yrs old..so i thought best to just replace both of them at same time)..Juan & Enrique did an excellent job!! they arrived on time, were very efficent, took all the garbage with them, and did all of it in a very timely manner, oh..& they replaced a laundry faucet for me too..I would highly recommend 5Star & Juan & Enrique..Excellent!!

I had called 5 Star because they had received so many great reviews. I explained to the young woman on the line that we had a leak in the roof so I was thinking a main line leak. The girl said she would have someone out there within the hour. Gabriel showed up, was very professional and instantly knew what the problem was. He quickly went to work and found the problem. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and very quick to perform the work. In fact the job took shorter than I thought. Gabriel made sure everything was clean and put back. Gabriel really helped us out. We really appreciate all that Gabriel did for us and the work that was completed. 5 Star has a customer for life. They are thorough, they care about their customers and go that extra mile to make sure they are satisfied. I highly recommend 5 Star.

Theydid such a great job and were more than fair with the pricing for the work done that I decided to have them replace my water heater as well. They educated me at every step that they were going to undertake. I was so pleased with their workmanship that I decided to have their company , 5 Star Plumbing check my air conditioning system. Boy was I glad that I did. I could see for myself that there was a potentially dangerous electrical situation after Jeremy Young showed me the two problems parts.He replaced the damaged parts, cleaned the unit and I am relieved knowing that I will be staying cool this summer and my animals and I will be safe. I really like these guys. I think their prices are fair. I had another company come look at my A/C and they were very dismissive just telling me how much it was gonna cost me but wouldn’t tell me why. It was about 2k more than 5 stars charge me. Also, when the guy from 5 stars came (I think his name is Brevon) he brought down the part that needed replaced and showed me why and what it does etc etc. I mean the thing was missing blades and those blades had punctured something else. Very professional. I have called them twice already and every time I think they give me a fair price. I mean no charity work lol but I’’m the type of person that looks around for the best deal and I think they’re fair and worth the call.

This company deserves a 10 star hands up! They were responsive, competitive and compassionate. Their prices are reasonable but guaranteed professional work. The best of them all is their compassionate customer service. In particular Juan, the master plumber went on all his way to make me and my family calm, assured and feel better. We had a pipe break the day before thanksgiving. He came even when it was late and others are preparing for the next day. When Juan came he did an extra mile of service. He checked on us on thanksgiving assuring us again that things will be okay. We are seniors, live in a manufactured home, which can be a challenge. Inspite of the small work space Juan fixed it. Gabriel and Andy were professional, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. My water bill was $400 and I was frantic when I called 5 Star. I saw they had good reviews. And they were amazing. I thought it was going to be a big problem because of other companies I called in the past. But they found the problem in less than 10 minutes. I wanted to update my review after receiving contact from manager Gabriel: I had a rep come over and look at the water leak running in my backyard. He was personable and professional. No repairs were required as it was determined that the leak was actually coming from another property. He charged me a $50 service fee. When asked about the free estimate, he explained that the estimate was free, but this was a separate charge. The agent that took the service call forgot to mention the service fee. Gabriel reached out and spoke with my wife and made it right. He was very prompt and professional. The overall experience was great.

Hi! We had an excellent experience with David he was prompt, we explained the situation that we were having in our home. David let us know what was going to happen he gave us options on our situation. He said not to worry that he will get it taken care of, that most of the time it is the first option. As he was working he was explaining to us what was going on that there was old blockage in drain (seems as from previous owners) we did mention to him that we had just moved in 5 months ago. He was there for about an hour and he was done. David is very people friendly and very knowledge in what he is doing and making people feel less stressed out in these types of situation. They assessed the issue and repaired the new leak which turned out to not be related to the prior leak with out charge and again helped up get the mess cleaned up. Great service!!!

Martin was great. He did a thorough and professional job. This was to repair a leaking main line to my home.. It was after hours so I adjust the price charged with that in mind knowing it would be higher. Still, I believe the price was HIGH but what can be done...I needed water to my home.$575.00 charged seems a little exorbitant to me. Again, I am very satisfied with the work just not so fond of the cost!

Anthony was extremely candid and transparent with regards to a very difficult solution in my yard. I had one company that couldnt get the job complete and another that quoted me $1450. 5 Star got the job done for $425 which included a hydojet operation and was at my home within a few hours. 5 Star is now at the top of my list. All of these situations are stressful, but the staff at 5 Star Plumbing never fails to impress me.The level of customer service always starts with the initial call to the office and Theresa is always amazing. Ian worked on our a/c and was so professional. Brevon worked on our irrigation line. He presented several fix options and made sure I was happy with the plan before executing it.Fantastic service from the back office to the technicians in the field. 5 stars for 5 Star Pluming!

This is the 2nd review Ive written this month because the service warrants it. As I mentioned before, they responded within minutes on a weekend - during a heatwave - about our AC being out. They got it going again and explained what electrical work was needed for unit to continue to run properly. They have since then helped coordinate communications through our home warranty company to facilitate getting coverage for part of the electrical work that is needed. They will return to properly finish things once we can get that done. Teresa has been amazingly responsive throughout it all with evening and weekend communications. Truly going above and beyond. We have a lot of hvac needs upcoming between the house and the guest house and an addition we are building -- we will call them first to obtain a bid for every single job!

Carlos showed up within an hour of my request for a quote. He reviewed what was needed for a replacement with the purchase of a new water heater and to bring my install up to code. He also gave me a price quote right then and there that I was comfortable with. He outlined all the work to be done and that he would complete it that day. My old water heater was removed and the existing plumbing revamped to accept the new water heater. This included new inlet and outlet plumbing plus rerouting the pressure relief and pan drains to outside our home per code. After Carlos finished he instructed us on the operation of our new water heater and made a thorough check on its operation before finishing up. Carlos is a very hard and thorough worker and real asset to 5 Star Plumbing. They are now my main go to for any future needs.
