    They were the most prompt and polite repairmen. The price was the best I could find it is unreal. I fully back their company and their staff. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would. I fully recommend them for any repairs.

    This place is phenomenal! I needed a solid window replaced that was damaged by vandals. The window was originally from the 1960s, textured glass in a yellow/brownish color. I was told that we would probably have to have it manufactured. The vary same day it was replaced. Unbelievable! The replacement matched almost exactly to the other 60+ year old windows. Unless you knew what you were looking for, you could NOT tell it was replaced. I have used this company personally for my home, and now for business. Awesome!!!

    Absolutely wonderful company to work with. While I couldnt find a vintage Halo board with glass, Valley helped me to recreate my own. Its a perfect fit and the glass just shines! Would definitely recommend. Immediate responses to emails, more than fair pricing and such fast turn around time!

    So I accidentally broke the biggest window in my house while replacing some blinds. I was recommended Valley Glass by a local Hardware store. They were able to replace the glass in the 3 foot by 4 foot window for a shockingly low price. They have great customer service as well, they carried the window outside and put it in my car for me. 10/10 would recommend. If I need any glass in the future, I will go back here.

    Needed a glass panel replaced from a window. Drove it to Valley Glass, my first time there. WOW such nice people and fast service! Super reasonable! Christina, Charitie and Kevin were so professional, considerate and helpful. Family run operation and better prices than anywhere else! This will be my go-to for any window project for sure!     Called and was expecting to be able to book an appointment, but instead, my information was taken by a friendly, nice, professional representative and was told the scheduler would call me back. I waited all day, and no one called till the following morning, so keep in mind it could take them a while to call you back. By then, I had already booked with someone else but I went ahead and booked an appointment with them as well the representative said they would be at my house from 2-4pm; they never showed up or calles to say they wouldnt make it.I try to support small businesses but experiences like this disappoint me.Hope noone else experiences this.

    Just ordered 2 custom dual pane windows. So much easier than the big box know nothing stores. I got what I wanted with no hassle, and they knew what they were talking about! To make it even better, I saved about 30% over the big box store price. Local family owned businesses are the best!

    So our son decided to play soccer in the living room ,😤you know what happened next.. I called valley glass and mirror and very happy I did!! The lady that answered the phone was very nice and knew her stuff she gave me a quote over the phone and the very next day some one came out and fixed my window the gentleman who came out was very nice and had the window fixed in around a hour I would recommend this place to anyone they are definitely fair in price and did great work ,Thank you very much for your prompt and excellent service

    My rear french door glass was broken. I saw two nice guys from Hemet Valley glass next door doing my neighbors door. I asked for a quote. They came by measures the glass and called back with a reasonable quote. Today they replaced my glass and everything was clean and very professional. I recommend Hemet Glass for repairs and great service.

    This place can get you cut you anything. Double or single patio sliding doors, clear or frosted shower doors any pattern, glass or plexi-, window panes of any size. If you dont pick it up soon it could get sold to another customer. Service is faster thsn possible. Wait times are short, but its busier than it looks. I remember I was always replacing windows, and never had the sticky stuff calk? And they did not sell it. I had to go to Home Depot to get it. Ive not been there in a long time; things change. We ordered 1 window at a time. They didnt install. Then a couple years ago? My daughters house got vandalized every window broke where ya hadda install it yourself all of a sudden a team appeared and did that for her for free. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ easy,

    Nice and quiet place to go and do business.People complain in other reviews about bad customer service. I went in person there to get a piece of glass and the ladies there at front desk are old and kinda of grumpy but once you get to talk to them they are nice. So people dont take it personal, some day we ALL are going to be that age. God bless us all.

    Im new in town. First time in my life I locked myself out. I was unable to get any service for the same day, it was close to 5:00pm. I went ahead and had Valley Glass come the following morning. I was/am so pleased with the service. The gentleman who came out was the best. He took the broken window, oh yeah, I broke a window to get back in, and showed me how to put it back in when it was fixed. To fit both of our schedules, I agreed to pick up the window later that day and then put the window back in myself. I think I may saved a few $$ doing it this way too which is always good!

    I was really hesitant after the reviews I read , but after someone broke into my house I needed my glass fix . I spoke to (I think her name was Charity) and she was really helpful getting me a appointment quickly and understood my situation . The tech came out and did a wonderful job and got all the glass pick up , will definitely use them again hopefully not because of another break in

    I wanted some replacement glass shelves for a display case that I bought second hand & assumed it would be costly to have custom glass work done.I called Valley Glass and within minutes they gave a quote for the three shelves and they didnt charge a penny more.I took an sample of what I needed and they they upgraded the width for no extra cost. This was on a Friday and by Monday I got a call to let me know my glass was ready to pick up.Christina, Alicia and everyone else was super down to earth & pleasant to deal with.I definitely recommend everyone call this place if you need any glass work done!A+ you guys rock!

    This national auto glass which is Valley glass and bearer company, incredible service. And I called Safelite first to have my windshield replaced on my car $483 is what they wanted to charge me for a 2002 Buick regal LS. I went to the owner of national auto glass or Valley glass a mirror company $263.11. Incredible service! No hard sale, patient, looked up for the best deal, even called the place for the auto glass to ensure that they had it in stock, got the glass in the very next morning, took the car over, in an hour and 45 minutes had me ready to walk out the door and even went the extra mile to allow it to be billed through an estate. One of the nicest owners of any business I’ve ever met. I would recommend this place to anybody not only to save money but better than that to get an incredible job. It doesn’t even look like they took out my windshield. They cleaned all the inside for me, and made sure there was no fragments or anything in the car. Allow me to say this in a very polite manner you would be stupid to call Safelite. Go down to national auto glass or Valley glass and mirror company and it will well be worth just waiting the next day to get the glass in. You’ll save money, you’ll feel like a friend, and that this is a place where the customer is always right. I just referred someone else there. He’s going to take his car there too.

    Kevin arrived ,opened the slider door, used his screwdriver on the bottom and it was fixed! Nice young man no charge for it. Cant tell you how relieved I was when it didnt cost us hundreds of dollars for a new door! Thank you valley glass!

    Great place to get your glass and mirrors kind of a mom-and-pop type business but they seem to handle big jobs just as well as the smaller ones every time I go and my needs are met and theyre always very friendly they also are very helpful with the hard to get stuff my mobile home has a lot of problems with Windows every time I go in to get one fixed they tell me a little about what I could do to make it better and they always add little things into make my reinstallation go well they even gave me a can of silicone spray to spray the tracks didnt even charge me like I said very nice people very well-run business thats the only place I take my glass or my windows because everything always works out when I get it home! 👍🙂Tracy A.

    Very helpful. We have used them so many times to replace missing glass for restoration contracts we have with clients to replace missing glass in cabinets or for bespoke pieces that have been requested, Never had a problem and if necessary they will arrange for the glass to be tempered to make it tougher and break into small cubes. They are our go to guys for glass.
